Abstract

AbstrakTujuan yang ingin dicapai pada program Kuliah Kerja Nyata-Pembelajaran Pemberdayaan Masyarakat (KKN-PPM) Universitas Gajah Putih Takengon Tahun 2018 di Desa Simpur adalah pemberdayaan masyarakat di bidang pertanian dan peternakan sesuai dengan potensi sumber daya alam dan sumber daya manusia yang dimiliki Desa Simpur. Meningkatkan perekonomian masyarakat dengan memaksimalkan potensi pertanian dan peternakan yang terdapat di Desa Simpur dengan beberapa program yakni pembuatan kompos dari kotoran sapi, penyusunan ransum ternak sapi dan pembuatan ransum fermentasi, pembuatan perangkap hama, penanaman cabe kopay tumpang sari dengan bawang merah. Menciptakan kemandiriaan energi dengan pembuatan instalasi biogas karena Desa Simpur belum semua lokasi dialiri listrik PLN. Adapun metode yang digunakan untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut adalah 1)Penyuluhan, 2)Demontrasi, 3)Membuat kebun percontohan, 4)Pratek langsung, 5)Mengadakan monitoring, evaluasi perkembangan setiap program yang dijalankan secara berkala.Kata kunci : Pemberdayaan masyarakat, cabe kopay, perangkap hama, kompos, biogas.AbstractThe aim to be achieved in the Takengon Gajah Putih University Community Service Program activities in 2018 in Desa Simpur is community empowerment in agriculture and livestock in accordance with the potential of natural resources and human resources owned by the village of Simpur. Improving the economy of the community by maximizing the potential of agriculture and livestock in Simpur Village with several programs namely composting from cow dung, compiling cattle rations and making fermentation rations, natural pest control, planting Kopay Chilli intercropping with shallots. Creating energy independence by making biogas installations because the village of Simpur has not been electrified by PLN. Improve the performance of village officials by computer training and making village websites. The methods used to achieve these objectives are 1) Counseling 2) Demonstration and Experiments 3) Making Kopay Chilli Pilot Gardens 4) Direct Pratek 5) Conducting monitoring, evaluating the progress of each program that is run regularly.Keywords: community empowerment, Kopay chili, pest traps, compost, biogas.

Abstract

Marriage in the view of Islam is something sacred, meaning worship to Allah SWT, following the sunnah of the Prophet Muhammad and carried out on the basis of sincerity, responsibility, and following legal provisions that must be heeded. In Aceh province, the divorce rate from Aceh Syari'ah Court data throughout 2017, the number of divorces occurred reaching 5,399. The data and facts about the divorce case are a reality that must be accepted even though it is bitter, and while looking for the best way and strategy to prevent divorce from an early age. Based on the divorce rate which continues to increase every year, it is necessary to have data to determine the factors that influence divorce. Thus, these data can be used as a decision-making tool that can later be a good solution for the government, society and for married couples in the future. Naïve Bayes classification is a simple probability classification based on the application of the Bayes Theorem with the assumption that the explanatory variables are independent or (independent). In this case, it is assumed that the presence or absence of a particular event from a group is not related to the presence or absence and other events. With a system to predict divorce, it can help users who want to know divorce predictions.

Abstract

From the student aspect, it is necessary to pay attention to the presence or absence of other lectures in the courses taken by students, apart from being seen from the student aspect, it is also necessary to look at the lecturer's aspect, namely the possibility that the lecturer concerned also cannot teach properly because he is on duty or are studying at a further level or because they already have a teaching schedule in other majors, in order to produce good components in the context of preparing the schedule, the academic side must make some correlations between the components concerned so that there are no cases of schedule collisions or clashes. Based on the problems above, at least there are several methods that can be used to simplify the scheduling process, including the SDLC method. SDLC is indeed not the best method of solving various problems, but for cases like SDLC scheduling it is one of the best because this method quickly finds the minimum solution while still analyzing. In general, lecture scheduling using the SDLC method ideally will consider several things, namely the time of implementation, such as being carried out from Monday to Friday or Saturday, from 07.00 to 18.00, teaching staff such as the availability of suitable and willing teaching staff to be scheduled at any time and anywhere, the study room must also be adjusted to the number of students, the more students the need for room availability will also increase.

Abstract

This research was conducted at Tootor Coffee Takengon. This study aims to determine how the effect of Price (X1), Store Atmosphere(X2), and Foof Product Quality (X3) on Buying Interest (Y) of Tootor Coffee Takengon Customers. The population in this study is the population in Central Aceh. The sampling technique used is convenience sampling and accidental sampling. With the Lemeshow method, the research sample was 98 respondents. The research was conducted from February to August 2022. Data processing was processed using the SPSS version 25.0 application with multiple linear regression models. Source of data is primary data taken directly from respondents. Based on the results of multiple linear regression analysis using the F test, it can be seen that the product, service quality, price, and store atmosphere variables together influence consumer buying interest at Tootor Coffee Takengon. This can be seen through the obtained Ftest, namely Fcount = 659,591 > Ftable = 1,985. The results of this study indicate that price has the most significant effect on consumer buying interest to eat/drink at Tootor Coffee. These results illustrate that Tootor Coffee is in accordance with what consumers expect, so that consumers feel satisfied and loyal to eat and drink at this café.

Abstract

This study analyzes the Company's Reputation, Product Quality and Price on Customer Loyalty of one-door refrigerators product in Takengon City. The research uses a quantitative research approach with associative methods. The population in the study amounted to 251 customers of the Sinar Matahari store in Takengon City, with a total sample of 68 respondents. The sampling technique used was non-probability sampling, with the accidental sampling method. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression analysis. The research data is sourced from primary data and the data collection process uses interviews, questionnaires and observations. Based on the results of multiple linear regression analysis, it is known that the results of the t test for the Company's Reputation variable are 1.222 and significant 0.226 > 0.05, which means that the Company's Reputation partially has no positive and significant effect on Customer Loyalty, Product Quality variable is -0.642 and significant 0.000 > 0 0.05, which means that the location partially has no positive and significant effect on customer loyalty and the price variable is 4.137 and significant 0.000 <0.05, which means that the price partially has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty. The results of the F test are 20.860 and a significant 0.000 <0.05, which means that the company's reputation, product quality and price simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty. The results of the R2 test show that the Adjusted R Square value of 0.471 means that 47.1% of consumer satisfaction can be obtained and is explained by the variables of Company Reputation, Product Quality and Price.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether compensation, work itself, promotion, work supervision, and co-workers partially and simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction at PT Pelindo-I branch TPK Belawan Terminal-B operational division. The data analysis technique used is the quantitative method with the help of the SPSS version 20.0 program. This research uses Confirmatory Factor Analysis and Multiple Linear Regression. The population in this study were all employees of the operational division at PT Pelindo-I branch TPK Belawan Terminal-B operational division, and a sample of 82 respondents. Primary data collection using a questionnaire. The results of the Confirmatory Factor Analysis test show that the components that most influence job satisfaction are compensation with eigenvalues of 2,644 and the work itself with eigenvalues of 1,274. The results of the study harmed job satisfaction and the work itself had a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction at PT Pelindo-I Branch TPK Belawan Terminal-B operational division. Compensation and the work itself simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction at PT Pelindo-I Branch TPK Belawan Terminal-B operational division.

Abstract

Field Work Practice is a training facility for informatics engineering students to develop, implement and answer problems faced by their environment. The problem that occurs is where the management and data collection of student data is still carried out semi-systemically because it is recorded in a spreadsheet application so that the data is not structured properly, as a result, information from the placement/assignment process, reporting, and classification of PKL student data is less relevant, accurate and timely. and sometimes human error occurs. Therefore we need a system that is able to make it easier to manage student data from street vendors participants into relevant, accurate and timely information when needed entitled "Web-Based Field Work Practice Information System (PKL). This system is built using the CodeIgniter framework and CSS Layout Bootstrap, then this system will be tested through the blackbox method and compatibility testing. So that we get a system that is able to make it easier to manage student data from street vendors participants into relevant, accurate and timely information when needed.

Abstract

Dosen merupakan pendidik profesional dan ilmuwan dengan tugas utama mentransformasikan, mengembangkan, dan menyebarluaskan ilmu pengetahuan, teknologi, dan seni melalui pendidikan, penelitian, dan pengabdian kepada masyarakat (UU Republik Indonesia No. 14 Tahun 2005). Adanya penghargaan dikalangan dosen akan menjadi salah satu cara dalam pengembangan manajemen akademik di masing-masing perguruan tinggi dan menumbuh kembangkan suasana akademik. penelitian ini akan mengimplementasikan metode Naive Bayes untuk membantu pengklasifikasian dosen berprestasi berdasarkan kriteria Penelitian, Pengabdian Masyarakat, Publikasi Penelitian, dan Publikasi Pengabdian Masyarakat. Hasil penerapan algoritma Naive Bayes terhadap data uji di mana 4 data di prediksi kedalam kelas Ya atau berprestasi dan 6 data di prediksi ke dalam kelas tidak atau tidak berprestasi. Hasil tingkat akurasi yang diperoleh sebesar 98,33 %.

Abstract

Stroberi merupakan salah satu buah yang digemari masyarakat di Indonesia. Selain rasanya yang enak stroberi juga memiliki berbagai manfaat kesehatan dan memiliki harga jual yang cukup tinggi. Salah satu kendala utama dalam sistem produksi stroberi di Indonesia adalah serangan hama dan penyakit. Sehingga dapat menyebabkan keruguian bagi para petani stroberi. Maka diperlukan berbagai upaya untuk meningkatkan hasil panen salah satunya dengan melakukan pemupukan yang baik dan benar. Dalam mengidentifikasi hama dan penyakit yang menyerang petani biasanya hanya mengirangira saja dikarenakan minimnya pengetahuan yang menyulitkan petani dalam mendeteksi dan mengetahui solusi pengendalianya secara cepat dan tepat. Untuk membantu petani stroberi dalam pengambilan keputusan yang tepat dan cepat, dibutuhkan teknologi yang mudah digunakan dan dipahami. Salah satu teknologi yang dikembangkan untuk masalah ini adalah dengan memanfaatkan aplikasi sistem pakar. Sistem pakar perawatan tanaman stroberi mengunakan metode certainty factor berbasis web memberikan solusi dari masalah yang dihadapi para petani. Dengan penerapan sistem pakar ini diharapkan dapat memberikan informasi dan alternative solusi bagi para petani stroberi atau masyarakat umum yang dalam mendeteksi hama dan penyakit stroberi, meningkatkan hasil panen stroberi serta solusi pengendaliannya.

Abstract

Sistem rekomendasi merupakan sistem yang dapat memberikan rekomendasi pada suatu item tertentu yang dapat digunakan untuk membantu pengguna sistem dalam mengambil suatu keputusan. Junior bakery merupakan salah satu toko kue yang berada di Takengon yang bergerak dibidang usaha penjualan kue yang selama ini masih dilakukan secara manual, hanya dilakukan dengan cara membuka toko dan menunggu pelanggan datang dan pelanggan pun tidak bisa memilih produk yang sesuai keinginannya dalam arti penjualan dilakukan tanpa ada sistem informasi. Informasi mengenai jenis kue diperoleh konsumen dengan datang langsung ke toko tersebut sehingga masih kurang efektif. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan sistem informasi penjualan online berbasis website agar produk yang dijual oleh toko junior bakery lebih dikenal oleh masyarakat. Website ini menggunakan metode collaborative filtering untuk merekomendasikan dan menampilkan produk yang menjadi kualitas dan favorit, bahasa pemrograman PHP, MySQL sebagai databasenya. Tujuan perancangan website ini adalah untuk merekomendasikan kue dan untuk meningkatkan keuntungan, juga dapat memudahkan dalam bertransaksi.
