Abstract-Employee attendance is one of the important aspects in managing human resources in a company. Also has a role in terms of condition or assessment of employee work discipline and payroll calculations that are carried out every month. The research problem found in the object of research is that attendance recording is done by using printed sheets of paper written with stationery by employees. It has an impact on the monthly attendance recapitulation process, or even prone to damage and loss of physical attendance files. The purpose of this study is to design an attendance application that can record attendance data through a QR-Code scan and the data is stored automatically in the database. This research method uses extreme programming software development methods, and the results obtained are the benefits of data storage automation in the prepared database, so that the attendance process becomes transparent and report recapitulation is better because data retrieval can be done faster. Keywords— Employee Attendance, QR-Code, Extreme Programming, Database Intisari - Absensi karyawan merupakan salah satu aspek penting dalam pengelolaan sumber daya manusia dalam suatu perusahaan. Memiliki peranan pula dalam hal kondite atau penilaian terhadap kedisiplinan kerja karayawan dan perhitungan penggajian yang dilakukan setiap bulan. Permasalahan penelitian yang ditemukan pada objek penelitian yaitu perekaman absensi dilakukan dengan menggunakan cetakan lembar kertas yang ditulis dengan alat tulis oleh karyawan. Berdampak kepada proses rekapitulasi absensi setiap bulan, atau bahkan rawan terjadinya kerusakan dan kehilangan berkas fisik absensi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah merancang bangun suatu aplikasi absensi yang dapat melakukan perekaman data absensi melalui scan QR-Code dan data tersimpan secara otomatis pada basis data. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode pengembangan perangkat lunak extreme programming, dan didapatkan hasil penelitian yaitu kemanfaatan otomatisasi penyimpanan data pada basis data yang disiapkan, sehingga proses absensi menjadi transparan dan rekapitulasi laporan lebih baik karena pencarian data dapat lebih cepat dilakukan. Many business actors still carry out their business processes manually which has many limitations in the process. Where the transaction process as well as financial calculations and profits still have to be done manually which takes a long time. This is also inseparable from the human error factor that everyone has. With these things in mind, it is appropriate for business actors to find solutions to the problem. One solution that can be done is to design a Point Of Sales application. Where Point Of Sales is an application that is used to manage a transaction so that the transaction process can run quickly, easily and accurately. With this application, business owners can easily see and also monitor transactions that occur in their business so that it will be very helpful in making policies from a company. By adding the use of the Agile method and the Scrum pattern at the Point Of Sales will make the application even better in performance.

Banyak pelaku usaha yang masih menjalankan proses bisnisnya dengan cara manual yang mana memiliki banyak keterbatasan dalam pengerjaannya. Dimana proses transaksi serta perhitungan keuangan dan laba-ruginya masih harus dilakukan secara manual yang membutuhkan waktu yang panjang. Hal ini pun belum terlepas dari factor human error yang dimiliki setiap orang. Dengan adanya hal-hal tersebut maka sudah sepantasnya jika pelaku usaha mencari solusi atas masalahnya itu. Salah satu solusi yang dapat dilakukan adalah dengan merancang aplikasi Point Of Sales. Dimana Point Of Sales adalah sebuah aplikasi yang digunakan untuk mengelola sebuah transaksi agar proses transaksi bisa berjalan dengan cepat, mudah dan akurat. Dengan aplikasi ini, pemilik usaha bisa dengan mudah melihat dan juga memonitoring transaksi yang terjadi pada usahanya sehingga akan sangat membantu dalam pengambilan kebijakan dari sebuah perusahaan. Dengan menambahkan penggunaan motode Agile dan pola Scrum pada Point Of Sales akan membuat aplikasi menjadi lebih baik lagi dalam performanya.

The Ministry of Social Affairs as a supervisor, both functional and technical, always encourages youth groups to always remain productive and work during the COVID-19 pandemic. Various forms of activities have been programmed and carried out by the Rw 23 Youth Organization Organization. In order to suppress the spread of Covid-19, the Rw 23 Youth Organization activists held various social actions in the rw 23 area of Pasar Kemis sub-district, such as the movement to clean the environment and manufacture covid task force. In addition, the youth organizations of RW 23 also carry out activities to educate residents regarding clean and healthy lifestyles as well as distribute basic necessities within the neighborhood of RW 23 residents and many other activities. Although there are many activities that have been carried out by this mass organization, not many people know about the existence of this organization, even though there are only a few people and they do not know for sure what activities this mass organization has carried out and whether this mass organization is very active. active or passive. Therefore, to expand information and communication between this organization and the wider community, it is necessary to have social media assistance such as Instagram, so that the activities carried out and those that have been carried out can be well documented and can make the wider community more acquainted with and increase their trust. to the youth organization rw 23. The condition of the Covid-19 pandemic has made various sectors of life stopped or temporarily stagnate, it can be seen in terms of religious life, especially those that have been affected. To prevent the spread of the COVID-19 virus, government officials have advised religious people to worship at home. This condition also affects the congregation or the students of the Faizul Haq Ta'lim Council, where the congregation or students who carry out activities in this Assembly experience a decline and continue to decrease than usual and the distribution of knowledge or da'wah to the congregation or students also cannot be delivered optimally. On the basis of these problems, this community service is carried out to serve as a medium of communication and information regarding the activities that exist in this Assembly, rekindling the dissemination of da'wah and the provision of knowledge in the Faizul Haq Ta'lim Council by the board management or teachers so that it can be conveyed to the congregation or students and the wider community. This community service is carried out online using a laptop that has the Zoom application media installed in it. In this community service, we equip the students (children or teenagers) of the Faizul Haq Ta'lim Council, to be able to create a virtual community using Instagram social media which contains da'wah content or information and can perpetuate Islamic religious activities. others, so that it is widely spread to the community, so that the knowledge conveyed in da'wah or other Islamic religious activities can become knowledge for the wider community. In addition, we also equip these students (children and teenagers) in managing this Instagram virtual community account, so that they can become virtual accounts that can be trusted by their followers.

The conditions of the Covid-19 Pandemic that we used to experience are now starting to gradually improve. This can be seen from the many community activities that are starting to be active again, various sectors are coming back to life. The wheels of the economy began to run again. This condition also affects the activities of the Elderly Family Development (BKL) in Periuk, Tangerang City. Many activities were halted as a result of the effects of the Covid-19 Pandemic. But now there are many activities that want to be held again. With many of these activities, a lot of reporting, documentation and posters are also needed for these activities. On the basis of these problems, this community service was carried out to serve as a supporting medium for activities at BKL Periuk, Tangerang City. Because at this BKL there are a lot of activities that are active again, it usually requires making advertisements in the form of brochures and posters that are used as information media for the activities to be held. It should be noted that the management at this BLK are not proficient enough in making graphic designs to support the activities that will be held and disseminated to the general public either through the assembly's social media or distributed manually. For this reason, in order to provide training and increase their knowledge and insight, this community service was held to increase the skills of the administrators in making advertisements, whether in the form of brochures or poster.

The Empowerment and Family Welfare Movement (PKK) has a role in mobilizing the community to be active in development. The role of PKK women must be in harmony with the development of conditions and the increasing demands of the needs of the community, in line with the development of regional autonomy. This organization has various work programs, including carrying out mutual cooperation, reviewing the implementation of posyandu, inviting village cadres to increase creativity that has selling points, and so on. In this working group organization, mothers are provided with valuable skills such as making bags from plastic coffee waste or dish washing soap, making fertilizer for plants from household waste, and so on. From some of the skills mentioned earlier, they have not been able to market their products to the fullest. Seeing this problem, this community service activity was carried out in order to increase the skills of PKK administrators or members of the organization in terms of marketing the products they produce through the help of Instagram social media. Then the method of community service carried out is planning, preparation and evaluation. The techniques used in it are the explanation of the theory contained in the modules that have been distributed and practice on how to use the Instagram application as well as questions and answers about the material provided. This community service is carried out online using the zoom application and other supporting applications such as Instagram, Google Chrome, WhatsApp. In addition, this service uses pretest and posttest questionnaires to find out the results of this community service that has been carried out.

The development of information and communication technology in this era has experienced a shift to digital transformation which is changing the industrial landscape. Previously, in the Industry 4.0 era, technology was only positioned as an information search engine. Now in the Social Era 5.0, technology and its functions are emphasized as part of human life. In its growth, many social networks have been manipulated for certain purposes, such as spreading false information or what is commonly known as hoaxes. It is important to emphasize that the role of Millennials today is to be smart in disseminating relevant information. Because in reality they are the ones who dominate the majority of social networking users in Indonesia. One of the social networking users who are among the millennials themselves are students in Islamic boarding schools. Therefore, in this millennial era, students must always be observant, intelligent and wise in using social media, whether in disseminating information in the form of positive content. Apart from that, students must be able to become active participants and active outreach on social media both in spreading da'wah and not be easily provoked or taken advantage of.
