Abstract

AbstrakStrategi bisnis sepatu di Mojokerto agar dapat bertahan dan bersaing dengan usaha lain yangsejenis. Penelitian yang dilakukan bersifat deskriptif dan teknik pengumpulan data dilakukandengan cara observasi, wawancara, daftar peryataan dan dokumentasi. Informasi penelitiandilakukan diseluruh UMKM sepatu Mojokerto dengan dengan karakteritik tertentu. Analisadata yang digunakan adalah metode analisis kualitatif diskriptif dengan alat analisis SWOT,IFAS, EFAS, IE. Analisis ini memperhatikan faktor lingkungan internal (Strengths danOpportunities) dan lingkungan eksternal (Weaknesses dan Threats). Hasil analisis IFAS matrikmenunjukkan skor nilai diatas rata-rata dari keseluruhan faktor internalnya. Analisis EFASmatrik menunjukan skor nilai diatas rata-rata dari keseluruhan faktor eksternalnya. Analisisdengan menggunakan SWOT matrik menunjukkan skor nilai terbesar pada strategi StrenghtsOpportunities (SO). Hasil analisis dengan Internal Eksternal (IE) matrik menunjukkan posisiUMKM produk sepatu di Mojokerto pada kuadran IV yang menunjukkan pada posisi kuatsedangkan analisis lingkungan eksternal pada posisi sedang. Posisi ini mengindikasikan UMKMsepatu Mojokerto dalam kondisi tumbuh dan membangun (grow and built). Strategi yang bisaditerapkan yaitu dengan strategi Strenght Opportunity (SO) dengan memaksimalkan kekuatanyang dimiliki dan memperhatikan peluang pasar. Strategi ini perlu ditunjang denganpeningkatan SDM (performance of human resourch), penetrasi pasar (market penetration),pengembangan pasar (market development), dan pengembangan produk (productdevelopment).Kata kunci: Strategi bisnis, Strengths, Threats, Opportunities, Weakneses

Abstract

The problem in this study is whether entrepreneurial attitudes and education partially have a significant on entrepreneurial interest student of management study program, Faculty of Economics and Business, Wijaya Kusuma University, Surabaya. The aim is to determine the effect entrepreneurial attitudes and education on interest in entrepreneurship whether significant or not. Variable identification consists of independent ang dependent variables. The independent variables are entrepreneurial attitudes and education, while the dependent variable is interest in entrepreneurship. The sample is determined by purposive sampling while the analysis is using multiple linear regression. The results of hypothesis testing carried out by t test are attitudes have a positive and significant effect on entrepreneurial interest in students of management study program of Faculty of Economics and Business University of Wijaya Kusuma Surabaya while entrepreneurship education has a positive effect but does not have a significant on entrepreneurship in interest. To increase the interest in entrepreneurship among students, the cultivation of entrepreneurial attitudes needs to be fostered, among others, through the culvitation of self-confidence, inisiative, a spirit of leadership, courage in taking risks and being creative. The Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Wijaya Kusuma Surabaya and lecturers of the Entrepreneurship Course must do their best to make this course a trigger for the emergence entrepreneurial interes among students. Things that can be done include rearranging course materials, the learning process, lecture facilities and infrastructure as well as entrepreneurial practice activities. Abstract

On-line buying and selling transactions are currently growing rapidly so that researchers are interested in examining the determinants of the influence of online purchasing decisions, namely risk perception and trust. This study was conducted to determine the significance of the influence of perceptions of trust and risk partially on the decision to make an on-line purchase for students of the Faculty of Economics and Business (FEB) Universitas Wijaya Kusuma Surabaya. This research is an explanatory research with a quantitative approach, with data collection through questionnaires. The results obtained indicate a negative influence of risk perception on on-line purchasing decisions. In addition, a positive influence appears on trust in online purchasing decisions. The implementations of this research are: (1) online product sellers should: (a) minimize risk perceptions for consumers, among others by providing a guarantee for replacement of product orders that are not in accordance with what consumers ordered and are damaged; (b) increasing consumer confidence, among others by increasing the ability of sellers in the form of knowledge and skills in online buying and selling activities, increasing satisfying services for consumers and having integrity in good behavior to consumers, for example being honest; and (2) consumers before deciding to purchase on-line should first seek information related to this matter.
