Abstract

Faktor sumber daya manusia ini merupakan elemen yang harus mendapat perhatian organisasi, khususnya dalam mengisi era globalisasi, informasi dan teknologi yang terus berkembang saat ini, dimana iklim kompetisi yang dihadapi akan sangat berbeda. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif artinya untuk mengetahui variabel mandiri, baik satu variabel atau lebih tanpa membuat perbandingan, atau menhubungkan antar variabel satu dengan variabel lain. Pelaksanaan Evaluasi Kinerja pada Dinas Perindustrian dan Perdagangan Provinsi Banten, memperoleh hasil ratarata sebesar 77,00%, dan hasil jawaban responden terhadap Efektivitas Kerja Pegawai memperoleh hasil rata-rata sebesar 77,19%; Terdapat beberapa aspek standar penilaian kinerja sebagai tolok ukur yang belum dilaksanakan dengan baik sehingga menjadi hambatan-hambatan dalam ketepatan penempatan pegawai. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pelayanan punguutan retribusi pasar dalam upaya meningkatkan pendapatan asli daerah di Kabupaten Serang. Pelaksanaan pelayanan pungutan retribusi pasar ternyata kurang adanya keterbukaan, dengan hasil jawaban responden sebesar 47,89%, sehingga berakibat pada kurang adanya penyempurnaan administrasi pemungutan retribusi daerah, dengan hasil jawaban responden sebesar 49,30%; Pelaksanaan pelayanan pungutan retribusi pasar dilakukan kurang profesional, dengan hasil jawaban responden sebesar 47,89%. Hal tersebut berakibat pada kurang mampu menjaring wajib retribusi sebanyak mungkin khususnya Pedagang di Pasar sebagai wajib retribusi, dengan hasil jawaban responden sebesar 49,30% Kata Kunci Pungutan, Retribusi, Pendapatan, Daerah

Abstract

This paper describes the business activity of animal breeding services in livestock services company at Elders Limited Australia. Primary and secondary data in this paper were collected from Elders Limited Australia database and Elders staff interviewed. Data were analyzed in full descriptively. The study indicated that the business of breeding services can help the farmer especially breeder to improve the genetic performance of their cattle farm and help them to make the decision of breeding program. The product of Elders Breeding Services are semen sales, breed exact and next exact program (breeding program), Taylor Made Seedstock (embryo transfer program). The breeding services also help farmers to promote their product by using Elders Limited website. In Australia, the using breeding services are more effective and efficient than the farmers conducting their farm by their own program.(Key words: Business activity, Breeding services, Elders Limited)

Abstract

This research is a study on halal consumer behavior, which consists of empirical results from various Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSME)s in Bandung, Indonesia. Data were collected from 161 muslim tourists who have experiences visiting Bandung, West Java, Indonesia, and consuming culinary products produced by MSMEs in the city. Simple linear regression method was applied to evaluate the relation between consumers’ attitude and purchase decisions. This research aims to provide deeper understanding on the effect of tourists’ attitude towards the halal label and purchase decision, seen from the perspective of muslim consumers who have experiences in consuming the food products by Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSME)s in Bandung, Indonesia. This study reveals that attitude towards halal label is an important factor affecting consumers’ halal food purchase decision.
