Abstract

Ethnozoological study is a study that examines the relationship between humans and animals in traditional studies. People's knowledge in relation to these animals has been passed down from generation to generation to become local wisdom. This ethnozoology includes the matter of raising animals, managing animals for medicine, food and customary and ritual activities, as well as the reciprocal relationship between humans and surrounding animals. The people of Kampung Naga are indigenous people located in Tasikmalaya who still adhere to the local wisdom they have today. Due to the absence of a study on ethnozoological studies in the Kampung Naga community, research was carried out on animal maintenance and control of rice pests which were included in the study of ethnozoological studies. The data collection techniques in this study were interview techniques and documentation with qualitative research methods. The results of the study found that the people of Kampung Naga have local wisdom regarding the control of agricultural pests, the main pests are brown planthopper, walang sangit, rats and birds as well as animal maintenance including chickens, goats, fish, guinea pigs and rabbits. Abstract

ABSTRAKHasil belajar dicapai dengan baik ketika proses pembelajaran ditunjang oleh aspek penting seperti kecerdasan naturalis dan kecerdasan emosional. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara kecerdasan naturalis dan kecerdasan emosional terhadap hasil belajar biologi siswa. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah korelasional dengan populasi seluruh kelas XI MIPA SMA Negeri Tasikmalaya sejumlah 6 kelas dengan jumlah siswa sebanyak 309 orang. Sampel dipilih menggunakan teknik purposive sampling berjumlah 68 orang. Instrumen menggunakan angket untuk kecerdasan naturalis dan kecerdasan emosional. Data hasil belajar diambil dari skor PAS pada mata pelajaran biologi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji normalitas dan linearitas sebagai uji prasyarat analisis, dan uji regresi korelasi multivariat untuk uji hipotesis. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data dan pengujian hipotesis diperoleh adanya korelasi yang kuat antara kecerdasan naturalis dan kecerdasan emosional terhadap hasil belajar biologi siswa dengan nilai koefisien korelasi (R) sebesar 0,601. Oleh karena itu, diketahui bahwa kecerdasan naturalis dan kecerdasan emosional menjadi bagian penting untuk dilatihkan pada setiap proses pembelajaran. Kata Kunci: hasil belajar; kecerdasan emosional; kecerdasan naturalis  ABSTRACTCorrelation between naturalist intelligence and emotinal intelligence on student learning outcomes. Learning outcomes are achieved when the learning process is supported by important aspects such as naturalist intelligence and emotional intelligence. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to find out the relationship between naturalist intelligence and emotional intelligence to the results of students' biological learning.  This research used correlation method with the population of the entire class XI MIPA Tasikmalaya State High School a number of 6 classes with a total of 309 students. The samples were selected by purposive sampling techniques numbering 68 people. The instruments used are questionnaires for naturalist intelligence and emotional intelligence. While the data of learning results are taken from PAS scores in biology subjects. Data analysis techniques use normality and linearity tests as prerequisite analysis tests, and multivariate correlation regression tests for hypothesis tests. Based on the results of data analysis and hypothesis testing it was known that there is a strong correlation between naturalist intelligence and emotional intelligence to the results of student biology study with a correlation coefficient value (R) of 0.601. Therefore naturalist intelligence and emotional intelligence become an important part to be trained in every learning process. Keywords : emotional intelligence; learning outcomes; naturalist intelligence

Abstract

Siswa memiliki potensi diri yang berbeda-beda karena memiliki keterampilan dan kecerdasan yang berbeda. Namun, untuk keterampilan komunikasi interpersonal selama ini belum banyak dijadikan sebagai salah satu faktor dalam meningkatkan ketercapaian hasil belajar. Untuk itu tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui korelasi antara keterampilan komunikasi interpersonal dan hasil belajar siswa. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan Desember 2020 di kelas XI MIPA SMA Negeri 6 Tasikmalaya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah korelasional dengan populasi seluruh kelas XI MIPA sebanyak 7 kelas. Sampel diambil dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling sebanyak 1 kelas dengan jumlah 36 orang siswa. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan berupa angket keterampilan komunikasi interpersonal. Angket keterampilan komunikasi interpersonal terdiri dari 31 pernyataan menggunakan pengukuran skala Likert. Sementara hasil belajar didapatkan dari nilai ulangan materi tentang sel. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji korelasi bivariat. Hasil analisis data dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada korelasi antara keterampilan komunikasi interpersonal dengan hasil belajar siswa pada materi sel dengan koefisien korelasi (R) sebesar 0,509 dengan kategori hubungan yang cukup kuat. Kata Kunci: Hasil Belajar; Korelasi; Keterampilan Komunikasi Interpersonal.

Abstract

Seagrass meadows or seagrass beds are one of the important components in coastal ecosystems. Seagrasses provide ecosystem services for various biota that live in it as well as components of the surrounding coastal ecosystems. The Sancang Nature Reserve is one of the coastal areas that has seagrass communities, and seagrass observation data is needed for reference to conservation strategies. This study aims to determine the condition of the cover and the structure of the seagrass community that fills the littoral zone of the Sancang Nature Reserve using the quadratic transect method, which was conducted from March 17 – 21, 2021. The data collected were seagrass species, species frequency, species cover and total cover, and the importance value index of species. Observations were made at 3 stations with an area of 100 m2 each along Ciporeang Beach, at each station 30 square transects with a size of 50 cm were placed, with 1 square transect divided into 25 grids measuring 10 cm. As well as the observation of environmental physical and chemical indicators. The results showed that the seagrass community in the research sites were overgrown by species Cymodocea rotundata and Thalassia hempricii which had a cover condition in the rich category with a percentage of 61.09%. Species densities were 117 i/m and 679 i/m, species closures were 36.95% and 25.63%, and the importance value index of species were 1.49 and 0.54. The difference was significantly influenced by physical indicators such as substrate structure and current velocity, while the chemical indicators at each station did not show a significant difference. Nutrient content data in the substrate at each station is needed to get more detailed conclusions about the factors that affect seagrass cover on the Sancang coast.
