Abstract

The purpose of this study is to see how big the influence of facilities, promotions and products affect the non muslim community to become a customer Bank Syariah Mandiri. The data used in this research is the primary data is obtained from the division of  a detailed questionnaire to the customer self service rich Islamic Bank on Jl. Jend Achmad Yani no.100 Medan. Sampling method used by researchers is a non probability sampling is a technique where each member of the sample on the take the population has  the same opportunity to become a member of sampling. Sample technique uptake of engineering purposive sampling ( Judgment Sampling ) is The sampling technique based on the assessment of the characteristics of sample members who adjusted with the goal of researchers. Data analysis method used is the rank spearmant test with SPSS 16 tools. Based on the results  factors that most strongly affects non Muslim become cust.omers in Bank Syariah Mandiri is a potent influence 0,370 promotions, both 0,529 products have potent influences and who was last 0,469 facilities had an influence that is.

Abstract

Formulation of the problem in this research is How lending policy applied to PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Overseas Branch, Aceh Tamiang and the influence of non-performing loans (NPL) to loan to deposit ratio (LDR). The purpose of this study was to determine the credit policies were applied, and also find out if non-performing loans significantly affect the loan-to-deposit ratio. The hypothesis in this study is suspected of lending policies that are both based on the theories of credit policy with the principles 5C, and the significant influence of the non-performing loans to the loan-to-deposit ratio. The collection of secondary data obtained through company documents and other reports relevant to this study include: financial statement data for the five years from 2007 to 2011, books, company literature, and other data related with the object of research. The analysis method used is descriptive analysis is used to analyze the credit policy on the first hypothesis and simple regression analysis for the second hypothesis. In the first hypothesis of the study results show that the principle of prudence in lending policy is the principle 5C consisting of: Character, Capacity, Capital, Collateral, Condition. In the second hypothesis test simple regression analysis showed a significant effect of the non-performing loans to the loan-to-deposit ratio.

Abstract

AbstractThe purpose of this research is to investigate the effect of product quality and price on consumer loyalty, with consumer satisfaction serving as a moderator (case study of Scarlett body lotion users, Nias Raya, a university student). The method used in this study is path analysis. The results showed that based on the first structural equation, product quality and price have an effect on customer satisfaction both partially and combined. Based on the second structural equation, product quality, price and customer satisfaction significantly affect customer loyalty both partially and combined.

Abstract

Technological developments have a positive impact on economic development, FinTech is an alternative to access financial services in a practical, efficient, convenient and economical way. Fintech has been recognized as an accelerator of economic growth during the national economic recovery through digital technology in the fintech lending program which can reach access to financing for the public. trillion to 92.4 million loan recipients. In order to support the development of MSMEs, fintech provides an easy and practical facility for borrowing capital online and there are not many complementary documents such as banking, so that there is a significant increase in MSMEs during the current economic recovery era. In this study using descriptive qualitative research methods derived from reading sources, articles and related secondary data. The results of this study indicate that the Fintech Industry has a positive and significant impact on Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) and also increases financial inclusion, because the internet network is extensive and can reach almost all regions, in fact it makes it easier for people to gain access to various institutions, products and financial services according to their needs and abilities as well.
