Abstract

Countries in the world are currently facing a COVID-19 pandemic. World Health Organization recommended one of COVID-19 prevention by washing hands with soap and running water. Indonesia's government set a new adaptation by allowing schools to conduct face-to-face learning in the green or yellow zone. Each school has to provide and practice handwashing using soap before students start the learning process. To determine the student's knowledge of adherence to handwashing with soap and running water in MTs Cokroaminoto Dawuhan, Madukara District of Banjarnegara Regency. This study was a descriptive quantitative design with a cross-sectional approach. The population in this study was all students of MTs Cokroaminoto Dawuhan, Madukara. Data collection used questionnaires and analyzed using univariate analysis through SPSS. One hundred thirtynine respondents were in good knowledge (84.2%), twenty-four respondents were in enough level (14.5%), and only two respondents were in poor levels (1.2%). Sequentially for adherence and non-adherence levels, 113 respondents (68.5%) and six respondents (31.5%). The adherence levels of students to handwashing in the adaptation of new habits of the COVID-19 pandemic have good knowledge and adherence in handwashing with running water. Further study can examine the factors influencing students' adherence to handwashing with running water during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Abstract

Background: Independence of personal hygiene is an action in maintaining personal hygiene, both physical and psychological. One of the factors that can affect the independence personal hygieneof school-age children is parenting. Objective : To determine the relationship between parenting and the level ofindependence personal hygiene stylesin preschool children at Pertiwi Kindergarten 14.09.01 Poncowarno. Methods: This study uses a quantitative correlation method using adesign cross-sectional, the sampling technique uses total sampling with a sample of 65 respondents. The research instrument used was a parenting style questionnaire and a questionnaire on the level ofindependence personal hygiene. Results : The results showed that 44 (67.7%) respondents applied democratic parenting, 14 (21.5%) authoritarian parenting, and 7 (10.8%) permissive parenting patterns. Meanwhile, for the level ofindependence, personal hygiene there were 50 (76.9%) independent children and 15 children (23.1%) quite independent children. Bivariate analysis with chi-square test obtained a p-value of 0.003 which means there is a relationship between parenting patterns and the level ofindependence personal hygiene. Conclusion: The results of this study indicate that there is a significant relationship between parenting patterns and the level ofindependence personal hygiene in preschool children at TK Pertiwi 14.09.01 Poncowarno. Recommendation : Further researchers can use other variables (such as gender) that affect the formation of independence in preschool children.

Abstract

Covid-19 is a global health problem. When the number of cases of Covid-19 increased, the government imposed a study from home policy. This has resulted in various impacts on learning in higher education. This study aims to determine the impact that occurs in the online learning process of health students at Universitas Muhammadiyah Gombong during the Covid-19 pandemic. The study uses a qualitative method with a phenomenological approach. Data collection was carried out by online interviews using handphones with health study program students of Universitas Muhammadiyah Gombong (10 participants) who were taken by cluster random sampling. Data analysis using thematic analysis assisted by OpenCode 4.02 software. The results show 5 themes, namely changes in activity due to the pandemic, psychological changes for students, lectures during the pandemic, online lecture constraints, and student coping in the face of the Covid-19 pandemic. The impact of the Covid-19 pandemic has resulted in changes in daily activities caused many obstacles during online learning and boring, saturated and feeling uncomfortable.

Abstract

Orang tua adalah orang yang paling berperan penting dalam membantu anak-anak karena lingkungan utama bagi anak adalah lingkungan keluarga. Mendukung, membina, dan mengajar anak-anak di rumah adalah komitmen masing-masing orang tua. Peran orang tua menjadi penting ketika anak-anak mulai belajar di rumah. Para orang tua memiliki banyak kendala dalam membantu anak-anaknya belajar di rumah. Orang tua telah mengakui bahwa mereka benar-benar berpikir bahwa sulit untuk mengontrol putra putri mereka saat belajar di rumah. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui peran dan kendala orang tua dalam pendampingan pembelajaran offline pasca pembelajaran daring masa pandemi di SDN Kalipuru Pujotirto. Metode penelitian adalah deskriptif kuantitatif dengan pendekatan survey. Populasi yang akan diambil dalam penelitian ini adalah 266 orang tua siswa. Penulis mengambil data dari 74 orang yang diambil secara simple random sampling. Instrument atau alat ukur yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu kuesioner. Data dianalisis secara deskriptif. Orangtua memiliki peran kategori baik dalam pendampingan pembelajaran (74.3%). Orangtua memiliki kendala kategori berat dalam pendampingan pembelajaran (82.4%). Bagi sekolah, di harapkan membuat program pendidikan untuk orang tua (parenting school) untuk mendukung orang tua dalam mendampingi anak selama pembelajaran di rumah dan meningkatkan wawasan dan pengetahuan dasar orang tua tentang pendidikan anak.

Abstract

Latar Belakang: Anjuran untuk memberikan ASI pada anak yang baru dilahirkan sampai anak berusia 6 bulan dengan alasan karena pada usia tersebut anak membutuhkan asupan gizi yang baik salah satunya dari ASI karena belum terkotori.Anak yang diberikan asupan dengan gizi yang kurang akan menyebabkan kurangnya proses dalam tumbuh kembang anak dan bisa juga anak mengalami kekurangan gizi, anak yang kekurangan gizi memiliki daya tahan tubuh yang rendah sehingga mudah rentan terkena penyakit Tujuan: Untuk mengetahui hubungan pengetahuan tentang ASI eksklusif terhadap pemberian ASI pada mahasiswa keperawatan di Universitas Muhammadiyah Gombong. Metode: peneliti menggunakan desain pendekatan croos sectional dengan penelitian kuantitatif dengan 50 responden dan menggunakan total sampel. Hasil: Orangtua memiliki peran kategori baik dalam pendampingan pembelajaran (74.3%). Orangtua memiliki kendala kategori berat dalam pendampingan pembelajaran (82.4%). Hasil Penelitian: Hasil dari uji statistic Rank Spearmank didapatkan nilai signifikan (p=0,000 < 0,05), dengan demikian hasil Analisa data dengan Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima yang dapat diartikan ada hubungan pengetahuan tentang ASI eksklusif terhadap pemberian ASI.
