Abstract

This research attempts to analyze the model in Shariah banking business innovation strategy andits application. This research used the qualitative method, in which the data were collected byobservation, interviews and documentary study. These data were chosen purposively and snowballing,consisting of the Managing Director, Director of Operations and Marketing DirectorBJM Bank Surabaya. These data were analyzed using Thesis (theory and data), antithesis (dataand theory) and synthesis (analysis), in addition, also using process analysis data reduction andverification. It shows that the model of financing in Bank BJM shariah Surabaya using, (1) theprinciple of surrogate form of demand deposits (wadi'ah), (2) the principle of sharing and distributionof fund management, (3) the principle of sale and mark- up with a lump sum credit score(taqsid), (4) the principle of lease (ijara), a pure rental and leasing, (5) the principle of fee serviceslike clearing, collection, transfers and others. In doing strategy, it must be done by lookingat the object of the customers' needs, a given customer financing, investment, and ability to understandthe customer. Such strategy was done by category facilitated by profit sharing (mudaraba)and partnership (Musharaka), while the distribution of the benefits of the activities of productionby the sale (murabaha, salam and Isthisna').

Abstract

Abstrak: Politik dan kehidupan bernegara yang berdasarkan syari’at Islam memberikan lapangan yang luas bagi kreativitas dan penciptaan hal-hal baru dalam bidang metoda yang kental dengan perubahan dan nilai-nilai besar yang transendental. Politik dan kehidupan bernegara yang berdasarkan pada syari’at ini memberikan lapangan bagi ijtihad dan pembaharuan dalam masalah furu’, masalah yang bersifat partikularistik masalah-masalah intrepertatif yang berbeda dalam cakupan dasar agama di bawah dalil yang bersifat universal dan pasti. Oleh karena itu prinsip-prinsip bagi tegaknya fiqh politik syar’i dengan menggunakan lima pilar, yaitu fiqh maqashid, fiqh realitas, fiqh perbandingan, fiqh prioritas dan fiqh perubahan, satu dengan yang lain saling mendukung.

Abstract

Business economy globalization is a process in which the activities of countries around the world to be a power market is increasingly integrated with the country's territorial borders unimpeded. Results of this study that the real embodiment of the business in the form of economic globalization globalization of production, finance, labor, and globalization of trade information network. In the globalization of business competitive businessman making changes to the business with the support of the financial system and Islamic banking institutions. To encourage the positive impact businesses are not terlerpas of economics and business ethics, economic freedom, economic balance of business, issue and benefits, as well as justice berekonomi. And to mitigate the negative impacts in the business pembisnis avoid riba, gharar, gambling, and illicit Subhat. Usefulness of this research is the development of a competitive business theory and business people to be able to respond, and apply the results of this study in the economic life of the Islamic global business.
