Abstract

Abstract. Hacord Gallery is a central shop for souvenirs in Depok. The product that is marketed is the production of the Small and Medium Enterprises (UKM) of Depok city, already has permits, proper packaging, and the best quality products. More than 50 SMEs market their products such as types of fashion, crafts, souvenirs, craft, frozen food, food, beverages, and herbal medicines. The problem is marketing activities using conventional systems. By recording, both sales and purchase transactions in a book, promotion using brochures, financial management using a calculator and the quality of human resources is still low in education. Limited access to information and low competitiveness due to lack of information technology support and expensive internet access. Solutions to deal with problems are built by e-commerce marketplace applications. E-Commerce a website makes Hacord Gallery a center for souvenirs in the city of Depok and known by the public. The method in this service is a learning by doing method, starting from field surveys to evaluating training results. The training was conducted by giving information on the use of e-commerce applications to increase sales and income, mentoring was carried out using the application process while discussions were carried out by the service team and partners. The results of this activity in the form of e-commerce marketplace applications provide goods buying and selling services so as to create business opportunities for SMEs in marketing their products. To ensure the success of this program, an evaluation will be carried out at each stage of program development. Abstrak.Hacord Gallery merupakan toko pusat oleh-oleh kota Depok. Produk yang dipasarkan adalah produksi Usaha Kecil dan Menengah (UKM) kota Depok, sudah memiliki izin, kemasan layak dan kualitas produk terbaik. Lebih dari 50 UKM memasarkan produknya seperti jenis fashion, kerajinan, souvenir, craft, frozen food, makanan, minuman, dan jamu herbal. Permasalahannya adalah kegiatan pemasaran menggunakan sistem konvensional. Dengan melakukan pencatatan, baik transaksi penjualan ataupun pembelian ke dalam sebuah buku, promosi menggunakan brosur, pengelolaan keuangan menggunakan kalkulator dan kualitas sumber daya manusia masih rendah pendidikannya. Terbatasnya akses informasi dan rendahnya daya saing disebabkan kurangnya dukungan teknologi informasi dan mahal akses internet. Solusi untuk menangani permasalahan maka dibangun aplikasi marketplace e-commerce. E-Commerce sebuah website menjadikan Hacord Gallery sebagai pusat oleh-oleh dikota Depok dan dikenal masyarakat. Metode dalam pengabdian ini adalah metode learning by doing, di mulai dari survei lapangan sampai pada evaluasi hasil pelatihan. Pelatihan dilakukan dengan memberi informasi penggunaan aplikasi e-commerce untuk meningkatkan penjualan dan pendapatan, pendampingan dilakukan proses penggunaan aplikasi sedangkan diskusi dilakukan tim pengabdian dan mitra. Hasil kegiatan ini berupa aplikasi marketplace e-commerce menyediakan layanan jual beli barang sehingga menciptakan peluang bisnis para UKM dalam memasarkan produknya. Untuk menjamin keberhasilan program ini maka akan dilakukan evaluasi pada setiap tahapan perkembangan program.

Abstract

Bakery is a place frequented by people as a place to buy bread to be given as a gift or food. The number of bakeries that are open in Pematangsiantar city makes consumers confused and need accurate information to decide to visit a bakery that suits their needs. Moreover, every bakery provides and offers their best products to consumers. The method used in decision making is the SMART method (Simple Multi Attribute Rating Technique) because SMART is a method in making multi-attribute decisions. This system can provide recommendations for bakeries that are in accordance with the expectations of consumers to be considered in choosing the right bakery, especially in pematangsiantar city where there are 5 bakeries namely: Double (A1), Aroma (A2), Francebakery (A3), Valetine ( A4) and My darling (A5). In this study there are 5 criteria that support the research objectives, namely: service (C1), texture (C2), taste (C3), price (C4) and location (C5). The research data was obtained by interviewing and giving questionnaires / questionnaires to 250 consumers. The results of the questionnaire were processed and calculated using the SMART method. Based on the results of the study, it is obtained double (A1) first rank with the final value of 0.8835, francebakery (A3) second rank with the final value of 0.5530 and my dear (A5) ranked third with the final value of 0.45. It is hoped that this research can provide input to consumers in recommending and choosing the best bakery in Pematangsiantar.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is as a recommendation tool in determining high end gaming laptops for professional gamers by using a decision support system. The settlement method used in this study is Elimination Et Choix Traduisant la Realite (ELECTRE). The data collection techniques were carried out randomly by conducting observations, interviews and questionnaires to 250 respondents (gamers) and 10 computer shops in the district of Simalungun. In this study, using five alternatives, among others: Asus ROG G703 (A1), Razer Blade Pro (A2) MSI GT75VR Titan-083 (A3), Acer Predator Triton 700 (A4), Alienware 17 (A5) and five assessment criteria, among others: Price (C1), Processor Type (C2), RAM Capacity (C3), VGA Card Type (C4) and Hard Drive (C5). The results of the Elimination Et Choix Traduisant la Realite (ELECTRE) method recommend the Predator Triton 700 (A4) alternative as the first recommendation for the selection of high end gaming laptops for professional gamers.

Abstract

The control of frozen food distribution process done by the logistic part in obtaining the data is still manual, using the form and excel, causing the admin difficulty in monitoring and controlling the distribution process or the delivery of frozen food to store or outlet. Problem solving is made an application using data collection method and RAD method, where the model of Rapid Application Development (RAD) has business modeling stage using kebutuah application admin and user, data modeling that explains the use of ERD and LRS from the database side, about usecase diagrams and activity diagrams from the application process side, application generation evolves about programming languages in application creation while testing and turnover describes the use of white box testing. The purpose of the application is made to facilitate the related division in processing the data distribution process, monitor and control the distribution process and obtain information distribution process in realtime.

Abstract

Abstract

Perusahaan membuka lowongan pekerjaan, maka dalam waktu yang singkat biasanya akan dibanjiri oleh berkas-berkas dari para pencari kerja. Permasalahannya adalah terkadang perusahaan mengalami kesulitan dalam menyeleksi pelamar pekerjaan, sehingga pelamar yang sebenarnya tidak memenuhi kriteria atau kebutuhan diikutkan dalam proses wawancara, atau bahkan diterima bekerja di perusahaan tersebut. Akibatnya perusahaan akan memiliki tenaga kerja yang sebenarnya tidak sesuai dengan kebutuhan perusahaan. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk memudahkan menentukan pelamar mana yang benar-benar berkompeten dan layak menjadi karyawan untuk posisi tertentu di sebuah perusahaan dan memudahkan penempatan karyawan pada divisi yang tersedia sesuai dengan keahlian yang dimiliki dan kebutuhan. Metode yang digunakan untuk menjawab permasalahan yang dihadapi dengan metode AHP. Hasil AHP yang diperoleh dari kuesioner dengan 3 responden yang memberikan jawabannya dihitung dan didapat hasil akhir bahwa calon karyawan B unggul (52,3%) berbanding dengan calon karyawan A (37,2%) dan calon karyawan C (10,5%).

Abstract

SMA Negeri 1 Bawang adalah sekolah menengah atas negeri yang berada di jawa tengah, Setiap tahunnya SMA Negeri 1 Bawang membuka penerimaan siswa baru, setiap siswa SMA Negeri 1 Bawang akan ditempatkan pada kelas jurusan sesusai bidang atau kemampuan masing-masing siswa, Salah satu contoh masalah yang penulis ambil adalah disekolah tersebut terdapat 2 jurusan yaitu IPA dan IPS yang dimana pihak sekolah mengalami kesulitan untuk menentukan jurusan setiap siswanya, karena seiring berjalannya waktu siswa yang mendaftar di SMA Negeri 1 Bawang bertambah banyak. Untuk meringankan pihak sekolah dalam menentukan jurusan siswa, maka penulis melakukan penelitian SPK menggunakan metode TOPSIS untuk membantu pihak sekolah menentukan penjurusan setiap siswanya. Dalam penelitian ini data dikumpulkan dari data sekunder dalam bentuk rekap nilai ujian nasional siswa, peneliti akan melakukan perhitungan data nilai rekap nilai ujian siswa sesuai bobot kriteria mata pelajaran, dikarenakan jumlah populasi data yang dikumpukan peneliti terlalu banyak yaitu 156 data digunakanlah rumus slovin untuk mendapatkan sampel penelitian menjadi 61 data dan software Microsoft Excel untuk menghindari kesalahan pehitungan serta mempercepat perhitungan, Hasil yang didapat dari penelitian ini adalah dari banyaknya sampel yaitu 61 data ditentukanlah bahwa 37 siswa masuk pada jurusan IPA dan 24 Siswa masuk pada jurusan IPS.

Abstract

Abstract The application of online learning in various educational institutions in the Covid-19 Pandemic has had an impact on behavioral attitudes where many educators and students have also complained about the limited technology facilities, operations, and internet networks in some areas or quotas to access online learning. Followed by the popularity of the Zoom application in supporting education, the authors researched the application of the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) to the acceptance of the Zoom application in online learning to determine the effect of using applications in online learning with 4 variables accompanied by multiple linear regression hypothesis testing, F-test and T-test. using SPSS. The test results in Perceived Usefulness, Perceived Ease of Use, and Behavioral Intention to Use affect Actual System Usage with significant and positive results of 20.21. Behavioral Intention to Use is more dominant than other variables with a value of 5.31, while the lowest is Perceived Ease of Use with a value of (-0.50).

Abstract

The selection or acceptance of new students is something that needs to be determined quickly. In terms of the determination of prospective new students, several considerations are needed which are quite numerous and complicated, namely, the standard of grades, school entry requirements, and policies of the government and educational institutions that often change each year. In terms of the admission of new students, students are required to come directly. During this time the process of admission test for new students is still using the manual method by filling out the answer sheet provided by the committee. The method used in determining students to be accepted is Simple Additive Weight. Determining the admission of new students using the Simple Additive Weight method, where this method provides certain criteria which have a weight value of each so that the results of the sum of the weights will get the final decision and rank the students accepted at Madrasah Aliyah named Amira and Afrilina.
