Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine and analyze the effect of Capital Adequancy Ratio (CAR), Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR), Net Performing Loan (NPL), Return on Assets (ROA), Return on Equity (ROE) and Net Profit Margin (NPM) the stock price partially. Populations used are banking companies in the Stock Exchange in 2008-2011, the number of samples by using purposive sampling techniques are as many as 26 companies. Types of data used are secondary data, in the form of financial statements. The results are: Return on Assets (ROA), Return on Equity (ROE), and net profit margin (NPM) significantly influence stock prices, this result proved the significance value <0.05. Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Total Loan to deposit ratio (LDR), Non Performing Loan does not significantly affect the stock price., These results demonstrated the significant value> 0.05.Keywords: CAR, LDR, NPL, ROA, ROE, NPM and Stock Price

Abstract

This study examined the effect of the return on asset (ROA), company size, leverage, the proportion of independent commisioner board, and institutional ownership to the tax avoidance. This research was conducted at the Indonesian Stock Exchange by using analysis unit automotive and component that have gone public. The sampling method using purposive sampling the study period of 2011 to 2015. The relationship and influence between variables or described by using multiple regression analysis. The results showed that leverage and institusional ownership have significant positive effect to the tax avoidance. Company size has significant negative effect to the tax avoidance. Abstract

Underpricing is a phenomenon where stock prices at initial offerings are lower than those of stocks traded on the secondary market. Companies that do initial offer avoids the occurrence of underpricing, because the company does not get the maximum funds from the sale of its first stock. So this study aims to examine the factors - factors that affect the level of Underpricing period 2011 - 2015. The population used in this study are all companies that conduct Initial Public Offering in Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) in 2011 - 2015. The sample research is determined by purposive sampling method. The sample used is 90 companies. Hypothesis testing using multiple regression analysis. The result of this research model shows that (1) Underwriter has significant negative effect on underpricing; (2) The age of the Company has no effect on underpricing; (3) Company size does not affect underpricing; (4) Return On Assets (ROA) has no effect on underpricing; (5) Financial Leverage (FL) has no effect on underpricing (6) Industry type has no effect on underpricing. Abstract

The firm value shows that the prosperity of stakeholder will increased as well. The firm value becomes very important because it reflect the performance of the company which can influence the perception of investors to the company. This research is meant to find out the influence of firm size, the growth of the company, profitability, capital structure, and liquidity to the firm value. The samples are 211 manufacturing companies which are listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the 2013-2015 periods and they have been selected by using purposive sampling. The statistic test instrument uses SPSS 20 version wich is carried out to perform classic assumption test, multiple linear regressions analysis, and the hypothesis test. The result of the hypothesis test shows that : (1) firm size does have any influence to the firm value ; (2) the growth of the company does not have any influence to the firm value; (3) profitability of the company does not have any influence to the firm value;(4) capital structure does not have any influence to the firm value ; (5) liquidity does not have any influence to the firm valueKeywords : Firm Size, The Growth Of The Company, Profitability, Capital Structure, Liquidity and firm value.

Abstract

The study examines the effect Profitability, Liquidity, Leverage, Company Size, Secure, Mature, and Auditor Reputation on Bond Rating. The population in this research is financing companies that issued the bond and listed in Indonesian Stock Exchange period 2012-2015. The sampling method used purposive sampling with the observation period from 2012 to 2015. Relationship and (or) influence between variable is described by using multiple regression analysis. The result of this study indicate that Liquidity and Company Size has negative effect on Bond Rating. Whereas Leverage, Mature, and Auditor Reputation has positive effect on Bond Rating, also Profitability and Secure has no effect on Bond Rating.Keywords: Bond Rating, Profitability, Liquidity, Leverage, Company Size, Secure, Mature, and Auditor Reputation

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of third party funds, the capital adequacy ratio, non-performing financing, return on assets, and the loan to asset ratio against Islamic commercial bank financing in the period 2011-2015. The population in this study is an Islamic commercial bank (BUS) which operates in Indonesia from 2011 until 2015. This research is an empirical study by using purposive sampling technique of sampling. The analysis was performed by multiple regression using SPSS for windows version 19:00. The results showed that the Third Party Fund (DPK) has a significant positive effect on the distribution of funding. Capital Adequacy significant positive effect on financing. Non Performing Financing significant positive effect on financing. Return on assets of significant positive effect on financing. Abstract

This study examines the effect of firm size, leverage, profitability, activity, market value ratio, age of bond, guarantee, trustee reputation to bond rating. This research is conducted in Bursa Efek Indonesia by using unit of analysis of non financial company. This sampling method using purposive sampling with research period of 2012 until 2015. Abstract

This research aims to examine and analyze the influence of board of commissioners, leverage, company size, profitability, and environmental performance towards corporate social responsibility in real estate and property companies listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2011-2014. Population in this research are all of real estate and property companies in Indonesia Stock Exchange. Samples in this research is 162 research data. Multiple Regression Analysis technique is used for the data analysis test. The results showed that the variables that have a significant influence on corporate social responsibility is board of commissioners and company size. Abstract

This research intend to examine and analyze the effect of Non Performing Loans (NPL), Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR), Return on Assets (ROA), Net Interest Margin (NIM), Operating Expenses to Operating Income (BOPO), Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) to the stock price were listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period 2011-2015. The population on this research are the listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange that observed 2011-2015. The technique to determine sample is using purposive sampling method and the amount of selected sample are 155 companies. Analysis data technique that used regression analysis. The results of research have shown that variabels NPL, NIM, BOPO and CAR gives significant impact to stock price, otherwiswe LDR and ROA does not have significant effect on stock price.Keywords: NPL, LDR, ROA, NIM, BOPO, CAR, Stock Price

Abstract

This study aims to examine the impact of Capital Adequacy Ratio, Loan to Deposit Ratio, Non Performing Loans, Leverage Multiplier, Loan to Assets Ratio, Equity to Total Assets Ratio Toward Banking Profitability (In Conventional Commercial Banks Listed on BEI in the Year of 2012-2016). Besides, the measurement of bank profitability used was Return On Assets. Moreover, sampling method used was purposive sampling with period of research in the year of 2012 until 2016 and obtained by 21 banking company. The relationship and / or the impact between variables was explained by using analysis method of panel data regression using Eviews 9.0 program. The result of the research showed that CAR had no significant effect to ROA, LDR had significant positive effect to ROA, then NPL and LAR had significant negative effect to ROA, and LM and EAR had no significant negative effect to ROA.Keywords: Financial Ratio, Profitability, Conventional
