Abstract

Many Indonesian teachers of Senior High School have used a lecturing method. Indonesian learning, it is necessary for them to implement an appropriate method and have a high creativity as well as make innovation. For them, a cooperative-based learning innovation is considered difficult and costly. Therefore, they remain to implement a lecturing method. The problems are that a cooperative-based learning has seldom been implemented and they have frequently used a lecturing method. In Indonesian learning, thus, it is necessary to implement a new strategy, called paragraph development and questions-answers between students. The strategy makes the students active, creative, and pleasurable because it focuses on cooperation in its implementation.

Abstract

In the world of education, there is always an increase that must be made. The increase is not only in terms of science, but from various sides that support the education world. Every educational institution competes to do this to improve quality in providing education to their students. In this paper, the author takes a case study at Bimbel Cerdas Ceria Tangerang. The registration system at Bimbel Cerdas Ceria still uses a manual system. The system requires prospective students to come directly and do the registration process. Therefore, it is necessary to apply a new student registration web that is able to overcome the problem. The web application is made using the Waterfall method for the analysis stages. With the application of the web, prospective students do not need to come directly to register. Registration confirmation can use e-mail so that no one can confirm the registration. Payments also use ATM so parents don't need to come directly to just make payments.

Abstract

Employees are one of the most important factors in a company, without it a company will not be able to run smoothly, but over time an employee needs encouragement in carrying out his duties. With the holding of the best employee selection on CV. Laatansa Agung Tangerang will re-ignite the enthusiasm of all employees but because the selection that has been done is chosen subjectively then the desired results are not appropriate. This is where the adoption of a decision support system can be used and one method that can be easily understood and used is a weighted product method which will calculate each alternative and raised with its weight the greater the value of an alternative, the greater the chance to be chosen. This application is in accordance with the problems experienced by CV. Abstract

The beauty industry is currently dominating the Indonesian market, beauty brands are competing to win the hearts of beauty product lovers. Presenting various new innovations to attract customers. Advances in technology, making various kinds of information we can easily get quickly by accessing the internet. The lifestyles of the Indonesian people are increasingly changing, especially due to the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic. The purpose of this study was to determine whether there was an influence of Electronic Word of Mouth on social media on purchasing decisions for Avoskin skincare products. In this study, the method used is a quantitative method with a sample of 100 respondents. Collecting data to be tested, by distributing online questionnaires. Hypothesis testing in this study uses normality test, classical assumption test, partial t test, simultaneous f test, and multiple regression analysis. With a significant value of of 5% or 0.05 and using SPSS 25 as a test tool. Based on the results of this study, it is known that there is a 33.6% effect on Electronic Word of Mouth conducted on social media on purchasing decisions for Avoskin consumers, and the dimensions contained in Electronic Word of Mouth are intensity, valence of opinion, and content. each has an influence on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

Abstract - PT Tunggal Jaya Expressindo is a company engaged in the delivery of goods which has approximately 25 staff and 35 couriers. During this time attendance system is still the timesheet and payroll systems still calculated manually so that the financial part of work done was considered ineffective and inefficient. After the authors observed the problems that occur in the PT. Tunggal Jaya Expressindo writer tries to help PT. Tunggal Jaya Expressindo to deal with the problem by making an employee payroll information system based on Visual Basic 6.0 and MySQL for the database. The development method used is the waterfall method. This application aims to facilitate the financial section in calculating the payroll process and minimize the risk of calculation errors. Making payroll system management applications in the PT. Tunggal Jaya Expressindo expected to make the maximum contribution to the company. Although there are still many shortcomings in this application but the author will continue to enhance this application in order to keep abreast of developments at the company. Selama ini sistem absensi masih dengan kartu absen dan sistem penggajian masih dihitung secara manual sehingga proses kerja yang dilakukan bagian keuangan dirasa tidak efektif dan efisien. Setelah penulis mengamati permasalahan yang terjadi di PT. Tunggal Jaya Expressindo maka penulis mencoba membantu PT. Tunggal Jaya Expressindo untuk menghadapi permasalahan tersebut dengan membuat sebuah sistem informasi penggajian pegawai berbasis Visual Basic 6.0 dan MySQL untuk databasenya. Metode pengeembangan yang digunakan adalah metode waterfall. Aplikasi ini bertujuan untuk memudahkan bagian keuangan dalam menghitung proses penggajian dan meminimalisir resiko kesalahan penghitungan. Pembuatan aplikasi pengelolaan sistem penggajian di PT. Tunggal Jaya Expressindo diharapkan mampu memberikan kontribusi maksimal terhadap perusahaan. Walaupun masih banyak kekurangan dalam aplikasi ini tetapi penulis akan terus berusaha menyempurnakan aplikasi ini agar dapat terus mengikuti perkembangan yang terjadi di perusahaan tersebut. Abstract

Professional teachers must have the ability to develop innovative learning tools that apply the latest learning elements in the 21st century, including TPACK and HOTS. During the program of PPG on the course of developing innovative learning tools, it was found that teachers in elementary, junior high, and high school/vocational, had never gained knowledge regarding the types of innovative learning designs that apply the latest learning elements in the 21st century, especially TPACK and HOTS. Therefore, training on the HOTS and TPACK-based learning tools was carried out. After the training, it was found that the teacher's ability had increased in developing HOTS and TPACK-based learning tools and the participants' responses is good during the training included activeness, participation, motivation, mastery, skills, especially attendance. But questioning skills need to be retrained

Abstract

Kulit durian adalah limbah biomassa yang dapat dimanfaatkan sebagai bahan bakar alternatif menjadi briket arang. Kulit durian mengandung bahan yang mudah terbakar yaitu selulosa yang tinggi (50%-60%) dan lignin (5%) serta pati yang rendah (5%). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui karakteristik briket arang dari limbah kulit durian menggunakan perekat dari pati sagu sebagai bahan bakar alternatif. Perekat yang digunakan adalah perekat dari tepung sagu yaitu 3% dari berat arang yang digunakan. Dalam penelitian ini digunakan arang sebanyak 500 g, sehingga bahan perekat yang digunakan adalah 15 g. Hasil pengujian mutu produk briket berbahan baku kulit durian diperoleh nilai kalor (5189.128 kal/g), nilai kadar air (3,6044%), nilai kadar abu (3,5643%), nilai kadar zat menguap ( 21,1273%), dan nilai kadar karbon terikat (69,2279%), kerapatan (0,4778 g/cm3), laju pembakaran (0,22 g/sekon). Briket yang dihasilkan dari limbah kulit durian dengan menggunakan pati dari sagu sebagai perekat dapat dijadikan sebagai bahan bakar alternatif yang ramah lingkungan

The Ministry of Social Affairs as a supervisor, both functional and technical, always encourages youth groups to always remain productive and work during the COVID-19 pandemic. Various forms of activities have been programmed and carried out by the Rw 23 Youth Organization Organization. In order to suppress the spread of Covid-19, the Rw 23 Youth Organization activists held various social actions in the rw 23 area of ​​Pasar Kemis sub-district, such as the movement to clean the environment and manufacture covid task force. In addition, the youth organizations of RW 23 also carry out activities to educate residents regarding clean and healthy lifestyles as well as distribute basic necessities within the neighborhood of RW 23 residents and many other activities. Although there are many activities that have been carried out by this mass organization, not many people know about the existence of this organization, even though there are only a few people and they do not know for sure what activities this mass organization has carried out and whether this mass organization is very active. active or passive. Therefore, to expand information and communication between this organization and the wider community, it is necessary to have social media assistance such as Instagram, so that the activities carried out and those that have been carried out can be well documented and can make the wider community more acquainted with and increase their trust. to the youth organization rw 23. Abstract

The condition of the Covid-19 pandemic has made various sectors of life stopped or temporarily stagnate, it can be seen in terms of religious life, especially those that have been affected. To prevent the spread of the COVID-19 virus, government officials have advised religious people to worship at home. This condition also affects the congregation or the students of the Faizul Haq Ta'lim Council, where the congregation or students who carry out activities in this Assembly experience a decline and continue to decrease than usual and the distribution of knowledge or da'wah to the congregation or students also cannot be delivered optimally. On the basis of these problems, this community service is carried out to serve as a medium of communication and information regarding the activities that exist in this Assembly, rekindling the dissemination of da'wah and the provision of knowledge in the Faizul Haq Ta'lim Council by the board management or teachers so that it can be conveyed to the congregation or students and the wider community. This community service is carried out online using a laptop that has the Zoom application media installed in it. In this community service, we equip the students (children or teenagers) of the Faizul Haq Ta'lim Council, to be able to create a virtual community using Instagram social media which contains da'wah content or information and can perpetuate Islamic religious activities. others, so that it is widely spread to the community, so that the knowledge conveyed in da'wah or other Islamic religious activities can become knowledge for the wider community. In addition, we also equip these students (children and teenagers) in managing this Instagram virtual community account, so that they can become virtual accounts that can be trusted by their followers.

Abstract

The conditions of the Covid-19 Pandemic that we used to experience are now starting to gradually improve. This can be seen from the many community activities that are starting to be active again, various sectors are coming back to life. The wheels of the economy began to run again. This condition also affects the activities of the Elderly Family Development (BKL) in Periuk, Tangerang City. Many activities were halted as a result of the effects of the Covid-19 Pandemic. But now there are many activities that want to be held again. With many of these activities, a lot of reporting, documentation and posters are also needed for these activities. On the basis of these problems, this community service was carried out to serve as a supporting medium for activities at BKL Periuk, Tangerang City. Because at this BKL there are a lot of activities that are active again, it usually requires making advertisements in the form of brochures and posters that are used as information media for the activities to be held. It should be noted that the management at this BLK are not proficient enough in making graphic designs to support the activities that will be held and disseminated to the general public either through the assembly's social media or distributed manually. For this reason, in order to provide training and increase their knowledge and insight, this community service was held to increase the skills of the administrators in making advertisements, whether in the form of brochures or poster.
