Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan mengetahui secara empiris (1) pengaruhQuality of Work life terhadap Work engagement (2) pengaruh Self Determinationterhadap Work engagement (3) Pengaruh Job Performance terhadap Work engagement(4) pengaruh Quality of Worklife, Self Determintion, dan Job Performance secarasimultan terhadap Work engagement. Variabel yang digunakan dalam penelitian iniadalah Quality of Worklife, Self Determintion, dan Job Performance sebagai variabelindependen dan Work engagement sebagai variabel dependen.Sampel dalam penelitianini adalah karyawan PT. Pamor Spinning Mill’s sebanyak 100 responden dengan teknikpengambilan sampel random sampling. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakankuesioner. Teknik analisis data yaitu analisis regresi berganda, uji F, dan uji t. Hasilanalisisuji t menunjukkan terdapat pengaruh secara parsial antara variabel independenterhadap variabel dependen sedangkan data uji F menunjukkanadanya pengaruh secarasimultan variabel Quality of Worklife, Self Determintion, dan Job Performance terhadapWork Engagement.

Abstract

Abstract : The purpose of this study is to examine the significance of POS role models as mediation to organizational justice relations (procedural and distribusional) directed at the individual relationship to the organization (OCBO). Respondents in this study are non-permanent faculty members in PTM accredited A (UMS, UMY, UMM, UHAMKA, and UAD). The survey results on the five PTM get 150 non-permanent lecturers willing to be respondents. The result of SEM analysis shows that procedural and distributional equity correlate positively and significantly to POS. One thing that is different in the findings of this study is the weak relationship between POS and OCBO. Procedural justice has a significant direct relationship to OCBO, but not with distributive justice. That is, POS is not a variable mediating distributive and procedural justice relationships with OCBO.Abstraksi : Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji signifikansi model peran POS sebagai mediasi terhadap hubungan keadilan organisasi (prosedural dan distribusional) yang diarahkan pada hubungan individu dengan organisasi (OCBO). Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah anggota fakultas non-permanen di PTM terakreditasi A (UMS, UMY, UMM, UHAMKA, dan UAD). Hasil survei pada lima PTM mendapatkan 150 dosen non permanen yang bersedia menjadi responden. Hasil analisis SEM menunjukkan bahwa prosedural dan distribusi ekuitas berkorelasi positif dan signifikan terhadap POS. Satu hal yang berbeda dalam temuan penelitian ini adalah lemahnya hubungan antara POS dan OCBO. Keadilan prosedural memiliki hubungan langsung yang signifikan dengan OCBO, tetapi tidak dengan keadilan distributif. Artinya, POS bukanlah variabel mediasi hubungan keadilan distributif dan prosedural dengan OCBO

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji ada tidaknya pengaruh yang signifikan antara kualitas pelayanan jasa dengan keputusan pasien berobat rawat inap di Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Dr. Moewardi. Dugaan awal yang dikemukakan pada penelitian ini adalah ada pengaruh signifikan antara kualitas pelayanan dengan keputusan pasien di Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Dr. Moewardi. Semakin baik kualitas pelayanan yang diberikan oleh pihak rumah sakit, maka akan semakin tinggi tingkat kepuasan yang dirasakan oleh pasien. Begitu juga sebaliknya, semakin buruk kualitas pelayanan yang diberikan pihak rumah sakit, maka semakin rendah tingkat kepuasan yang dirasakan oleh pasien.Subjek dalam penelitian ini merupakan pasien di Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Dr. Moewardi yang berjumlah 100 orang. Data responden diperoleh dengan kuesioner yang disebarkan secara langsung kepada pasien dan dianalisis dengan pengujian validitas dengan menggunakan metode Pearson Product Moment, pengujian reliabilitas dengan metode Alpha Cronbach. Alat pengujian yang digunakan untuk pengujian hipotesis adalah alat uji yang dapat menguji ada tidaknya perbedaan rata-rata antara empat kelompok sampel yang saling independen terhadsap suatu variabel. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa uji Anova atau F-test menghasilkan nilai f hitung sebesar 4.532 dengan tingkat signifikansi 0,005. Karena probabilitas signifikansi lebih kecil dari 0,05, maka model regresi dapat digunakan untuk memprediksi kepuasan pasien atau dapat dikatakan kualitas pelayanan, tempat, dan harga secara bersama-sama berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pasien. Dari hasil penghitungan menggunakan SPSS 13 menunjukkan besarnya nilai koefisien determinasi r2 = 0,124. Hal ini berarti 12,4% variansi kepuasan pasien yang dapat dijelaskan oleh variabel kualitas pelayanan, tempat, dan harga. Sedangkan sisanya (100% - 12,4% = 87,6%) dijelaskan oleh faktor lain yang tidak termasuk dalam penelitian.

Abstract

Green Lifestyle is focused to our care for this beloved earth. A lifestyle that really makethis earth as a “partner” in everyday life, not only as an “object” exploitation to make ends meet.Goals to be achieved through this study are as follows: 1. Make the description of eco-friendlylifestyle in Solo City residents 2. Analyze the relationship with the eco-friendly lifestyledemographic characteristics of residents of Solo Data collection in this study is survey methodwith questionnaire instruments. To test the hypothesis that distinguishes environmentally friendlylifestyle perceptions of respondents based on their demographic characteristics, this study usesone-way ANOVA. Based on the results of data analysis can also be concluded that people withhigher education, older adult, married, and female sex have a lifestyle that is more environmentallyfriendly than less educated people, young, unmarried, and male sex.

Abstract

Entrepreneurship is an important issue because the findings of a number of studies show mixed results. In this regard, the identification of successful entrepreneurial factors becomes a reference for mapping important aspects of entrepreneurship itself. The purpose of this research is to examine the success of entrepreneurial factors using purpose sampling consisting of 200 female students. The results show that the variables of knowledge, capital and social factors have a positive effect on the success of entrepreneurial factors. Discussions and limitations are presented so that they become a reference for further research

Abstract

Consumption of counterfeit products is one of the interesting issues in the marketing field because it is not only related to theoretical but also marketing interests. The purpose of this research is to examine the intention to buy counterfeit products by involving 150 young people in Solo. The analysis shows that value consciousness and social risk affect the purchase intention of counterfeit products, while the perceived risk variable has no effect.

Abstract

The aims of this study were to analyze the mediating effect of work motivation on the influence of job design and organizational culture on human resource performance. Research design is a detailed design that is used as a study guide that leads to research objectives. The object of this research is the human resources of the Karanganyar Regency Environmental Service. In this study there was a population of 55 people with a sample of 35 respondents. Sampling used a purposive sampling method, with the criteria of employees who have worked for more than one year and have at least a bachelor's degree. Test validity and reliability using smart PLS analysis on the outer model. Hypothesis testing uses the inner smart PLS model. The results of the analysis analysis show that there is a significant direct effect of work design on human resource performance and work motivation, there is a significant direct effect of organizational culture on work motivation and human resource performance, there is a significant direct effect between work motivation on human resource performance , there is an indirect effect of work design on human resource performance through work motivation mediating variables.

Abstract

In the digital era, there is a new view of business life, namely with online trading sites or platforms (e-commerce). This requires business people to transform conventional trading systems into modern systems, this modern trading system allows businesses to cover a wider market than conventional trading systems. This study aims to analyse the effect of Digital Influencers and Discounts on Repurchase Interest in E-commerce in Surakarta city with Brand Image as an intervening variable. The population in this study was conducted on students in the city of Surakarta who had bought in e-commerce. The sample in this study consisted of 100 respondents taken from the Partial Least Square (PLS) based Purposive Model Technique (SEM) with the help of SmartPLS software. The results of the study found that: (1) Digital Influencers have a positive and significant effect on Repurchase Intention in E-commerce. (2) Discount has a positive and significant effect on Repurchase Interest in E-commerce. (3) Brand Image has a positive and significant effect on Repurchase Intention in E-commerce. (4) Brand Image plays a role in mediating the influence of Digital Influencers on Repurchase Intention in E-commerce. (5) Brand Image plays a role in mediating the effect of Discount on Repurchase Intention in E-commerce. Keywords: Discount, E-Commerce, Influencer, Repurchase Intention
