Abstract

Background: The largest percentage of unmet need for family planning in Keseneng village Sumowono sub-district Semarang Regency is 31.7%. Objectives: The objectives of this study is analyze the factors associated with unmet need for family planning in Keseneng Villlage Sumowono Sub-district Semarang Regency. Methods: This study is an explanatory research with a case control study design. The population is marriage female 15-49 years, amounting to 287 people. The sample size of case group and control groups respectively 29 married women. The simple random sampling method was adopted. Analysis of the data descriptively and analytically using the Chi Square ( X2 ) at significance level α= 5%. Results: the percentage of unmet need for family planning due to limiting pregnancy is 100,0%. The variables have difference in the proportion of unmet need for family planning is the husband's support of contraception (p= 0.044 ; OR= 6.1; 95 % CI= 1.2 to 31.2) and women’s Information Education and Communication of contraceptive was received (p= 0.004; OR= 5,9 95%CI 1,9 – 18,7). The variables have not difference in the proportion of unmet need for family planning is the knowledge of contraception (p= 0.297; OR= 2.8; 95 % CI= 0.6 to 11.9 ), discussion of family planning in the family (p= 0.101 ; OR = 2.9 ; 95 % CI = 0.9 to 8.9 ), and the side effects of contraception (p= 0.289 ; OR= 2.0; 95 % CI= 0.7 to 5.8 ). Conclusions : The variables have difference in the proportion of unmet need for family planning is the husband's support of contraception and women’s Information Education and Communication of contraceptive was received. Suggestion: necessary counseling for husband the importance of providing support and wife in terms of discussions about contraception and family planning, and increasing the Communication Information Education on risk if occur pregnancy when not using contraception during still menstruation, also giving information about knowledge of contraception , especially in terms of types of female condoms , side effects of contraceptive ( high blood pressure , hair loss , and sensitive / irritable ) and resources contraception ( mass media , pharmacy , electronic media)

Abstract

Each student has different abilities in connecting physics concepts with natural phenomena. Students can also experience misconceptions when compiling the physics concepts they are studying, which can lead to differences between their own concepts and those formed by experts. Misconceptions can disrupt and hinder learning in subsequent concepts (Maison et al, 2020). Therefore, an analysis of misconceptions must be carried out at the beginning of learning, so that the teacher can plan the right learning process to overcome them. The research was carried out at the Physics Education Study Program FKIP Pasir Pengaraian University Semester 2 of the 2020/2021 Academic Year with 30 student participants. The test technique used is a four-level multiple choice diagnostic test. The results of a quantitative analysis of the data obtained from the diagnostic test using the four tier diagnostic test in Basic Physics II course found that 35% of students experienced misconceptions, 8% of students did not know the concept, 12% of students answered questions by guessing and 45% of students who understood or know the concept

Abstract

Persentase partisipasi ibu yang mengikuti kegiatan posyandu dapat dilihat dari data cakupan kunjungan balita di Posyandu Kelurahan Kedabang, dimana kelurahan ini memiliki dua (2) posyandu aktif yaitu posyandu Anyelir 1 dan Posyandu Anyelir 2. Berdasarkan data Puskesmas Sungai Durian tahun 2021, cakupan D/S Kelurahan Kedabang sebesar 45% sehingga dapat disimpulkan masih jauh dari cakupan target nasional sebesar 85%.Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan Cross Sectional dilaksanakan pada bulan Oktober 2021. Tujuannya yaitu untuk mengetahui Determinan Partisipasi Ibu Membawa Balita Ke Posyandu di Kelurahan Kedabang Tahun 2021. Sampel penelitian ini Seluruh ibu yang memiliki balita usia 0-59 bulan berjumlah 94 orang. Analisa data dilakukan dengan Uji Chi-Square. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada Hubungan Pengetahuan (P=0,005), Sikap (P=0,021), Peran Kader (P=0,010) dan Peran Petugas Kesehatan (P=0,001) dengan Partisipasi Ibu Membawa Balita Ke Posyandu. Diharapkan petugas kesehatan dapat lebih fokus memberikan informasi tentang posyandu dan menumbuhkan keinginan masyarakat dengan cara pembinaan dan ikut serta dalam kegiatan Posyandu
