Abstract

This research assumes that textbooks contribute to forming students' attitudes and behavior towards the realities that occurred around them. The discussion in this research is formulated interrogatively as follows: 1) How are textbooks considered from a critical pedagogical point of view? 2) What are the advantages and disadvantages of textbooks from the perspective of critical pedagogy? This research is of the type of library research whose analysis is based on a critical pedagogy perspective. In order to facilitate the data analysis process, this research uses the technique of critical discourse analysis. As for writing this research, it is presented in a descriptive and narrative form. This research concludes with the following results: 1) Textbooks do not reach students with low economic levels. 2) No questions in composition and spelling formats 3) The multiple choices exercise was very controlling 4) The textbooks contain many Islamic subjects; 5) The topic in the textbooks did not yet discuss issues around: capitalism, liberalism, secularism, gender equality and other major humanitarian themes.

Abstract

Islam pertama kali datang ke wilayah Madura melalui perdagangan, terutama melalui wilayah Madura bagian timur (Su-menep). Perkembangan Islam secara massif tampak sejak peran ak-tif dari Walisongo. Keberhasilan penyebaran Islam di Madura tidak terlepas dari strategi dakwah yang diterapkan oleh mubaligh yang bersifat santun dan akomodatif terhadap budaya lokal yang ada. Dukungan dari para penguasa juga menjadi salah satu faktor pen-dukung suksesnya penyebaran Islam di wilayah Madura. Bahkan, orang Madura sering diidentikkan dengan keIslaman.

Abstract

Aggressiveness is one of the common problems that often occur in adolescents. The tendency of emotional fluctuations in adolescents is one factor that makes adolescents vulnerable to aggressiveness. One form of aggressiveness that is currently rife among adolescents is student brawl. Aggressive actions such as student brawl result in a negative impact on victims and adolescents who become perpetrators of the brawl. This study aimed to discover the tendency of aggressivity in adolescents at YPGU Sumedang Vocational School. The method used in this study is the descriptive quantitative method. The variables studied were adolescents' tendency to cover dimensions as physical aggression, verbal aggression, anger, and hostility. The number of samples in this study was 162 respondents using an accidental sampling technique. The instrument used was adopted from the aggression questionnaire developed by Buss and Perry, which consists of 29 closed statement items. Data analysis used interval value ranges based on the length of the interval per class of the minimum and maximum values. This study's results are seen from the percentage in the category of low, moderate, and high. The results showed as many as 149 respondents (92%) have a moderate tendency of aggressivity. Based on the study results, it can be concluded that almost all adolescents in this study have a moderate tendency of aggressivity. Similarly, on the dimensions of aggressiveness measured, the average tends towards the moderate category. As for the dimensions of this aggressiveness, physical aggression has the greatest tendency than any other dimension, so it is advisable to further improve prevention programs' aggressiveness at YPGU Sumedang Vocational School.

Abstract

The activity of nursing practice in the laboratory, required sterile equipment that is still wrapped neatly. Equipment had broken wrap, will be discarded. Although the equipment is still good and feasible to be reused. Reuse and repack is a method of repackaging of used sterile equipment.This method is expected to reduce the cost of practice and reduce environmental waste. This study aims to analyze the cost of nursing practice by applying reuse and repack methods on sterile practice materials. This study is a field study using observation method on the practice of urinary catheter insertion and nasogastric tube installation conducted by nursing students in the clinical laboratory. The number of students involved as many as 74 people. Instrument tool pricing standards based on online rates published by health equipment standard sites. Findings Through the application of reuse and repack methods, the cost of the practice of urinary catheter insertion can be saved by 1.6 million  (90%) and the cost of installation practice can be saved by 3.6 million (85%) for once practice.  The results of the cost analysis of nursing practice in the laboratory using reuse and repack methods on the practice of urinary catheter insertion and the practice of ngt installation can save the cost of nursing practice.

Abstract

Dunia pendidikan memegang peranan penting dalam kemajuan suatu bangsa. Kemajuan dunia pendidikan dapat dilihat dari banyaknya siswa yang berprestasi. Siswa berprestasi merupakan ukuran keberhasilan yang diperoleh seseorang atau siswa selama proses kegiatan belajar. Dalam pencapaian siswa berprestasi harus ada peranan dan kontribusi dari berbagai pihak seperti pemerintah maupun sekolah. Maka dibuatlah sebuah sistem aplikasi penentuan siswa berprestasi pada sistem informasi akademik di SMP Negeri 1 Sangkapura untuk mencari siswa terbaik berdasarkan kriteria-kriteria yang telah ditentukan menggunakan metode SAW (Simple Additive Weighting). Kriteria-kriteria yang dipilih yaitu rata-rata nilai pengetahuan, ratarata nilai keterampilan, rata-rata nilai sikap dan rata-rata nilai ekstrakulikuler yang diambil dari nilai raport. Setelah itu dilakukan proses penentuan ranking untuk menentukan alternatife yang optimal yaitu siswa berprestasi. Berdasarkan hasil uji coba yang dilakukan oleh pihak sekolah, Sistem Aplikasi Penentuan Siswa Berprestasi telah berhasil menerapkan perhitungan nilai dalam menentukan siswa berprestasi dengan hasil yang didapatkan yaitu ranking siswa berprestasi.
