Abstract

The purpose of this research is (1) To analyze and prove the influence of competence on the performance of PT employees. Zulu Alpha Papa in Macau City. (2) To analyze and prove the influence of work discipline on the performance of PT employees. Zulu Alpha Papa in Makassar City. (3) To analyze and prove the effect of job satisfaction on the performance of PT employees. Zulu Alpha Papa in Makassar City. (4) To analyze and know the variables that predominantly affect the performance of PT employees. Zulu Alpha Papa in Makassar City.This type of research is quantitative research with an exoplanet approach. The data sources in this study are all employees of PT. Zulu Alpha Papa in Makassar City. The data was obtained through questionnaires, interviews and observations, which were obtained directly from respondents on a likert (ordinal) scale with the summed rating method. The analysis method used in this research is quantitative descriptive method, through regression testing by conducting validity and reliability test of question items of each variable as well as assumption test.The results showed that (1) competency has a significant positive influence on employee performance with P = 0.039 0.05 with a coefficient value of 0.228, this coefficient shows that the better the competency of employees, the performance of PT employees. Zulu Alpha Papa Makassar will increase. (2) Work discipline has a significant positive influence on employee performance with P = 0.0020.05 with a coefficient of 0.554, This coefficient shows that the higher the employee's work discipline, the employee performance of PT. Zulu Alpha Papa Makassar will also increase. (3) Job satisfaction has no significant effect on employee performance with P = 0.195 0.05 with a coefficient value of 0.146, this coefficient indicates that employee job satisfaction does not affect employee performance at PT. Zulu Alpha Papa Makassar. (4) and the variable that has the dominant effect on employee performance is the discipline of work, this can be seen from the beta value of 0.618 greater than other variables. Keywords: Competence, Discipline, Job Satisfaction, and Performance.

Abstract

Arman Syah, 2018 Model Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia Bagian Produksi pada PT. Frisian Flag Cabang Makassar., Skripsi program Studi Manajemen Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Muhammadiyah Makassar. Dibimbing oleh pembimbing 1 Bapak Edi Jusriadi dan pembimbing 2 Bapak Muh. Akib selaku pembimbing II. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui signifikansi Model Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia Bagian Produksi pada PT. Frisian Flag Cabang Makassar Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan bagian produksi yang digunakan adalah teknik wawancara. Metode pengumpulan data yang dilakukan adalah metode observasi, wawancara, interview, dokumentasi yang dilakukan secara langsung oleh pihak peneliti dengan karyawan yang berada dilapangan bagian produksi.   Hasil penelitian ini menujukkan bahwa pengaruh Model Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia Bagian Produksi memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap Produktivitas Kerja Karyawan.

Abstract

This study aims to identify internal factors that are strengths and weaknesses as well as external factors that become opportunities and threats for PT. The results of this study are the formulation of marketing strategies in terms of Pos Express Services, namely attracting business customers. The first thing to do in a marketing strategy is to look at market needs first. Then determine the market segment to be addressed. By choosing a target that matches the market segment then the market position will automatically become the label for the product itself in the community. Marketing Mix in marketing strategies will automatically follow the flow of segmentation, targeting and positioning, because in determining products, places, prices, promotions and processes according to market segments. Demonstrate that the Post Express Service Marketing Strategy at PT. Pos Indonesia (PERSERO) Makassar is right, where the Marketing Strategy used by PT. Pos Indonesia has achieved the desired and appropriate goals in facing business competition, as well as with Post Express Services at PT. Pos Indonesia has been implemented well. Based on the IFAS and EFAS tables if they are contained in a SWOT analysis diagram, the company's position is in the second quadrant, where the strength possessed by Pos Indonesia can be used to deal with threats that overflow the company.

Abstract

Human Resource Management Practice in HR management mostly done in profit organizations and rarely done by public organizations. So the purpose of this research is to identify and construct a model of human resource development through a training needs assessment approach in public organizations. The research design used descriptive qualitative, by interviewing 13 informants. The result of the study indicates that: 1) the training needs assessment (TNA) model has not worked well, 2) the potential for operational personnel is not sufficient in supporting the implementation of community service tasks, both in terms of quantity, educational qualifications, skills and abilities possessed. 3) Efforts to develop intellectual capital are quite good, with policies on basic training, special training, salaries and bonuses, promotions, and work safety guarantees, and 4) Intellectual capital development has not fully had a significant impact on improving the performance of operational personnel that can be measured at the level of case handling the achievement is only 81.84%.

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pertumbuhan bisnis startup techno digital di kota Makassar dengan melihat manajemen strategi layanan yang diterapkan dalam mengelola digital marketing, manajemen relasi bisnis serta upaya mengelola digital marketing khususnya di masa pandemi Covid-19. Metodologi yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi dengan cara reduksi data, penyajian data, verifikasi data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa, manajemen strategi layanan yang diterapkan startup digital yaitu penentuan identitas perusahaan, segmentasi pasar dan pengenalan hasil usaha, adapun manajemen relasi bisnis yang dibangun untuk memenuhi kebutuhan pelanggan yaitu membangun komunikasi yang baik antar penjual dengan pelanggan agar terjalin hubungan yang kuat, serta upaya yang dilakukan dalam mengelola digital marketing startup techno digital di masa pandemi Covid-19 yaitu memperkenalkan usaha, produk dan layanan dengan sistem digitalisasi, meningkatkan pelayanan dan komunikasi melalui sosial media, platform dan aplikasi, serta lebih berfokus meningkatkan kualitas produk. Kata Kunci: : Startup Digital, Manajemen Strategi, Manajemen Relasi Bisnis, Digital Marketing Abstract This study aims to identify and analyze the growth of the digital techno startup business in the city of Makassar by looking at the service strategy management applied in managing digital marketing, business relationship management and efforts to manage digital marketing, especially during the Covid-19 pandemic. The methodology used is descriptive qualitative through observation, interviews, and documentation by means of data reduction, data presentation, data verification and drawing conclusions. The results show that the service strategy management applied by digital startups is determining corporate identity, market segmentation and introduction of business results, while business relationship management is built to meet customer needs, namely building good communication between sellers and customers so that strong relationships are established, and efforts made in managing digital marketing for digital techno startups during the Covid-19 pandemic, namely introducing businesses, products and services with a digitalization system, improving services and communication through social media, platforms and applications, and focusing more on improving product quality. Abstract

This study aims to determine how the influence of management accounting system evaluation on the smooth process of cement production at PT. Semen Bosowa Maros. This type of research used in this research is descriptive method. Data collection techniques using observation and interviews. The results showed that PT Semen Bosowa Maros had done this well because the Management Accounting System Evaluation was carried out systematically and structured starting from the time of production planning, production process control and performance coordination. and in the annual production of PT Semen Bosowa from 2014 to 2018 decreased as an adjustment to the level of cost realization which also increased in that year.

Abstract

This research aims to determine and analyze the influence between leadership and leadership variablesintellectual capital on achievement motivation, knowing and analyzing leadership,intellectual capital and achievement motivation on teacher performance, knowing and analyzing the influence of leadership andintellectual capital on teacher performance moderated by achievement motivation. This study used primary data through a questionnaire of 98 respondendendents and used the entire population as a sample. This research was conducted for 2 months and started from November 2022 to December 2022. The research method used is a quantitative approach which emphasizes analysis of numerical data. processed by statistical methods, with data analysis techniquesPartial Last Square Smart-PLS. The results of the study show that: [1] Leadership (X1) has a positive and significant effect on achievement motivation (Y1), [2]Intellectual Capital (X2) has a positive but not significant effect on Achievement Motivation (Y1), [3] Achievement Motivation (Y1) has a positive and significant effect on Teacher Performance (Y2), [4] Leadership (X1) has a positive and significant effect on Teacher Performance (Y2 ), [5]Intellectual Capital (X2) has a positive but not significant effect on Teacher Performance (Y2), [6] Achievement Motivation (Y1) has a negative and insignificant effect mediating the relationship between Leadership (X1) and Teacher Performance (Y2), [7] Achievement Motivation (Y1) positive effect but not significantly mediate the relationship betweenIntellectual Capital (X2) and Teacher Performance (Y2). Abstract

Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh kompetensi Pengaruh Kompetensi modal manusia, modal relasional dan modal organisasi Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Dinas Pariwisata Dan Kebudayaan Kabupaten Gowa. Populasi adalah seluruh pegawai Dinas Pariwisata dan Kebudayaan Kabupaten Gowa sebanyak 45 orang, dengan mengunakan sampling jenuh, yaitu Teknik penentuan sampel dengan menjadikan semua anggota populasi sebagai sampel. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui penyebaran kusioner dengan analisis data dengan mengunakan perhitungan statistic melalui aplikasi statistical package for the social science (SPSS). Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa kompetensi modal manusia berpengaruh positif dan signifikan tehadap kinerja pegawai, modal relasional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan tehadap kinerja pegawai dan modal organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai Dinas Pariwisata dan Kebudayaan Kabupaten Gowa. Kata kunci: Kompetensi MM, MR, MO dan Kinerja
