Abstract

Perkembangan usaha di Kota Karawang sudah semakin berkembang terlebih jenis usaha kuliner. Banyaknya kafe / rumah makan di Kota Karawang berlomba-lomba memberikan pelayanan yang terbaik kepada pembeli guna mendapatkan penilaian tinggi pada kafenya. Salah satu strategi dalam bidang pemasaran adalah customer relationship management (CRM) untuk meningkatkan loyalitas dan kepuasan pembeli. Secara umum, dapat dikatakan bahwa tujuan setiap strategi CRM untuk mengembangkan hubungan yang menguntungkan dengan pembeli. Sasaran utama dari CRM untuk meningkatkan pertumbuhan jangka panjang dan profitabilitas perusahaan melalui pengertian yang lebih baik terhadap kebiasaan atau perilaku pembeli. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menerapkan strategi CRM dalam sebuah aplikasi pemesanan menu makanan yang digunakan oleh pembeli untuk memesan makanan di kafe Bozzkost. Dari hasil penerapan CRM tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa dari 30 pembeli yang mengisi kuesioner menyatakan Setuju pada aspek manfaat sebesar 54.2% yang artinya pembeli merasakan manfaat yang diberikan. Kata Kunci: customer relationship management, sistem informasi, software development life cycle, web apps.

Abstract

Games have become a means of entertainment that are most in demand by people from the young to the old. An example of the technology used at this time is Multimedia Game Education. This technology offers a fun and efficient learning experience, by displaying 2D and 3D image objects. This study aims to introduce the material about Mathematics in the second grade elementary school subjects by incorporating Interactive Educational Games in the learning system at SD Abdi Negara 2 Cibarusah. The educational side of this game is in the form of fun counting lessons and there are material questions to learn for second graders. The research methods used in this study include the Research and Development method, namely by using preliminary study techniques or exploratory studies to examine, investigate, and collect information by collecting data through observation and interviews. The result of this research is the implementation of making an Android-based educational game application: "Learning Mathematics" using Unity 3D. This Android-based educational game "Learning Mathematics" is expected to provide a new experience in the world of learning and is expected to increase students' interest in learning, especially learning mathematics.

Abstract

The increase in population has resulted in the need for motorized vehicles so that it triggers traffic accidents. The grouping of traffic accident data is important to do, because it will make it easier for the police, especially the traffic accident unit in each district/city police station in Central Java province in reducing the number of traffic accidents. In this study, using Data Mining with the K-Means Algorithm with the aim of obtaining information about traffic accident data groups based on the incidence rate so that it is known the level of traffic accidents that occur in each district / city in the province of Central Java. By using the K-means algorithm, 3 clusters with different accident rates are obtained, cluster 1 is the low accident rate, cluster 2 is moderate, and cluster 3 is the highest accident rate

Abstract

Application Programming Interface (API) is an interface that is able to integrate data and connect an application that runs on many platforms so that it can be connected to each other, one of the API implementations is the RESTful API. The choice of technology in making a RESTful API is very important because it can affect the performance of the server. The Codeigniter and Express.js frameworks are two backend technologies that are used to create RESTful APIs. To determine the performance of each framework, it is necessary to test using the performance testing method to determine the response time and CPU and memory usage. The results of the test show that Express,js has an average response time of 438,64 ms faster than the Codeigniter framework which obtains an average response time of 551,72 ms, while for CPU and memory usage, the Express.js framework consumes more than the Codeigniter framework. . So Express.js is suitable for systems that are accessed by many users and are placed on servers with high specifications. While the Codeigniter framework is suitable to be implemented for systems with fewer user access and can be placed on servers with low specifications.

Abstract

Presence is an activity of recording attendance data to determine the number of attendees of an agency. In the field of education such as schools, attendance is still done manually which is written in the learning activity book. The impact of the student attendance recapitulation system causes the recapitulation process to be less effective. Therefore, an attendance system is needed in order to improve performance at school in terms of recapitulating student attendance data. The system to be built in this research uses NodeMCU ESP8266 and RFID technology. This research applies SDLC methodology with waterfall model. The stages of the waterfall model that will be carried out are Requirements Analysis, System Design, System Implementation, System Testing, and Documentation. Testing is done using Blackbox and User Acceptance Test. The results of tests conducted using blackbox on hardware and software systems. On the hardware system can be read RFID card as far as 4 cm, and for the software system on all menus show good functionality. For UAT testing using a Likert scale from the results of questionnaires to students getting a percentage value of 80.43% categorized as strongly agreeing on the student attendance system.

Abstract

This research needs to be conducted to find out how much influence taxpayer awareness has on compliance with MSME tax payments on platform usersecommercein West java. The existence of this study aims to see how much the level of awareness of taxpayers, especially MSME actors in West Java, uses the platformecommerce in carrying out its business activities in compliance with paying taxes. The data source in this study is primary data in the form of a questionnaire that has collected 106 respondents as measured using a Likert scale. As for the research conducted using a data analysis model in the form of multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS tools. The results show that of the four dimensions of taxpayer awareness that can affect taxpayer compliance, one of which is the perception of the taxpayer partially does not have a significant effect on taxpayer compliance. However, the other three variables, namely tax knowledge, taxpayer characteristics, and tax socialization have a positive and significant effect on taxpayer compliance.
