Abstract

Aceh besar memiliki ciri khas wisata alam yang beragam. Dalam memilih tempat wisata tentu sangat tidaklah mudah selain faktor jarak, biaya, transportasi dan jumlah aggota keluarga juga perlu dipertimbagkan supaya pemilihan tempat wisata yang dikunjungi oleh masyarakat sesuai dengan keinginannya dan keuangan. Perancangan aplikasi yang akan dibangun bertujuan untuk pengambilan keputusan para wisatawan yang hendak bepergian ke lokasi wisata pantai berdasarkan kriteria yang dapat dipilih berupa jarak, biaya, waktu, transportasi dan keamanan. Manfaat yang diperoleh dapat memberikan informasi tempat wisata yang akurat serta memberikan kemudahan bagi pengunjung dalam memilih lokasi wisata. Penelitian ini menggunakan penggabungan dari tiga metode dalam proses analisisnya yaitu TOPSIS (Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution), Logika Fuzzy, dan MCDM (Multiple Criteria Decision Making). Sedangkan model pengembangan perangkat lunak menggunakan model waterfall. Hasil yang diperoleh bahwa Aplikasi sistem pengambilan keputusan dengan menggunakan fuzzy TOPSIS MCDM dalam pemilihan tempat wisata berbasis web di Aceh Besar mampu memberikan rekomendasi pilihan sesuai dengan kriteria yang diinginkan pengunjung dan dapat memberikan urutan atau perangkingan prioritas dengan nilai terbesar diantara loksai wisata yang lainnya. Dapat membantu pihak Dinas Kebudayaan, Pariwisata, Pemuda dan Olahraga Kabupaten Aceh Besar.

Abstract

The Asian-Australian monsoon circulation specifically causes the Indonesian region to go through climate changebility that impacts on rainfall variability in different Indonesia’s zone. Local climate conditions such as rainfall data are commonly simulated using GCM time series data. This study tries to model the statistical downscaling of GCM in the form of 7x7 matrix using Support Vector Regression (SVR) for rainfall forecasting during drought in Bireuen Regency, Aceh. The output yields optimal result using certain parameter i.e. C = 0.5, γ = 0.8, d = 1, and ↋= 0.01. The duration of computation during training and testing are ± 45 seconds for linear kernels and ± 2 minutes for polynomials. The correlation degree and RMSE values of GCM and the actually observed data at Gandapura wheather station are 0.672 and 21.106. The RSME value obtained in that region is the lowest compared to the Juli station which is equal to 31,428. However, the Juli station has the highest correlation value that is 0.677. On the other hand, the polynomial kernel has a correlation degree and RMSE value equal to 0.577 and 29,895 respectively. To summary, the best GCM using SVR kernel is the one at Gandapura weather station in consideration of having the lowest RMSE value with a high correlation degree.

Abstract

Bullying in cyberspace, including against students, is common and much goes unreported. A system needs to be created, where someone who gets bullied reports it without worrying about being exposed to the public. Setubully Akprind Web is a web application for reporting and addressing bullying. This study analyzes and develops Setubully Web using the Whistleblowing approach and the Waterfall development model. The development method includes requirements analysis, system design, implementation, and testing. The testing results show that Setubully Web functions well and effectively addresses bullying. Key features such as Home, Complaints, Admin Dashboard, Officer Dashboard, and User Dashboard work effectively. User management, reporting, responses, categories, and user profiles can be efficiently managed. The development of Setubully Web incorporates the Whistleblowing concept, allowing for anonymous or public reporting of complaints or bullying incidents. It is hoped that the website can become an effective platform for reporting and overcoming bullying, creating a safe and comfortable environment for users in the Institut Sains & Teknologi Akprind Yogyakarta in particular, and on other campuses in general.
