Abstract

ABSTRAK : Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kaulitatif. Penelitian kualitatif adalah penelitian yang menghasilkan prosedur analisis yang tidak menggunakan prosedur analisis statistik atau arah kuantifikasi lainnya. Sumber data diperoleh dari data observasi dan data wawancara. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan rumus koefisien korelasi product moment.Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa Terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara penerapan konsep kepemimpinan dengan perilaku siswa di MIN Ngali Belo Kabupaten Bima. Karena dengan diterapkannya konsep kepemimpinan di MIN Ngali Belo Kabupaten Bima telah membentuk perilaku siswa menjadi lebih baik terutama memiliki jiwa kepemimpinan.Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa (1)  Perilaku siswa di MIN Ngali Belo Kabupaten Bima setelah diterapkannya konsep kepemimpinan kepala sekolah telah banyak mengalami perubahan diantaranya siswa terhindar dari perilaku-perilaku yang menyimpang atau perilaku negative, (2) Terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara konsep kepemimpinan dengan perilaku siswa dalam pendidikan yang berbasis karakter hal ini membuktikan bahwa Sikap anak-anak sangat tenang dan fokus saat menerima pelajaran atau penjelasan dari guru di samping itu juga guru selalu memberi motivasi atau dorongan kepada siswa agar siswa giat dan aktif baik di lingkungan sekolah maupun di luar lingkungan sosial. konsep kepemimpinan sangat berarti untuk meningkatkan perilaku siswa yang baik atau siswa yang berkarakter. Kata kunci :Konsep Kepemimpinan, Perilaku Siswa

Abstract

This study aims to determine the role of teachers in shaping the independent character of children in RA Islamiyah I Central Longitude. This type of research is a phenomenological qualitative study. Sources of data obtained through interviews, observations, and documentation. The informants are the principal and the teacher. While checking the validity of the data is done through extended participation, perseverance of observation, and triangulation. The results showed that: first, the role of the teacher was very helpful in the formation of the independent character of children who are accustomed to being helped by their parents when at home, can do their own activities at school and children's activities at home. Second, the teacher's strategy is to take a direct approach to children by including independent character education in the learning process, so that the teacher can give children activities that lead to habituation, example and discipline. Third, the teacher inhibiting factor in forming the child's independent character is the lack of understanding from parents of children who are over protective of children in school. In addition, the learning time which is only about one hour makes children interact less with their peers and the school environment. Fourth, the solution of the inhibiting factors for the formation of the child's independent character is the understanding of the child's parents in the form of not accompanying the child into the classroom. In addition, the addition of class hours is to provide additional time for children to interact more with friends and the school environment. The results showed very good, seen from the daily activities of children who were able to carry out their own activities without the help of others. This can be seen from the results of student data who have developed according to expectations in class A as many as 50%, namely 13 children, while in class B as many as 80% namely 17 children.

Abstract

Performance in the public sector is multidimensional and comprehensive, so that the nature of output produced by the public sector is more intangible output, so to measure the performance of the public sector it is necessary to choose a comprehensive performance measurement technique that is the Balanced Scorecard. Research Objectives to describe the application of each Balanced Scorecard perspective in measuring agency performance. The research method used is descriptive qualitative method. IPDN is a public sector organization with a main focus on output that is "producing competent, character and personality cadres of government" which ultimately to serve and improve the welfare of the community. Thus the need for innovative development in implementing a comprehensive organizational performance measurement system that can be implemented by the work unit in measuring the performance of agencies as outlined in the Government Agency Performance Report. The concept of the Balanced Scorecard is integrated into the IPDN Strategic map and then mapped in the perspective mapping matrix, indicators, weights, and sources of measurement data, so that formulations for Organizational Performance Values ​​can be identified. The modification of the Balanced Scorecard method applied by IPDN agencies includes 4 (four) perspectives namely Customer & stakeholders perspective, Financial perspective, Internal business process perspective, and Learning and Growth perspective. Abstract

This research aims to know the influence of learning SAS with the media Paflaca to theability to read the beginning of the 1st grade students of primary School in the Village of Tegalarum. This research is an experimental research on the design of the Pre-Experimental Design type of One-Group Pretest-posttest. This research was conducted in the Village of Tegalarum Kecamatan Borobudur, Magelang Regency. Before carrying outresearch in the village the researchers conducted observations of the pre-study onstudent Elementary school class I found the problem is reading the beginning of the stilllow. The subject of this research is the students of class I in the Village of Tegalarumwhich amounted to 16 students, which consisted of 10 female students and 6 malestudents. Data collection using the method of the test. This test is used before and after agiven treatment and the analysis used in this research is the Wilcoxon Signed Rank Testwith programSPSS version of 25.00. This research was conducted in the month of July2021. The results showed that the method of learning SAS-assisted media Paflaca affectthe ability to read the beginning. Evidence of improved student learning outcomes,namely the presence of a significant difference between the value of pretest and the valueof the posttest, namely the average value of pretest 58,1 while the average value ofposttest were 79.1 and the results of the Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test obtained value (2-tailed)-3,551 with a significance value of 0.000.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of think pair share model by mask media forstudents self confidence on grade IV Students of Joho Primary School TemanggungRegency.This research method is Pre-Experimental Design with One Group Pretest and PosttestDesign model. The subject were chosen by nonprobability saturation sampling. Sampletaken as many as 26 students. Method of Data completion is done by using selfconfidence questionnaire and self confidence observation. Test the validity ofquestionnaire self confidence instrument by using the formula product moment, andreliability test using cronbach alpha formula by IBM SPSS for Windows version 26.00.analysis prerequisite test consists of normality test. Then proceed with hypothesistesting. Data analysis using non parametric statistic technique that is wilcoxon test byIBM SPSS for Windows version 26.00. The number of items in this questionnaire consistsof 50 questions, while the observation instrument consists of 20 questions. The results ofthe validation of the questionnaire items from 50 test subjects with a value of 0.444 witha significant level of 5% obtained 27 valid questionnaire items, so that the validquestionnaire items can be used as an instrument for collecting item data in the study.While the results of expert validation in the observation instrument are feasible to usewith valid categories.The result of the study show that the Wilcoxon Test analysis with a value of sig. (2-tailed) of 0,000 < 0,05. Based on the results of the analysis and discussion, there is anaverage post-test questionnaire score of 82.42 and an average pre-test questionnaire of72.73. The calculation of the observation assessment in the post-test activity was 70.96and the pre-test activity was 59.03. The result of the study show that the think pairshare model by mask media by mask media has an effect on students self confidence.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of of Teams Games Tournament (TGT)learning model with monopoly game media on mathematical logic intelligence in grade VStudent of SD Negeri Keji 2, Muntilan District, Muntilan Regency.This type of research is pre-experimental with one group pretest-posttest design.The sample taken in class V SD Negeri Keji 2 with a total of 18 students.The sampling technique used was saturated sampling. Test data analysis usingprerequisite test or normality test and hypothesis testing. Data retrieval through multiplechoice test questions was then analyzed using the Wilcoxon test in the SPSS 23.00 programfor windows.The results showed that the Teams Games Tournamnet learning model withmonopoly game media had an effect on students mathematical logis intelligence. This isevidenced by the results of the analysis of the Wilcoxon signed rank test analysis of-3.732with Asymp. Sig 2 tailed is 0,000 < 0,005. So that Z output < mean rank or 3,732 < 9,50 Hais accepted and Ho is rejected. The data identify the data points are smaller than theaverage. Based on the result of the analysis the and discussion, there are differences inthe in the results of the average value, namely the initial measurement (pretest) of 41,3and the final measurement (posttest) of 73,1. From the results of the study it can beconcluded that the Teams Games Tournament (TGT) learning model with monopoly gamemedia has an effect on students mathematical logic intelligence.

Abstract

Kalimantan Barat memiliki potensi lestari sumberdaya perikanan ± 485.000 ton per tahun. Potensi sumberdaya ikan tersebut yang belum dimanfaatkan sebesar 87,32 % atau sebesar 423.498 ton. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui seberapa jauh pengaruh perbedaan warna lampu dan waktu penangkapan terhadap hasil tangkapan ikan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode percoban penangkapan langsung di lapangan dengan menggunakan warna lampu yang berbeda yaitu lampu berwarna hijau, kuning dan merah, yang dioperasikan pada selang waktu setiap tiga jam (18.30-21.30, 22.00-01.00 dan 01.30-04.30). Hasil tangkapan terbanyak dan terbaik dihasilkan oleh lampu berwarna hijau yaitu sebesar 5.3 kg (40.46 %) pada kisaran waktu 18.30 – 21.30 WIB. selanjutnya hasil tangkapan terbanyak dan terbaik dihasilkan oleh lampu berwarna kuning pada kisaran waktu 01.30 – 04.30 WIB yaitu sebanyak 17.4 kg (21.35 %), kemudian hasil tangkapan terbanyak dan terbaik dihasilkan oleh lampu berwarna merah sebesar 6.2 kg (39.49 %) pada kisaran waktu 22.00 – 01.00 WIB. Hasil analisis sidik ragam bagan tancap berdasarkan perlakuan warna cahaya lampu dan waktu penangkapan memperlihatkan bahwa nilai F hitung 3.94 ** < dari nilai F tabel (0.05) ; (4.28) dan (5.68). Hasil tersebut menunjukan bahwa perbedaan penggunaan warna cahaya lampu dan waktu penangkapan pada bagan tancap tidak berpengaruh nyata pada tingkat kepercayaan 0.01 % dan 0.05 %.
