<![CDATA[ABSTRAKKepatuhan minum obat terhadap pengobatan DM tipe 2 dapat dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor, yaitu dukungan keluarga serta efikasi diri. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis hubungan antara efikasi diri serta dukungan keluarga terhadap tingkat kepatuhan minum obat antidiabetik oral pada pasien DM tipe 2. Metode yang digunakan yaitu desain analitik observasional dengan pendekatan cross sectional dengan jumlah sampel 78 sampel dari total sampling. Pengambilan data mempergunakan kuesioner Morisky Medication Adherence Scale-8 (MMAS-8), Diabetes Management Self Efficacy Scale (DMSES), dan kuesioner Dukungan Keluarga, yang kemudian dianalisis dengan uji korelasi rank spearman. Analisis data penelitian menghasilkan nilai koefisien korelasi antara efikasi diri terhadap kepatuhan minum obat sebesar 0,831 yang berarti sangat kuat dengan ρ value = 0,001 (ρ value 0,005). Koefisien korelasi antara dukungan keluarga terhadap kepatuhan minum obat sebesar 0,769 yang juga berarti sangat kuat dengan nilai ρ value = 0,001 (ρ value 0,005). Kesimpulan penelitian ini efikasi diri dan dukungan keluarga mendorong kepatuhan minum obat pasien DM tipe 2.Kata Kunci : Kepatuhan Minum Obat, Efikasi Diri, Dukungan Keluarga, DM Tipe 2 ABSTRACTMedication compliance is influenced by several factors, one of which is self-efficacy and family support. The aim of this study was to analyze the relationship between self-efficacy and family support on the level of medication compliance to taking oral hypoglycemic drugs in patients DM type 2. This study used observational analytics cross sectional design with 78 persons as sample qualified using total sampling. Data were collected by using Morisky Medication Adherence Scale-8 (MMAS-8), Diabetes Management Self Efficacy Scale (DMSES) and the family support questionnaire, then were analyzed using spearman rank correlation test. The result of this study showed the correlation coefficient value of self-efficacy and medication compliance was r= 0,831 which means very strong with ρ value = 0.001 (ρ value 0.005). Family support and medication compliance was r= 0,769 which means very strong with ρ value = 0.001 (ρ value 0.005). The conclusion of this study was self-efficacy and family support encourage medication adherence in type 2 DM patients. Type 2.
