Abstract

Penyebab cemas pada anak saat hospitaliasi adalah prosedur keperawatan yang mengakibatkan nyeri salah satunya adalah terapi intravena. Kehadiran orang tua sangat diperlukan selama prosedur terapi intravena melalui terapi dekapan. Terapi dekapan sangat sederhana mudah dilakukan oleh orang tua selama perawat melakukan tindakan kepada anak. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh terapi dekapan terhadap tingkat kecemasan anak saat pemberian terapi intravena. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian quasy-experimental dengan pendekatan case control. Responden dalam penelitan ini adalah anak usia 3-6 tahun sebanyak 36 anak yang terbagi menjadi 18 kelompok kasus (terapi dekapan) dan 18 kelompok kontrol (posisi supinasi). Teknik pengambilan sampel dilakukan secara acak sederhana. Pengukuran tingkat kecemasan dilakukan pada saat terapi intravena menggunakan Children Fear’s Score (CFS). Hasil penelitian adalah anak yang tidak diberi terapi dekapan, saat terapi intravena sebagian besar memiliki tingkat kecemasan skala 3 dengan kategori takut, yaitu terdapat 2 kerutan didahi (22,2 %). Anak yang diberikan terapi dekapan, saat terapi intravena sebagian besar memiliki tingkat kecamasan skala 1 dengan kategori sedikit takut sebanyak (27,8 %). Kesimpulan yang dapat diambil adalah terdapat pengaruh antara terapi dekapan terhadap tingkat kecemasan anak saat pemberian terapi intravena dengan nilai p=0,001

Abstract

Covid-19 is a global health problem. When the number of cases of Covid-19 increased, the government imposed a study from home policy. This has resulted in various impacts on learning in higher education. This study aims to determine the impact that occurs in the online learning process of health students at Universitas Muhammadiyah Gombong during the Covid-19 pandemic. The study uses a qualitative method with a phenomenological approach. Data collection was carried out by online interviews using handphones with health study program students of Universitas Muhammadiyah Gombong (10 participants) who were taken by cluster random sampling. Data analysis using thematic analysis assisted by OpenCode 4.02 software. The results show 5 themes, namely changes in activity due to the pandemic, psychological changes for students, lectures during the pandemic, online lecture constraints, and student coping in the face of the Covid-19 pandemic. The impact of the Covid-19 pandemic has resulted in changes in daily activities caused many obstacles during online learning and boring, saturated and feeling uncomfortable.
