Abstract

Moral crisis that hit the Indonesian nation in recent years, not only experienced by the non-educated, even now many intellectuals struck. One reason is the education process has not integrate the knowledge and values. So far, the role of knowledge including mathematics no more left brain only serve that only requires logical thinking skills that equip students only smart but do not equip students are smart. This is because mathematics is the cornerstone of scientific thinking which is separated from the value, but it affects the attitudes and behavior of people in decisions and actions. If early planting religiosity values elaborated with knowledge of Mathematics, it will give birth to light pious people who can bring change to glory. The purpose of this study was decrypt the prototype model of a religious character education based on knowledge of school mathematics. This study uses a model of the 4D development Thiagarajan consisting of Define, Design, Develop and Desseminate. The subject of the study was mathematics schools and Instructional Materials Development (PBA), which developed into a religious character-based educational materials school math knowledge. While the test subjects are mathematics education students who have taken the PBA in the year 2013/2014. Expected results of research are educational teaching materials produced prototypes built religious character of the school of mathematical knowledge. Abstract

This study aims to describe students' learning difficulties in terms of location, type and causes difficulty learning courses Linear Model. From the results of research conducted obtained: (1) the location of the learning difficulties of students in a course linear model , the indicators 2.3.1 to calculate the statistical test one way Multivariate Anova in solving problems has highest indicators of achievement that is 83,125 %, (2) The types of difficulty student learning in courses linear model, the most errors made by students in false beliefs. This suggests that students experiencing difficulty learning course materials Linear Models on the principle of ability to percentage (39.352 %). It is seen from the mistakes made by students in solving problems. Therefore it is vital that students know and master the concepts and procedures that are appropriate in solving a given problem. Key words : location , types and causes learning difficulties, diagnostic test.

Abstract

Pendidikan dasar merupakan jenjang pendidikan yang melandasi jenjang pendidikan menengah dengan tujuan untuk menciptakan manusia beriman dan bertaqwa terhadap Tuhan Yang Maha Esa, berbudi luhur, berkepribadian mandiri,  maju, tangguh, cerdas, kreatif, terampil, disiplin, bertanggung jawab serta sehat jasmani dan rohani. Tujuan penelitian tindakan kelas ini adalah untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar peserta didik pada mata pelajaran Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam materi Ciri Khusus Makhluk Hidup melalui metode pembelajaran Rotating Trio Exchange pada peserta didik Kelas VI di SD Negeri 4 Nambuhan Kecamatan Purwodadi Kabupaten Grobogan Semester 1 Tahun Pelajaran 2016/2017. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan bulan Agustus sampai November 2016 bertempat di SD Negeri 4 Nambuhan, Kecamatan Purwodadi, Kabupaten Grobogan. Sumber data berasal dari guru dan Peserta Didik  kelas VI yang berjumlah 24 orang. Validasi data dilakukan melalui triangulasi data dengan analisis data dilakukan terhadap hasil data observasi, analisis data angket/soal, dan analisis hasil wawancara. Penelitian ini terdiri dari dua siklus yang masing-masing terdiri dari perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pengamatan dan refleksi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa nilai rata-rata hasil belajar peserta didik Kelas VI  di SD Negeri 4 Nambuhan, Kecamatan Purwodadi, Kabupaten Grobogan Semester 1 Tahun Pelajaran 2016/2017 pada mata pelajaran IPA materi Ciri Khusus Makhluk Hidup, hal ini dibuktikan dari peningkatan hasil belajar peserta didik pada pra pembelajaran rata-rata hasil belajar peserta didik sebesar 64,33, meningkat pada siklus I setelah menggunakan metode pembelajaran Rotating Trio Exchange menjadi 75,87 dan akhirnya bisa di tingkatkan lagi pada siklus II menjadi 87,29. Adapun saran yang dapat diajukan antara lain : (1)Guru hendaknya membiasakan diri menerapkan metode pembelajaran yang aktif dan inovatif supaya peserta didik aktif mengikuti kegiatan belajar sehingga dapat meningkatkan pemahaman, keaktifan, dan hasil belajar peserta didik; (2) Di dalam melaksanakan kegiatan pembelajaran hendaknya peserta didik mengasah semua aspek yang ada dalam dirinya; dan (3) Sekolah hendaknnya menyediakan sarana dan prasarana yang menunjang proses pembelajaran seperti media pembelajaran, alat peraga, buku-buku penunjang dan peralatan teknologi informasi yang memadai.

Abstract

We formulate application of Bezier revolution surfaces for modeling onyx and marmer objects in three steps as the following. Firstly, calculating the parametric representation of Bezier revolution surfaces and its shape modification in some different forms is done. Secondly, we formulate parametric continuity for joining the surfaces. Finally, the application of those formulas for modeling onyx and marmer objects of revolution by using computer are simulated.

Abstract

Penelitian ini berupaya untuk menentukan potensi Halim Perdanakusuma Airport sebagai Bandar Udara Kota Jakarta di masa mendatang. Analisa Kinerja terhadap airport kota dilaksanakan di Halim dan Soekarno-Hatta dengan asusmsi bahwa kedua Bandar udara tersebut berada pada wilayah cakupan daerah dan letak geografis yang sama. Metode penelitian berupa analisa kinerja digunakan untuk mengukur kinerja masing-masing Bandar udara dengan membandingkan Halim dengan Soekarno-Hatta sebagai Bandar udara utama yang melayani Kota Jakarta. Beberapa factor kunci akan diukur dengan seksama terkait dengan perkembangan lalu-lintas penumpang, dan kinerja keluaran bandara dengan beberapa parameter, meliputi produktifitas, efektifitas pembiayaan dan kinerja pendapatan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini diketahui bahwa Halim diprediksikan diharapkan mampu mengakomodasi 3,9 juta hingga 6 juta penumpang untuk lima tahun mendatang, dengan asumsi bahwa 10 persen lalu lintas di Soekarno-Hatta akan beralih ke Halim dan karena ini terminal penumpang di Halim perlu untuk dikembangkan. Dari sisi kinerja, Halim belum memiliki kemajuan produktifitas secara signifikan, namun di sisi lain mampu mengembangkan sisi non-aeronautik sehingga 50 persen dari total pendapatan berasal dari sisi non-aeronautik. Akhirnya, berdasarkan hasil dari analisa kinerja di Halim dan Soekarno-Hatta diketahui bahwa beberapa aspek dan kinerja dari Bandar Udara Halim dapat dikembangkan dan memperlihatkan bahwa Halim mampu beroperasi dan sebenarnya memiliki potensi untuk dikembangkan sebagai Bandar Udara Kota Jakarta di masa mendatang.

Abstract

One of the state threats due to the Covid-19 case is the disturbance of the stability of the security of public order due to the occurrence of crime. Cumulatively, there is an increase in criminal cases in Indonesia in 2020 compared to 2019. The dominating cases are cases of narcotics abuse, then cases of weighted theft, theft of two-wheeled motor vehicles and cases of theft with violence. The main role and duties of the National Police are at realizing domestic security which includes maintaining security and public order, law and order, providing protection, protection and services to the community and upholding human rights. Police patrol is one of the roles of the police in an effort to reduce the crime rate. The implementation of police patrols at the Labuhanbatu Police in an effort to suppress crime in the jurisdiction of the Labuhanbatu Police, namely: Exploring the areas, routes and targets that have been determined and seeing any vulnerabilities. Taking the First Action at the Place of the Case, Committing Minor Crime, Labuhanbatu Police carried out Tipiring in case of being caught red-handed. Limited repressive actions were taken when there was disruption of social security and security. Police patrols are effective in reducing the crime rate at the Labuhanbatu Police. The obstacles that exist are Labuhanbatu Police personnel not proportional to the population, insufficient patrol operational funds, inadequate patrol equipment, and the community is not proactive in helping the police work in reducing the crime rate.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the role of the Department of Marine Affairs and Fisheries in Labuhanbatu Regency in protecting the terubuk fish (Tenualosa ilisha). This type of research is an empirical research with a qualitative approach with the techniques used in data collection, namely: interviews and observations. The results showed that the role of the Department of Marine Affairs and Fisheries in Labuhanbatu Regency had been carried out well, namely in maintaining the population of terubuk fish and proposing regulations in the form of Decree of the Minister of Maritime Affairs and Fisheries Number 43 of 2016 concerning Protection of Terubuk Fish (Tenualosa ilisha). The inhibiting factors are:the attitude of the fishing community's behavior that does not care about the threat of the worst fish from extinction when caught on a forbidden dayand the lack of knowledge of the fishing community on the protection of the terubuk fish species (Tenualosa ilisha). Meanwhile, efforts to overcome this are by socializing, coaching and monitoringon an ongoing basis so that it is important to obey the regulations that have been set and must be truly understood by the community, especially the coastal fishermen of the Barumun River watershed.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the legality of the electronic certificate of mortgage in the context of executing the guarantee if the debtor defaults or defaults if there is a data error in the bank credit agreement. The method used in this research is the literature method with reference to the normative juridical method, namely using data sourced from secondary legal materials, namely from the prevailing laws and regulations in Indonesia. The regulations used as material are the Regulation of the Minister of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning / Head of the National Land Agency of the Republic of Indonesia Number 3 of 2019 concerning Electronically Integrated Mortgage Services. The research results show that the certificate generated from the electronic mortgage registration system has executorial power because the mortgage certificate contains the sentence for Justice Based on the One Godhead. The sentence shows that the mortgage certificate can be used as a tool for executing collateral if the debtor defaults or defaults to pay without a court order. Sentences for Justice based on the One Godhead are equated as a judge's decision in a court. If there is a data error in the certificate and no changes are made, the execution cannot be carried out and the certificate can be canceled and the agreement in guarantee can also be canceled.

Abstract

Joint assets are assets obtained by a husband and wife as long as they are bound by a marriage rope, or in other terms it is explained that gono-gini property is property obtained by means of syirkah between husband and wife which causes an association of one property with another other assets and cannot be separated or differentiated anymore. In this writing, the author conducts research using the type of empirical normative research, where the author combines library data such as books, laws, combined with field research based on facts obtained in the field. The legal consequences in a divorce, in this case what is most felt is every husband or wife regarding the issue of joint property. As for the division of joint property which in this case is carried out, if the husband or wife is divorced, then for that they can claim that their rights to the assets obtained can be owned. As for this case, according to the provisions contained in Article 37 of Law no. 16 of 2019 on the amendment to Law no. 1 of 1974 concerning Marriage, then regarding the distribution of joint property, it must be given to the parties concerned, which is the husband or the wife.after the establishment of a new policy by the management team.

Abstract

Motivasi belajar merupakan dorongan yang terdapat pada suatu individu untuk mengerjakan suatu tindakan dalam konteks pembelajaran dengan maksud mencapai tujuan tertentu. Tujuan dari penelitian ini ialah untuk menganalisis terkait peranan serta hubungan motivasi belajar siswa terhadap prestasi belajar matematika. Metode yang digunakan yaitu Systematic Literature Review (SLR). Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan mencari artikel yang relevan pada google scholar dengan kata kunci motivasi belajar siswa terhadap prestasi matematika. Beberapa artikel yang digunakan oleh peneliti ialah artikel yang dipublikasikan dengan rentang waktu 2019 sampai dengan 2023. Adapun teknik analisis datanya yaitu dengan mengelompokkan artikel-artikel tersebut menjadi beberapa kelompok, kemudian diinterpretasikan. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa motivasi belajar siswa sangat berperan penting dalam peningkatan prestasi belajar, khususnya dalam mata pelajaran matematika. Selain itu, motivasi belajar juga memiliki hubungan yang positif dan signifikan terhadap prestasi belajar matematika. Dimana semakin besar motivasi belajar yang dimiliki oleh siswa, maka prestasi belajar matematikanya juga akan semakin besar. Kata kunci :Motivasi Belajar; Prestasi Belajar Matematika.
