Abstract

XYZ adalah salah satu perusahaan manufaktur yang bergerak dalam produksi komponen otomotif, produk yang dihasilkan yaitu Brake Lining dengan formula non-asbase diantaranya formula Lf-4, KN-356, NA-109F, NA-135, dan NA-146. Dalam menghadapi persaingan yang ada, PT. XYZ berusaha meningkatkan kualitas produk yang dihasilkan dengan target reject sebesar 0,5% pada tahun 2018. Permasalahan manajemen quality control yang ada di PT. XYZ salah satunya pada area hot-press nomor 11 dan 12 tidak pernah bisa mencapai target produksi dan seringnya keterlambatan barang dari area pre-forming. Sehingga perlu adanya penanganan segera dengan melakukan analisis perbaikan kualitas guna menghasilkan produk yang sesuai spesifikasi dan dapat mencapai target produksi yang ditetapkan oleh perusahaan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitihan ini adalah Statistical Process Control (SPC) dan Root Cause Analysis (RCA). Hasil analisis check sheet dan diagram pareto dapat dilihat frekuensi defect paling banyak terjadi pada formula LF-4 model K-2252 dengan jumlah cacat sebanyak 69 produk pada bulan Agustus sampai September dengan presentase reject sebanyak 19%. Serta dari gambar control chart P data dalam keadaan tidak terkontrol. Hal ini terjadi karena faktor manusia, faktor metode, faktor mesin, dan faktor material.

Abstract

Salt is one of the basic needs of Indonesian society. The salt production areas in Indonesia reach 37.4 thousand hectares, but the potential areas are merely around 53.2%. People's salt production has only been able to meet the need for households' daily consumption, while the industrial need is met from imports. The people's salt production needs to be increased to maintain the sustainability of salt farmers' business. Salt farmers require training about the strategies to improve the quality of salt production, manage finished products, and run the salt business independently. Studies on the analysis of the sustainability of people's salt business, particularly in terms of entrepreneurship aspect, are limited. Therefore, this present study analyzes the sustainability of people's salt business entrepreneurship with three triple bottom line criteria: people, planet, and profit. This study aims to formulate the framework of business strategies suitable for the condition of the salt business. The framework is constructed from the factors synthesized from the literature on previous studies. The results of this study are expected to be implemented by the government and business actors in making a decision and setting policies to determine the strategies for maintaining SMEs' salt business sustainability. This study applied the Analytical Network Process (ANP) method to determine the rating of the factors contributing to the continuity of the SMEs' salt business. The factors underlying sustainable entrepreneurship were identified from the literature studies based on the triple bottom line concept adapted to the conditions in Madura. The criteria of people include collaborative development, risk seizing, and innovative thinking, while the requirements of the planet cover eco-friendly packaging and waste controlling. Profit was seen from the aspects of government policy and unsettled finance. Then, the TOPSIS analysis was applied to analyze strategies based on the highest performance score. The results of data analysis show that government policy has the highest score as an alternative, and implementation of an e-supply chain is the strategy with the highest-ranking performance score.

Abstract

Pengukuran kinerja BSC menyangkut empat perspektif yaitu : Perspektif Keuangan, Perspektif Pelanggan, Perspektif Proses Bisnis Internal dan Perspektif Belajar dan Berkembang. Penelitian dilakukan pada badan usaha berbentuk rumah sakit. Pengumpulan data yang didasarkan pada fakta-fakta yang berhubungan dengan internal business process dan pelanggan. Metode pengambilan sampel adalah Non Random Sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan tolak ukur pengukuran kinerja Perspektif keuangan adalah Return On Investment (ROI ), perspektif pelanggan adalah Number Of Complain, perspektif bisnis internal adalah BOR (Bed Occupancy Rate), dan pespektif belajar dan tumbuh adalah Employee Turn Over. Pencapaian indeks kinerja keseluruhan adalah berfluktuatif. Rekomendasi yang diusulkan adalah (1) menerapkan kebijakan mengurangi persediaan, (2) menyediakan sarana dan prasarana yang bagus serta penerapkan pelayanan prima dan (3) meningkatkan gaji atau honor khususnya untuk tenaga kerja rumah sakit.

Abstract

Tujuan yang ingin dicapai dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengukur tingkat fleksibilitas supply chain serta upaya perbaikannya dengan pendekatan framework pujawan dalam menghadapi fluktuasi-fluktuasi yang terjadi. Berdasarkan kemampuan dan kebutuhan terbobot, dimensi delivery dan production system menunjukkan keadaan seimbang dimana antara kebutuhan/kemampuan yang dimiliki dan fleksibilitas sebanding. Sedangkan dimensi supplier dan product design menunjukkan keadaan seimbang dimana antara kebutuhan dan kemampuan yang dimiliki sebanding, yakni kebutuhan yang rendah juga dapat diimbangi dengan kemampuan yang rendah. Prioritas lima besar yang masih harus dilakukan perbaikan berdasarkan gap terbobotnya secara berurutan dari yang terbesar hingga yang terendah yaitu pengiriman informasi permintaan dengan mudah dan cepat (delivery system), pemenuhan permintaan yang mendesak (delivery system), perubahan jadwal pengiriman dengan cepat (delivery system), pengiriman dengan kuantitas yang fleksibel (delivery system), produksi dengan kuantitas yang fleksibel (production system).

Abstract

Globalization, free trade, and the current pandemic can be both a challenge and an opportunity for SMEs in Indonesia. One of the opportunities that arise from this phenomenon is the expansion of supply and demand networks. One of the SMEs in the food sector affected by the pandemic is the Tofu SME. Currently, only about 36% of tofu SMEs still survive in carrying out the production process. Most of the SMEs have problems in raw material inventory management, they do not yet have a standard warehouse. This problem minimizes their production capacity. Besides that, Tofu SMEs are still difficult to develop and sustain in the new normal era. For this reason, research on increasing the sustainability of SMEs needs to be carried out. The value chain analysis approach is used in the study to map the operational processes of SMEs and to identify activities and problems that make an important contribution to increasing the value of the SME business processes. K-means clustering method is used to group value chain levels. The Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method is then used to choose a level-up strategy. Cluster 1 has the most members, which is 62 SMEs. Cluster 2 has the smallest member of 1 SME while cluster 3 has 9 SME members. The value coalition strategy is a recommended strategy to be applied to cluster 1 SME groups.

Abstract

The Sumber Jokotole SMEs produces fish crackers with basic ingredients from fish which are fishery products from Madura. During this time, the data on the sale of products and the purchase of raw materials have not been archived, so there is some data that is lost or damaged. When the data is needed to check the number of sales, the number of purchases, looking for stock of sales and purchases, and profits, the manager of the SMEs has difficulty tracking the data. Hence the management of a good and accurate sales and financial administration system is one of the strategies that can be applied by the SMEs in dealing with competition in the ASEAN Economic Community (AEC). This research aims to aid SMEs Sumber Jokotole in managing the administration system and business processes by designing a web-based management information system (SIM) that can be accessed through computers and smartphones. The information system will provide benefits for producers, suppliers and consumers to manage business processes in the fish cracker SMEs.Keywords: Management information system, Small and medium sized enterprises, marketing

Abstract

This research is intended to measure and analyze the company’s capability by four perspective Balanced Scorecard, identification and measure achievement of Critical Succes Factor in every perspective. This research is also using Analythical Hierarchy Process (AHP) to determine behalf wight every refuses fathom and aught perspective. The result of measurement shows that capabilility on year 2008 fiancial perspective: 3.162, customer perspective: 0.697, internal business process perspective: 0.696, lerarning ang growing perspective: 0.323. and on year 2009 fiancial perspective: 3.162, customer perspective: 0.697, internal business process perspective: 0.696, lerarning ang growing perspective: 0.323 is always consistent and stable and gets score 4.877 it means the capability is good.

Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic impacted several small and medium-sized enter­prises (SMEs) in Indonesia. The viability of some SMEs' business opera­tions was disturbed, especially those who create non-essential goods like carving. The sales have decreased by up to sixty per cent, causing reduced levels of income and the termination of numerous workers. SMEs in Indonesia are highly considered because businesses are one of the country's most significant economic contributors. This research proposes a strategy for SMEs to improve the resilience of business operations of the SMEs. The K-means method was used to investigate three groups of SMEs: micro, small, and medium. Changes in the SME class before and after the pandemic are investigated through changes in the values of the variables in the SME profile. Then the SWOT method is used to identify internal and external factors with the highest weight, which can be used as a basis for developing strategies to increase the resilience of SMEs. Furthermore, the TOPSIS method determines the best plan for dealing with the new digital era. The result shows that the W-T strategy to utilize social media can be prioritized based on the criteria that significantly impact SMEs' product sales and business resilience.

Abstract

Madura Island has a variety of quality crops, such as medicinal plants, one of which is Cabya (Piper retrofractum Vahl). The need for Cabya for exports is enormous, but Indonesia can only meet the demand for about a third. The highest production of Cabya is in East Java, especially in Madura. This research proposes a digital logistic system to forecast demand for Cabyaexports and manage Cabya stocks through forecasting yields and inventory management processes. The research was conducted in Sumenep regency that produce the highest number and the best quality Cabya in East Java. The Markov Chain method forecasts yields for the next five years. Then Forecasting results are integrated with an information system to manage the logistics of Cabya. The logistics system resulting from this research can be used by the government and export managers of Cabya to optimize the demand for Cabya exports. Further research can be carried out by integrating Inventory control methods to improve the logistics system's accuracy and calculate the inventory's total cost.
