Abstract

ABSTRAK Pangsa pasar perbankan Syariah di Indonesia masih rendah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh variabel pengetahuan, motivasi, dan marketing terhadap keengganan minat UMKM di sekitar wisata religi di Madura untuk mempunyai produk pembiayaan di bank syariah. Jenis data pada penelitian merupakan data primer yang didapatkan melalui penyebaran kuesioner pada pemiliki UMKM pada kawasan wisata religi di Madura dan tidak memiliki produk pembiayaan di bank syariah. Regresi liniear berganda digunakan untuk mengolah data penelitian ini. Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu pengetahuan dan motivasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keengganan minat UMKM mengambil pembiayaan pada bank syariah. Variabel marketing tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keengganan minat mengambil pembiayaan pada bank syariah. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut maka perlu dilakukan penelitian lebih lanjut untuk mengidentifikasi faktor lain yang akan mendorong minat UMKM untuk mengambil pembiyaan pada bank syariah. Kata Kunci: Bank syariah, Pariwisata Syariah, Keengganan Minat, UMKM.   ABSTRACT The market share of Islamic banking in Indonesia is still low. his study aims to determine the effect of knowledge, motivation, and marketing variables on the reluctance of MSME interest in religious tourism in Madura to have financing products in Islamic banks. The type of data in this study is primary data obtained through distributing questionnaires to MSME owners in religious tourism areas in Madura and not having financing products at Islamic banks. Multiple linear regression was used to process the research data. The results of this study are knowledge and motivation have a significant effect on the reluctance of MSMEs to take financing at Islamic banks. The marketing variable has no significant effect on the reluctance of interest in taking financing at Islamic banks. Based on these results, it is necessary to conduct further research to identify other factors that will encourage the interest of MSMEs to take financing in Islamic banks. Abstract

 Abstract. One of the problems in Islamic microfinance institutions is the availability of human resources who understand and are qualified in Islamic banking operations. The development of professionalism of lecturers in the field of teaching regarding Islamic bank operation laboratories has been related to the problem of lackof understanding of human resources in BMT. The purpose of this activity is to provide training on Islamic banking operations. This training was attended by 5 employees of KSPPS BMT Peniti Kahuripan Muliya. The training participants came from three BMT branch offices, namely the Surabaya branch, the Boyolalibranch, and the Bandung branch. The methods used are 1) providing theoretical and practical knowledge about Islamic banking operations 2) assistance in the roleplay of Islamic banking operations. The results of this activity are: First, all participants of this training activity are very enthusiastic and highly motivated to participate in the implementation of Islamic banking operational training activities. Second, the participants who attended the training as a whole were 60% of all training participants.Abstrak. Salah satu masalah dalam lembaga keuangan mikro syariah adalah ketersediaan SDM yang memahami dan mumpuni dalam operasional perbankan syariah. Pengembangan profesionalisme dosen pada bidang pengajaran tentang laboratorium operasi bank syariah selama ini terkait dengan persoalan kurangnya pemahaman SDM di BMT. Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah untuk memberikan pelatihan tentang operasional perbankan syariah. Pelatihan ini diikuti oleh para karyawan KSPPS BMT Peniti kahuripan Muliya sebanyak 5 orang. Peserta pelatihan berasal dari tiga kantor cabang BMT yaitu cabang Surabaya, cabang Boyolali, dan Cabang Bandung. Metode yang digunakan adalah 1) pemberian pengetahuan teoretis dan praktis tentang operasional perbankan syariah 2) pendampingan dalam roleplay operasional perbankan syariah. Hasil kegiatan ini adalah : Pertama, semua peserta kegiatan pelatihan ini sangat antusias, bersemangat, dan mempunyai motivasi yang tinggi mengikuti pelaksanaan kegiatan pelatihan operasional perbankan syariah. Kedua, peserta kegiatan yang mengikuti pelatihan secara keseluruhan adalah 60% dari semua peserta pelatihan.

Abstract

This study aims to: analyse the effect of supply chain management practices on the competitive advantage of local Madura traditional medicinal and spice products; explore the influence of supply chain management practices on the performance of the local Madura traditional medicine and spice agroindustry; investigate the effect of competitive advantage on the performance of the local Madura traditional medicine and spice agroindustry. The population in this study were entrepreneurs of traditional Madurese medicines and local spices. The sampling technique in this study used purposive sampling with a total sample of 25. The data collection technique used a questionnaire tested for validity and reliability. The data analysis tool used to answer the research hypothesis is SmartPLS. The results of this study indicate that: supply chain management practices have a direct and positive effect on the competitive advantage of traditional Madurese medicinal products and local spices; supply chain management practices have an immediate and positive impact on the performance of the Madura traditional medicine and local spice agroindustry; the competitive advantage of conventional Madurese medicinal products and local spices has a direct and positive effect on the performance of SMEs. Agro-industry SMEs are advised to continue increasing their competitive advantage and supply chain management to continue developing their business.

Abstract

AbstractOrganisasi Pariwisata Dunia (UNWTO) dan Dewan Perjalanan Pariswisata Dunia (WTTC) merilis data pada tahun 2017 terkait distribusi sektor pariwasata yang menyumbang 10% terhadap Produk Domestik Bruto (PDB) global. Hal tersebut memberikan kontribusi sebesar US $ 7,58 triliun dari total ekspor dunia sehingga memberikan dampak naikknya pendapatan devisa di sektor pariwisata meningkat di angka 25,1%. Mastercard Crecentrating Global Travel Market Index (GMTI) memperkirakan ada 230 juta wisatan muslim pada tahun 2026 secara global. Prediksi ini membuktikan bahwa pasar pariwisata syariah memiliki potensi besar dengan konsumen yang cukup menjanjikan. Di Indonesia, Pulau Madura menjadi salah satu wilayah yang berpotensi besar memiliki tren destinasi wisata syariah yang harus mendapatkan dukungan pemerintah, masyarakat dan Lembaga Keuangan Syariah sebagai motor penggerak ekuitas permodalan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengidentifikasi peran perbankan syariah terhadap pengembangan potensi pariwisata halal dan kontribusinya terhadap peningkatan pendapapatan asli daerah (PAD) khususnya di Kabupaten Bangkalan Madura. Penilitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomenologi di lapangan yang kemudian dikuatkan dengan data empiris. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa potensi pengembangan pantai pesisir menuju wisata halal Pulau Madura masih membutuhkan terkait pengadaan sarana prasarana, mobilitas menuju lokasi wisata, pelestarian ekosistem di sekitar pesisir meliputi cemara udang, mangrove dan terumbu karang serta fasilitas penunjang di area wisata. Ketiadaan modal dalam pengembangan wisata pesisir dapat didorong oleh peran perbankan syariah dalam melakukan ekspansi pembiayaan mikro pada sektor pariwisata menggunakan akad Mudharabah dan Musyarakah. Selanjutnya, peningkatan pendapatan asli daerah dapat dilakukan dengan melakukan stimulus yang diproyeksikan pada pengembangan potensi serta dukungan ril dari pemerintah selaku pemangku kebijakan.  AbstrakUnited National World Tourism Organization (UNWTO) and the World Tourism Travel Council (WTTC) released data in 2017 regarding the distribution of the tourism sector which accounts for 10% of the global Gross Domestic Product (GDP). This contributed US $ 7.58 trillion to total world exports, increasing foreign exchange earnings in the tourism sector by 25.1%. The Mastercard Crecentrating Global Travel Market Index (GMTI) estimates there will be 230 million Muslim tourists by 2026 globally. This prediction proves that the Islamic tourism market has great potential with quite promising consumers. In Indonesia, Madura Island is one of the areas with great potential to have a trend of Sharia tourist destinations which must get support from the government, the community, and Islamic financial institutions as a driving force for capital equity. This study aims to identify the role of Islamic banking in developing the potential for halal tourism and its contribution to increasing local revenue (PAD), especially in Bangkalan Madura Regency. This research uses a qualitative method with a phenomenological approach in the field which is then corroborated by empirical data. The results of the study show that the potential for developing coastal beaches towards halal tourism in Madura Island still requires related procurement of infrastructure, mobility to tourist sites, preservation of ecosystems around the coast including cypress shrimp, mangroves, and coral reefs as well as supporting facilities in tourist areas. The absence of capital in developing coastal tourism can be driven by the role of Islamic banking in expanding microfinance in the tourism sector using Mudharabah and Musyarakah contracts. Furthermore, an increase in local own-source revenue can be carried out by carrying out projected stimulus on potential development as well as real support from the government as the policy maker.

Abstract

Human resources in a company is a valuable asset that needs attention to achieve maximum performance so that company goals are achieved. Satisfied employees will affect their performance. There is still a lack of research on the relationship between internal and external factors and job satisfaction and human resource performance, particularly regarding the current popular topic of work-life balance and what young employees want from their jobs. This study aims to determine the effect of Islamic leadership, Islamic work environment, Islamic work motivation, and work-life balance on employee satisfaction and performance at Islamic banks. This study used a quantitative approach with a sampling, namely simple random sampling. The number of samples in this study was 41 respondents. Data analysis techniques use SEM-PLS using SmartPLS to manage data. The results showed that Islamic leadership variables greatly influence employee job satisfaction, work environment variables, work-life balance, and work motivation have a small influence on job satisfaction. In contrast, job satisfaction variables have a large influence on employee performance. The findings of this study are anticipated to be an assessment of Islamic bank stakeholders' attention to their human resources to maximize job satisfaction and performance and hasten the achievement of the company's objectives. The construction of a supportive Islamic workplace environment and work-life balance are issues that require consideration to promote employee satisfaction and performance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui apakah lifestyle, social environment, dan financial islamic literacy berpengaruh terhadap consumption behavior mahasiswa Bidikmisi (studi pada mahasiswa Bidikmisi Universitas Trunojoyo Madura). Jenis penelitian yang digunakan merupakan penelitian kuantitatif, dengan variabel yang digunakan adalah Lifestyle (X1), Social Environment (X2), Financial Islamic Literacy (X3), dan Consumption Behavior (Y). Sampel yang digunakan ialah sebanyak 373 mahasiswa Bidikmisi angkatan 2019, 2020, 2021, dan 2022 Universitas Trunojoyo Madura. Metode analisis menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif dengan statistik yakni uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linier berganda, uji hipotesis, dan koefisien determinasi berganda (R2). Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan variabel lifestyle, social environment, dan financial islamic literacy berpengaruh terhadap consumption behavior. Secara parsial variabel lifestyle (X1) tidak berpengaruh terhadap consumption behavior. Kemudian secara parsial variabel social environment (X2) dan financial islamic literacy (X3) berpengaruh dominan terhadap consumption behavior mahasiswa Bidikmisi Universitas Trunojoyo Madura.

Abstract

From year to year, the halal industry trend is increasing in demand. This is caused by consumer trust in halal products. Halal products are increasingly popular because they guarantee cleanliness and safety in their use. Halal products are not only in the financial sector, but more than that, including halal food, halal cosmetics, sharia tourism or halal tourism, and so on. This research aims to determine the effect of government spending, hotel occupancy rates, tax revenues, labor force participation rates, number of tourists, and consumption on Regional GDP per capita. This research uses secondary data obtained from BPS Bangkalan Regency. The data analysis technique uses the common effect model (CEM) as part of panel data. Based on the results of data processing, it was found that hotel occupancy rates, tax revenues, labor force participation rates, number of tourists and consumption had a positive and significant effect on Regional GDP per capita of Bangkalan Regency. The government expenditure variable has a positive relationship, but has no significant effect on the Regional GDP of Bangkalan Regency.
