Abstract

Learning is generally a mental or psychic activity carried out by a person so that it causes changes in behavior that are different between after learning and before learning. Learning according to cognitive theory is a business process that involves mental activities that occur in humans as a result of the process of active interaction with the environment to obtain a change in the form of knowledge, understanding, behavior, skills and attitude values ​​that are relativ and have scars. By understanding cognitive learning theory, teachers will be able to provide learning and facilitate children's learning in a more focused and appropriate manner in accordance with the child's developmental stage. In Jean Piaget's cognitive theory, early childhood enters the first two stages of development, namely the sensorimotor stage and the pre-operational stage. This paper uses the Systemic Literature Review method, which is a method of collecting literature related to the topic of the problem being studied, both from journals, books and other sources relevant to the research topic.

Abstract

Artikel Ini Mendeskripsikan Cara Mahasiswa Mempertahankan Regulasi Emosi Dalam Menghadapi Kecanduan Narkoba. Untuk Mengetahui Tingkat Regulasi Emosi Dilakukan Penelitian Pendekatan Kualitatif Dengan Metode Studi Kasus Terhadap Perilaku Mahasiswa Yang Pernah Mengalami Kecanduan Narkoba. Penelitian Dilakukan Selama 1 Bulan Melalui Pengamatan Perilaku Mahasiswa Tersebut Sejauh Mana Kemampuannya Dalam Mempertahankan Regulasi Emosinya. Pengumpulan Data Dilakukan Melalui Teknik Observasi Dan Wawancara. Hasil Penelitian Menunjukkan Bahwa Cara Mahasiswa Pecandu Narkoba Meregulasi Emosinya Adalah Memonitor Emosi, Memodifikasi Emosi Dan Mengevaluasi Emosi

Abstract

Peer Teaching is a learning process by involving peers. The learning process can apply to any type of activity, including learning music. Peer Teaching in most churches did not develop this and chose to seek outside coaches rather than empowering church youth with great potential. The purpose of this study was to describe the Peer Teaching method in learning music (guitar and keyboard) which was carried out in the Gandangbatu Timur Congregation, Klasis Gandangbatu. Subjects in this study were 10 youths who were divided into 2 groups, namely the Music Guitar Group and the Music Keyboard Group. The method used in this research is a qualitative research method with a descriptive approach. The results showed that the music learning process using the Peer Teaching method was carried out by starting the basic concepts in music. The output of this Peer Teaching is the training of church youths who can serve in the congregation (Music Section)

Abstract

Adolescents in the current development. requires peers to facilitate adolescents in determining future orientation after graduating from high school.The purpose of this study was to determine how much influence peers have on the future orientation of class XI science students in one of the public high schools in Manado city. Respondents in this study were 134 students of class XI science. In this study using a quantitative approach with correlation analysis techniques that are processed using SPSS 21.0 for windows. The data collection technique used an instrument in the form of a questionnaire with a system using a Likert scale model. Results based on data analysis, the influence of peers on future orientation by looking at the ANOVA test value is fcount = 9.920 > ftable = 3.84. From the results, if fcount>ftable, the hypothesis Ha in this study is accepted. The influence of peers on future orientation can be seen from the R2 value of 0.070. This means that peers have an influence of 7% on the future orientation of class XI science students

Abstract

Artikel ini membahas tentang marketing mix sebagai strategi pemasaran di SMA Kristen Barana dengan tujuan penelitian ini untuk menciptakan lembaga pendidikan swasta yang berkualitas yang mampu bersaing dengan sekolah pada umumnya. Strategi pemasaran yang dimaksud adalah adanya kondisi pemasaran yang kondusif serta mampu memberikan dampak pada sekolah itu sendiri, masyarakat dan konsumen. Tujuan dari manajemen pemasaran jasa pendidikan untuk memepermudah lembaga dalam memasarkan jasa pendidikannya kepada mayarakat. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Metode Kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang dilakukan di SMA Kristen Barana strategi pemasaran yang dilakukan adalah Marketing Mix yang terdiri dari 2 langkah yaitu perencanaan dan pelaksanaan. Perencanaan meliputi Identifikasi Pasar, Segmentasi Pasar, Target dan untuk pelaksanaan meliputi Produk, Harga, Tampat, Promosi, Sumber Daya Manusia, Proses. Oleh karena itu disimpulkan bahwa marketing mix yang ada di SMA Barana dilakukan secara maksimal dan objektif.
