Abstract

ABSTRAKPuskesmas dituntut memberikan pelayanan berkualitas guna memberikan kepuasan pada pasien. Berdasarkan kotak saran Puskesmas Kenali Besar Kota Jambi menunjukkan bahwa petugas administrasi lambat dalam memberikan pelayanan, pelayanan kurang memuaskan, pelayanan lama. Untuk itu perlu adanya pengukuran kepuasan pasien. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif dengan desain cross sectional, yang dilakukan pada tanggal 3 s/d 8 Februari. Sampel penelitian adalah sebanyak 169 pasien. Pengambilan sampel secara accidental sampling. Analisis data menggunakan Importance Performance Analysis (IPA). Metode pengumpulan data dengan wawancara menggunakan kuesioner. Hasil penelitian diperoleh tingkat kesesuaian antara harapan dan kenyataan pada dimensi reliability (87,13%), responsiveness (88,59%), assurance (91,16%), emphaty (99,54%) dan tangible (88,34%). Saran yang dapat diberikan antara lain optimalisasi kebijakan SOP, merumuskan komitmen bersama bagi pegawai puskesmas, membuat papan informasi keberadaan petugas, memberikan on the job training, menempelkan stiker budaya antri, mengusulkan alat kesehatan serta menambah kursi dan kipas angin.Kata Kunci : Kepuasan Pasien, Kualitas Pelayanan

Abstract

Untuk memberikan pelayanan yang baik kepada pasien, perawat tidak hanya mempunyai pendidikan dan skill yang baik pula, namun harus mempunyai motivasi yang tinggi untuk menunjang pelayanan yang maksimal. Di Puskesmas Jambi Kecil, perawat pelaksana diharapkan dapat memberikan pelayanan kesehatan yang optimal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan motivasi kerja perawat di Puskesmas Jambi Kecil. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Sampel penelitian adalah perawat yang ada di Puskesmas Jambi Kecil sebanyak 34 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel dengan teknik total sampling. Instrumen penelitian adalah kesioner. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan cara wawancara. Uji statistik yang digunakana adalah uji chi-square. Hasil penelitian diketahui sebanyak 64,7% responden memiliki motivasi tinggi, 58,8% pengawasan sudah baik, 52,9% kondisi kerja fisik baik, 64,7% penghargaan baik dan 55,9% tanggung jawab tinggi. Ada hubungan antara pengawasan (p=0,036), kondisi kerja fisik (p=0,006), penghargaan (p=0,008) dan tanggung jawab (p=0,020) dengan motivasi kerja perawat di Puskesmas Jambi Kecil. Diharapkan kepada puskesmas tetap memperhatikan tenaga kerja yang motivasinya kurang namun masih memiliki kesadaran untuk tetap melaksanakan aktivitas kerja dengan maksimal dengan memberikan motivasi yang cukup sehingga hasil kerja yang dicapainya lebih maksimal. Kata Kunci             :   Motivasi Kerja, Pengawasan, Kondisi Kerja Fisik, Penghargaan, Tanggung Jawab

Abstract

The success of an enterprise is seen from its productivity. The productivity of the tofu factory in Tangkit Lama Village has decreased. From the work process, it shows that the part that causes work productivity is boiling, this is because during the boiling process using a large fire so that the work environment becomes hot, the hot environment causes fatigue so that it has an impact on work productivity. The purpose of the study was to find out the factors related to work productivity in tofu factory employees in Tangkit Lama Village. This research is a quantitative study with a cross sectional design. The study sample was 35 tofu factory. The research instruments are questionnaires and WBGT Heat Stress Meter. The data were analyzed univariately and bivariately using the chi-square test. From the results of the study, it is known that 37.1% of respondents have poor work productivity, 100% of respondents work in at-risk work environment, 40.0% of respondents experienced moderate work fatigue, 68.6% of respondents had moderate length of service. Bivariate results showed that there was a relationship between fatigue and work productivity (p<0.05) and there was no relationship between length of work and productivity work (p>0,05).

Abstract

ABSTRAKDesa Ampelu merupakan salah satu desa yang telah melaksanakan program STBM. Masalah yang dihadapimasyarakat yaitu penyediaan air bersih dan sanitasi. Sebagian masyarakat masih menggunakan jamban cemplung yang berada di pinggir sungai Batang Hari dan Buang Air Besar Sembarangan. Pelaksanaanprogram sudah berjalan satu tahun namun berdasarkan data Dinas Kesehatan pada tahun 2014-2016 belummengalami peningkatan pencapaian program STBM Stop BABS.Tujuan penelitian adalah untukmenganalisis pelaksanaa program STBM pilar pertama stop BABS. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitiankualitatif bersifat deskriptif  mendapatkan informasi secara akurat dan mendalam dari 9 sumber yangdianggap kompeten dengan menggunakan melalui wawancara mendalam, telaah dokumen dan observasisehingga dapat diperoleh informasi tentang pelaksanaan program STBM. Penelitian ini dilakuan di Desa Ampelu. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan pada pelaksanaan program STBM di Desa Ampelu terdapatbeberapa faktor yang menghambat pelaksanaan program STBM Pilar pertama Stop BABS. Faktor tersebutyaitu buruknya akses jalan menuju desa, letak geografis, tingkat pendapatan masyarakat, tingkat pendidikan, pengetahuan dan perilaku masyarakat tentang buang air besar sembarangan. Pelaksanaan Program SanitasiTotal Berbasis Masyarakat di Desa Ampelu, wilayah kerja Puskesmas Muara Tembesi sudah berjalan namunbelum optimal. Masih banyak kekurangan seperti misalnya tenaga kesehatan yang berkompeten dibidangnya,sarana serta prasarana. Kata Kunci : Pelaksanaan Program STBM, Stop BABS ABSTRACTAmpelu village is one of the villages where STBM (Community-Based Total Sanitation Program) programhas been implemented. The problem faced by the community is the provision of clean water and sanitation,some people still use  toilets on the edge of the river Batang Hari and defecate indiscriminately. Although the program has been implemented for one year, based on data from the Department of Health in 2014 -2016,the achievement of STBM Stop BABS program has not been increased. This research is a descriptivequalitative research by obtaining accurate and in-depth information from 9 key informants by using in-depthinterviews, document review in regards to the implementation of STBM program. This research wasconducted in Ampelu Village. The results of this study indicate that there are several factors that impede theimplementation of the first STBM Pillar Stop BABS program in Ampelu village. The factor is poor roadaccess to the village, its human resources, geographical location, the level of community income, the level of knowledge and behavioral education the community about defecate and in the river.The implementation of the STBM Program in Ampelu Village, within the catchement area of Muara Tembesi Health Center has been implemented but not yet optimal, there are still many deficiencies such as Health Manpower, Facili tiesand Infrastructure, so that there are still many people who defecate in rivers and do not have latrines. Abstract

COVID-19 is still a pandemic throughout the country. The spread of COVID-19 is influenced by community activities, namely one market that has a high potential for the space of COVID-19, which must be a concern when health practices are implemented. The purpose of this study is to find out what factors influence COVID-19 prevention behavior. This research is quantitative research with a cross-sectional research design. The population in this study were all traders in the Pasir Putih People's Market, South Jambi District, Jambi City, totaling 132 people, and sampling was done using purposive sampling. In this study, the analysis was carried out univariately and bivariate by using the Chi-Square test, and the research instrument was a questionnaire. The results showed that there was a relationship between knowledge (p = 0.006), attitude (p = 0.000), facilities and infrastructure (p = 0.002), and the behavior of COVID-19 prevention at the Pasir Putih People's Market, South Jambi District, Jambi City in 2022, and there was no relationship between social support (p = 0.097) and COVID-19 prevention behavior. This study found that knowledge, attitudes, facilities, and infrastructure are closely related to the behavior of COVID-19 prevention at the Pasir Putih People's Market, South Jambi District, Jambi City.
