Abstract

The marketing for egg is the final process of a chicken breeding business where farmers or producers deliver their products to consumers with the help of marketing institutions that have one or more marketing agencies involved, where each marketing agency will connect with other marketing institutions.This study aims to identify the characteristics of ras chicken egg marketing institutions, and ras chicken egg marketing channels, analyze marketing margins, farmer share, profit ratio, and cost of chicken egg, as well as analyze the marketing efficiency of chicken eggs in Tebing Tinggi  Municipality. This research was conducted in June 2018 - August 2018. The method used in data collection is the delivery of retailer's sample by using the Slovin formula, while the sample of breeders and other marketing institutions with snowball sampling. Data collection was carried out using interview questionnaire techniques.Data analysis includes marketing costs, marketing margins, farmer share and cost benefit ratio of each marketing channel. The results of this study indicate that there are two marketing channels. The smallest marketing marketing margin is obtained by marketing channel I, therefore marketing channel I has the largest ratio of profit to cost. Farmer’s biggest share is obtained in marketing channel I. So it can be concluded that the first channel is the most efficient channel because it has the smallest cost and a large profit.

Abstract

Aren merupakan salah satu tanaman yang mudah tumbuh di daerah tropis, khususnya di Indonesia. Produk utama dari pohon aren adalah nira yang dihasilkan dari bunganya yang dapat digunakan sebagai pemanis alami yang memiliki indeks glikemik rendah. Gula aren juga memiliki aktivitas sebagai antioksidan dan berbagai manfaat lainnya. Pada penelitian ini, untuk meningkatkan pemanfaatan gula aren, telah dilakukan pembuatan produk kemasan jamu aren beras kencur dengan berbagai variasi konsentrasi. Komposisi terbaik didapatkan dengan cara melakukan analisis kandungan makronutrien, meliputi kadar air dan kadar abu. Kadar air dianalisis dengan menggunakan moisture analyzer method, sementara kadar abu diuji dengan metode pemanasan. Kadar air dan abu terendah ditemukan pada sampel E dengan perbandingan konsentrasi aren:beras kencur sebesar 2:1. Sampel dengan komposisi terbaik kemudian dianalisis aktivitas antioksidannya.

Abstract

This research to describe and discuss the changes and processes intertext fundamental ekranisasi of the novel to film Surga Yang Tak Dirindukan 2. The adaptation of the novel to the film raises some significant changes. The results of the author's interpretation of the novel with Director resulted in a difference in the way the different point of view. The process of ekranisasi the novel to film Surga Yang Tak Dirindukan 2 seen aspect of penciutan, additions, and changes. With plots, characters, and the setting in the novel to the film. The method of this research is qualitative deskriprif. The research in the form of the novel and film Surga Yang Tak Dirindukan 2. The results of this study indicate that the change of character, plot, and background covering shrinkage, addition and change varies. The process of change is the result of the novel accranation to the movie Surga Yang Tak Dirindukan 2.Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan dan membahas perubahan interteks yang mendasar dari novel ke film Surga Yang Tak Dirindukan 2. Adaptasi  novel ke film menimbulkan beberapa perubahan yang signifikan. Hasil interpretasi penulis novel dengan sutradara mengakibatkan perbedaan cara pandang yang berbeda. Proses ekranisasi novel ke film Surga Yang Tak Dirindukan 2 dilihat dari aspek penciutan, penambahan, serta perubahan bervariasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif yang menganalisis melalui studi kepustakaan. Data Penelitian ini berupa novel dan film Surga Yang Tak Dirindukan 2. Teknik analisis data dilakukan dengan mengindentifikasi dan menemukan data yang meliputi unsur intrinsik pada novel dan film. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan, bahwa adanya perubahan tokoh, alur, dan latar yang meliputi penciutan, penambahan serta perubahan bervariasi. Proses perubahan tersebut akibat dari ekranisasi novel ke film Surga Yang Tak Dirindukan 2.
