Abstract

This study aims to determine the Human Resources Development Strategy (HR) at the Water Resources Management Office of Lampung Province, as well as to determine the supporting factors and inhibiting factors for Human Resource Development (HR) in the water resources management agency of Lampung Province. This research design uses qualitative research with qualitative descriptive analysis method. The results of this research show that the human resource development strategy through education and training has been carried out independently by Civil Servants working at the water resources management agency. Human resource development through education that is carried out independently cannot be said to be optimal, one of which is the concentration of education that has not been in line with the technical needs of the water resources management agency. formulating training models and methods that are right on target in creating competent and professional human resources.

Abstract

Anak merupakan anugerah dari Tuhan Yang Maha Esa yang menjadi aset negara senantiasa harus dijaga dan dilindungi sebagai penerus cita-cita perjuangan bangsa. Kekerasan sering terjadi terhadap anak yang dapat merusak dan menakutkan bagi anak..Skripsi ini berjudul Tinjauan Yuridis Pertanggungjawaban Tindak Pidana Kekerasan Yang Mengakibatkan Kematian Terhadap Anak di Bawah Umur Dihubungkan Dengan Undang-undang Nomor 35Tahun 2014 Perubahan atas Undang-undang Nomor 23 Tahun 2002 Tentang Perlindungan Anak Juncto Kitab Undang-Undang Hukum Pidana.faktor-faktor yang menyebabkan terjadinya kekerasan terhadap anak, bagaimana peran pemerintah dalam upaya mengurangi kekerasan terhadap anak yang mengakibatkan kematian. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa tindak pidana kekerasan pada anak diatur dalam Undang-Undang No. 35 tahun 2014 Perubahan atas Undang-undang Nomor 23 Tahun 2002 tentang Perlindungan Anak. Faktor faktor yang menyebabkan terjadinya kekerasan pada anak pada umumnya disebabkan oleh faktor internal yang berasal dari anak sendiri maupun faktor eksternal dari kondisi keluarga dan masyarakat. Perubahan Undang-undang No 35 Tahun 2014 Perubahan atas UndangundangNomor 23 Tahun 2002 Tentang Perlindungan Anak, semoga dapat memberikanefek jera terhadap pelaku sehingga dapat menanggulangi tindak kekerasan terhadap anak di Indonesia.

Abstract

This paper wanted to understand how the lessons learned from the failure of public policies in responding to the Pandemic in a global context. The success of responding to a pandemic that has become the task of public office holders is closely related to implementing public policies. For this reason, we tried to examine several international publications published after the global hit pandemic. This study uses secondary data that we find through an electronic search that we specialize in the latest issue between 2017 and 2021. Then we examine it with a phenomenological approach such as a data coding system, evaluation, and in-depth interpretation to get valid and reliable finding data. So based on the findings and discussion data, we can conclude that there are several lessons that we can take from the failure of pandemic policies in the global context. Among other things, lessons on humanitarian commitment, lack of natural resources, lousy application behavior, corruption, and several other bureaucratic mistakes. Thus, these findings can add insight to the parties.

Abstract

This study aims to identify several scientific evidence of the process of concepts and applications of public policymaking and services based on scientific knowledge obtained from various practices in developed and developing countries. We get supporting data from various first publications on public policy and services in Indonesia and several other scientific contexts. We analyze under a phenomenological engagement involving a coding system, so that valid and reliable conclusions are drawn to answer the problem. Based on the analysis and discussion results, we can conclude that several essential components have been obtained whose language is the concept and application of policymaking in public has resulted in a variety of concepts and policies that follow the needs of the field, which are based on instruments and objectives. The best practice that we have been able to conclude includes anti-corruption policies limiting policies in Indonesia and narcotics policies, human rights and democracy, technology and science policies, and system policies that work in Indonesia. These findings will be helpful in the development of similar studies in the future.
