Anak adalah buah hati dan sekaligus menjadi investasi orang tua di masa mendatang. Ketika di pendidikan formal seperti TK atau PAUD, terkadang perilaku anak seringkali berlebihan. Oleh sebab itu, alternatif yang diberikan adalah metode reward dan punishment. Metode ini bertujuan untuk mendisiplinkan dan mendidik anak dengan kasih sayang bukan untuk menakut-nakuti atau mengancam mereka. Pendekatan penelitian yang akan digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif studi kasus. Penelitian ini akan menggambarkan tentang penggunaan reward dan punishment dalam perkembangan kemampuan dasar emosional anak usia dini. Penelitian ini merupakan suatu penelitian yang dilakukan terhadap suatu kesatuan sistem. Kesatuan ini dapat berupa program, kegiatan, peristiwa atau sekelompok individ yang terikat oleh tempat, waktu atau ikatan tertentu. Sebelum pelaksanaan wawancara peneliti melakukan pendekatan melalui perkenalan dan pembicaraan bebas sampai pada titik masalah tentang metode pemberian reward dan punishment dalam kegiatan pembelajaran di TK tesebut. Penerapan reward di PAUD Darul Amani Kosambi pada kelompok B yang diobservasi dan diteliti peneliti dengan cara menerapkan reward dengan sistem diagram bintang. Dimana bagi anak yang pada setiap harinya melakukan kegiatan, mau diingatkan, berbagi dengan teman, dan melakukan suatu kegiatan kebiasaan maka anak tersebut akan mendapatkan reward berupa sebuah bintang atau dengan memberi pujian, acungan jempol, sesekali mereka juga diberi hadiah berupa baris di depan nomer pertama, duduk dibangku depan, dan lain-lain. Sedangkan punishment adalah hukuman bagi mereka agar mereka jera dan tidak melakukan kesalahan yang sama

Pendidikan adalah bidang yang penting, dan anak usia dini merupakan usia yang sangat potensial untuk berkembang. Pendidikan anak usia dini adalah salah satu strategi dalam rangka menyiapkan generasi yang unggul dan tangguh. PAUD perlu mengembangkan berbagai keterampilan dan kemampuan anak. Salah satunya adalah motorik anak. Motorik anak terbagi menjadi dua, yaitu perkembangan motorik kasar dan perkembangan motorik halus. Dalam penelitian ini, motorik halus menjadi inti kajian yang dapat dikembangkan melalui finger painting. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan motorik halus anak usia 4-5 di TK Advent tahun pelajaran 2020/2021 melalui kegiatan finger Painting, dengan pendekatan atau metode Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK). Â Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan pengamatan yang dilakukan hingga siklus II, menunjukkan bahwa adanya peningkatan nilai kemampuan motorik halus anak dalam kegiatan finger painting. Grafik menunjukkan dari hasil pra siklus, siklus I dan siklus II perkembangan motorik halus anak memiliki pesentase yang meningkat. Hal ini membuktikan adanya dampak positif dari kegiatan finger painting. Dengan demikian, terbukti bahwa kegiatan finger painting dapat mengembangkan motorik halus anak dalam meremas, menuang, meratakan, melukis, mengaduk dan mencuci tangan , sehingga anak dapat berkembang pada anak usia 4-5 tahun di TK Advent Kecamatan Mustika Jaya Kota Bekasi tahun pelajaran 2020/2021

Bisnis dalam bidang kesehatan atau rumah sakit semakin tajam di era globalisasi. Hal ini menuntut pengelola atau perusahaan rumah sakit kanker dharmais untuk siap bersaing. Pelaksanaan pelatihan pelayanan dokter pada Rumah Sakit Kanker Dharmaissudah berjalan sesuai dengan SOP.Rumah Sakit Kanker Dharmais telah menetapkan standar fasilitas Rumah Sakit dan pelayanan dokter yang baik, serta pengaruhnya terhadap tingkat kepuasan pasien pada Rumah Sakit Kanker Dharmais sangat berhubungan. Pelayanan yang baik merupakan penentu keberhasilan tingkat kepuasan pasien. Meski begitu, fasilitas yang lengkap tetap menjadi prioritas. Pelayanan dan fasilitas yang semakin baik akan berbanding lurus dengan kepuasan pasien, namun sebaliknya jika menurun maka akan berdampak pada jumlah pasien. Kualitas pelayanan dokter secara simultan berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan pasien. Berdasarkan hasil analisis yang telah dilakukan maka saran yang diberikan adalah fasilitas rumah sakit merupakan salah satu faktor yang mempengaruhi kepuasan pasien di Rumah Sakit Kanker Dharmais. Rumah sakit harus selalu meningkatkan fasilitas dari waktu ke waktu dan mengikuti perkembangan teknologi kedokteran terkini. RS Kanker Dharmais juga diharapkan mampu mempertahankan bahkan meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan dokter kepada pasien agar pasien tidak berpindah ke rumah sakit lain dan dapat meningkatkan jumlah pasien. Sebisa mungkin ciptakan suasana yang aman, nyaman, dan bersahabat bagi pasien sehingga pasien merasa dihargai dan dihormati.

The use of financial ratios will explain and provide an overview of the bank's financial position and see the bank's wealth. Of the Solvency ratio (CAR) and Profitability ratio (ROA, ROE, NIM) on financial performance (profit). The data used is secondary data with data collection techniques through indirect observation. CAR regression coefficient on earnings is negative with the results of the t-test -5.312 < t table 2.04. The regression coefficient of ROA on earnings is positive with the results of the t-test 2.409 > t table 2.043 which means that ROA has an effect on earnings. profit. The NIM regression coefficient on earnings is positive with the t-test result of 0.770 < 2.043, which means that NIM has no effect on earnings. Overall F count of 8,560 > F table 2.70 which means that CAR, ROA, ROE and NIM together have an influence on profit.

The objectives to be achieved by the authors in this study are to determine the Effectiveness of Zakat Management Management at BAZNAS Bekasi City with the Principles of Transparency and Accountability. Then specifically, this research has goals and uses which are expected to be useful for the community at large and for employees of BAZNAS Bekasi City. This type of research is field research (Field Research). Field research is research with data obtained from direct research on activities in the research field. The data were collected by the researchers directly from the sources, namely the manager of BAZNAS Bekasi City, Muzaki (community) and Munfik. This research was conducted from November 2021 to February 2022. BAZNAS Bekasi City has implemented the principle of transparency for its employees, every year a meeting is held to find out what plans will be implemented. BAZNAS Bekasi City has an RKAT (Annual Budget Work Plan) in which this RKAT must be approved by the province. From the results of the discussion, it can be concluded that the implementation carried out by BAZNAS Bekasi City is accountable based on predetermined standards that have been planned. In its implementation, Bekasi City BAZNAS does not only work alone, but also cooperates with several parties, such as collaboration with Bulog (Logistics Affairs Agency), Villages, Urban Villages, and Schools to find out data on underprivileged or high achieving students. The management of BAZNAS Bekasi City should always implement policies that are in line with the ideals of zakat management, namely the welfare of the people, namely by prioritizing the allocation for productive zakat schemes. If there is a standard allocation per scheme for the zakat program set by BAZNAS Bekasi City, then there should be optimal monitoring of the realization of distribution so that the target and realization run in harmony. There are so many lessons to be learned in PAUD. One of them is counting lessons. Because counting lessons are considered quite difficult and uninteresting, this causes children's learning outcomes to be low. For this reason, teachers must familiarize children with learning to count through an approach to learning to count. This research is a survey research with a qualitative approach. This research was conducted in the Azzahra Kalideres PAUD, West Jakarta. The research was carried out for 3 months, consisting of the preparation of proposals, testing of instruments, dissemination and collection of field research data, preparation and processing of data. The research was conducted in January–March 2018. Data collection was done through interviews and documentation from the literature study. The results of the study show that learning to count counting must be linked to the real world in order to make it easier for children to learn mathematics. With the help of the teacher, children are given the opportunity to discover mathematical concepts for themselves. After that, they have to apply it in their daily life or in other fields.

This study aims to determine students' perceptions of the card media used by teachers of SMK PGRI 1 Tambun Selatan Bekasi in teaching. This research uses descriptive research. The population of this study was the second grade students of SMK PGRI 1 Tambun Selatan Bekasi in the 2020/2021 academic year and the research sample is class X AK. The researcher used the sampling technique. The techniques used to obtain data are: first, collecting data from students answering the questionnaire and lastly, drawing conclusions based on the data. The final result of the analysis shows that there are positive statements about the use of card media in teaching and learning by teachers, are positive statements of students found in the practical category 48.75% are students answered very well (VG), 39.11% good (G), 2.94% average average, 0.29% poor (B), and none very bad (VG). For negative statements, students found in the practical category 0.29% were students answered very strongly (VG), 3.82% good (G), 25.30% average, 38.53% bad (B), and 32.06% very bad (VB). It is evidenced by the results of the average score of the student questionnaire is 85.26, the majority of students choose the good from the positive statement and choose the bad in the negative statement about the use of card media in teaching English.

Early childhood education aims to help the growth and development of children as early as possible. One that is developed in early childhood education is motor skills. The development of children's motor skills is divided into two, namely the development of soft motorics skills and the development of gross motor skills. These skills can be developed and improved through coloring activities. However, the field says otherwise. Therefore, this study aims to determine whether coloring activities can improve the soft motorics skills of children in group B of RA Al Muhsinin, South Tambun District. This research is a collaborative classroom action research. This research was conducted in RA Al Muhsinin, South Tambun District. The selection of this location was done because in that class there were problems with the children's soft motorics skills related to soft motorics skills. The subjects in this study were children of group B RA Al Muhsinin, South Tambun District, totaling 12 children, consisting of 4 boys and 8 girls. The object of this research is soft motorics skills. The CAR model used consists of four components, namely plans, actions and observations and reflections. Data collection techniques used in this study are observation and documentation. The data analysis technique used a qualitative and quantitative descriptive approach. The results showed that coloring activities could improve the soft motorics skills of children in group B of RA Al Muhsinin, South Tambun District.

This study aims to analyze the effect of Human Resources Management Audit on Employee Performance in General Hospital Bekasi. This study is a causal-comparative research. This study population is the entire General Hospital Bekasi employees totaling 158 respondents. The selection of the sample using Cluster Random Sampling method. The number of samples was 80 respondents, derived from four divisions: medical division (8 respondents), paramedic (32 respondents), medical support (10 respondents), and general (30 respondents). The data used are primary data in the form of a questionnaire. Prior to the study, first conducted trials-test with the instrument validity-test and reliability-test involving 20 employees of a General Hospital Bekasi were not involved back at the time of the study. Analysis prerequisite- test including normality-test, linearity-test, multicolinearity-test, and heteroscedasticity-test. The hypothesis-test in this study using simple-regression analysis. The results of this study indicate the Human Resources Management Audit have a significant and positive influence on Employee Performance in General Hospital Bekasi indicated by r2 value of 0.518, the significant value smaller than level of significant (0.000 < 0.050) and the regression line equation is Y = 0.813 + 0.766X.
