Abstract

 Based on the instruction of Kapolri Juklak/05/V/2003 dated 29 May 2003 concerning public education in the field of traffic that the education Program undertaken by the police in Riau, among other school security patrol, Police Goes To School and Goes to Campus, Sahabat Anak Police and Police Goes To Community as well as unorganized communities conducted by Polda Riau but in reality there are still many violations that occur especially students and students who Aged 16-30 years. The purpose of this research is the first of how the implementation of public education Program by Riau Police in 2017. Second to know the factors that affect the implementation of community education Program by the Riau Polda year 2017. The concept of the theory used by the authors is the implementation of the researcher Program using qualitative research with descriptive study. In collecting data, authors use interviews and observation techniques. Authors use informant as information as a source in the validity of data. The results of this study showed that the implementation of community education Program by Polda Riau in 2017 is still not maximal, evidenced increasing each year casualty accident and traffic violations. Factors affecting the implementation of community education programs include communication, resources, disposition and bureaucratic structure.  Keywords: Program implementation, community education

Abstract

This study aims to see how much influence economic growth, human development index, and poverty have on the open unemployment rate in Jambi Province. The type of data used in this research is in the form of secondary data obtained from the Central Bureau of Statistics using cross-sectional data from 11 regencies/cities in Jambi Province and time series data for the 2017-2021 period. The data analysis used is panel data analysis with the fixed effect model (FEM). The results showed that economic growth had a negative and significant effect on the open unemployment rate in Jambi Province, the human development index (IPM) had a positive and insignificant effect on the open unemployment rate in Jambi Province while poverty had a positive and significant effect on the open unemployment rate in Jambi Province.

Abstract

This study aims to see how big the influence of regional original income, general allocation funds, special allocation funds, and profit sharing funds on economic growth in Jambi Province. The type of data used in this research is in the form of secondary data obtained from the Central Bureau of Statistics using cross-sectional data from 11 regencies/cities in Jambi Province and time series data for the 2017-2021 period. The data analysis used is panel data analysis with the fixed effect model (FEM). The results of the research show that of the four variables used in this study, namely the variable regional original income, general allocation funds, special allocation funds and profit-sharing funds. The general allocation fund and special allocation fund variables show a significant influence on economic growth, namely 0.0058 and 0.0003 respectively with a 95% confidence level. The variables of regional original income and revenue sharing show no significant effect on economic growth, namely 0.1980 and 0.2047 respectively with a 95% confidence level. The coefficient of determination is 0.9948, meaning that 99.48 percent of the variation in economic growth can be explained by the independent variables in the model, namely local revenue, general allocation funds, special allocation funds, and profit sharing funds, while the remainder is 0. 52 percent is explained by other variables outside the research.

Abstract

. Nowadays global problems whose impact on the environment are no stranger to human life. A clean and beautiful environment will have a positive impact on human health and vision, however, this phenomenon is very rare or even more difficult to find. So researchers are interested in conducting research at a rice factory in the Nipah Panjang II area. The rice factory is a factory that processes paddy into rice. The researcher intends to apply the green economy concept to the factory in the hope of reducing the losses caused by the factory to the surrounding environment and supporting the goals of sustainable development. The research method used in this research is a qualitative research method and uses descriptive research. Meanwhile, the data sources used in this research are primary data and secondary data, while the data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, questionnaires and documentation. It is known that the research results obtained in this research are that the factory carries out a rice milling process using a machine that is fueled by ethanol and the waste produced is re-managed into something that can be useful and generate additional income for the factory

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of independence, motivation, and knowledge of sharia-based entrepreneurship on the interest in starting a business in students of the Faculty of Economics and Islamic Business, Sulthan Thaha Saifuddin Jambi State Islamic University. Primary data collection method used is to use a media questionnaire. The sample for this research was students of the Faculty of Economics and Islamic Business, Sultha Thaha Saifuddin Jambi State Islamic University, Jambi, Class of 2019-2021, totaling 100 respondents. This research method is quantitative with multiple linear regression analysis as its analysis. The research results show that independence (X1) has no significant negative effect on the intention to start a business (Y). The results of this study can be seen that the value of tcount (1.640) < ttable (1.985) with a significance value of 0.104 > 0.05 which means Ha is rejected and Ho is accepted. Motivation (X2) shows that there is a positive and significant influence on the interest in starting a business (Y). The results of this study can be seen that the value of tcount (2.389)>ttable (1.985) with a significance value of 0.019 <0.05, which means that Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected, and entrepreneurial knowledge (X3) shows that there is a positive and significant influence on the interest in starting effort (Y). The results of this study can be seen that the tcount (2.389) > ttable (1.985) with a significance value of 0.019 <0.05, which means that Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected. Based on the results of the F test, the Fcount value is 106.534 and Ftable is 2. 70 (106.534 > 2.70), and a significant value of 0.000 where p <0.05 so the F test result is 0.000 <0.05, it can be concluded that Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected, which means there is a significant influence between the variables. Independence, Motivation and Knowledge of Entrepreneurship simultaneously on the variable Interest in Entrepreneurship.

Abstract

BUMDes Istiqomah was founded at the end of 2017. BUMDes has several businesses, namely credit units, gas, office stationery, buildings, and Pamsimas. This study aims to determine the role of Istiqomah BUMDes in increasing village original income and community welfare. This research is included in the type of qualitative research, data collection techniques are carried out by interviews, observation and documentation. The results of the study show that BUMDes Istiqomah can already be said to have a role but not optimally. The role of BUMDes can be seen from the units that can help and facilitate the community. BUMDes Istiqomah has also contributed to the village's original income even though the funds provided are still relatively low. The people of Bukit Kemuning Village can also be said to be prosperous, but this is purely from the business they are running, not entirely because of the BUMDes. This is because there are still many obstacles faced by BUMDes such as management and management that have not been maximized, lack of support from the village government, limited capital, low community participation in BUMDes businesses. The management of Istiqomah BUMDes according to researchers is in accordance with Islamic Economics. The business units it runs have helped and made it easier for the community to meet their needs. This is in accordance with Islamic economic principles, namely for the benefit of the people, the business carried out by BUMDes Istiqomah is in accordance with Islamic principles, even though the role given is not maximized.

Abstract

Marketing mix ​​used achieve marketing goals. Using a qualitative research method, a descriptive approach. The findings show that the implementation of the marketing mix increases the sales volume at the Kita Family Building Store, namely in terms of products it still focuses on building equipment such as cement, sand, bricks, etc. Marketing it using media is very simple and according to the Islamic Economics Perspective, the implementation of the marketing mix for the Our Family Building Store seems to be in accordance with Islamic marketing. To a large extent, the concept of Islamic marketing is in accordance, namely in terms of products, always being honest and prioritizing product quality. In terms of price, set the price according to the quality of the product. then in terms of promotion, always emphasize ethics in business, don't cheat, don't sell products that are forbidden by religion, never force consumers to buy their product.

Abstract

Musaqah is a form of cooperation between plantation owners and sharecroppers with the aim of ensuring that the plantation is cared for so that it provides maximum results. The aim of this thesis is to determine the application of the coconut plantation musaqah system between land owners and workers from an Islamic economic perspective in Pulau Palas Village, Tembilahan Hulu District. This thesis uses a qualitative approach, the informants in this research are plantation owners, workers and coconut buyers as well as village officials using data collection methods through observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this research show that in practice this musaqah contract collaboration has gone quite well, but there are still sharecroppers who have committed fraud by secretly selling rubber latex products. According to an Islamic economic perspective, the implementation of al-musaqah profit sharing from coconut plantations carried out by the community in Pulau Palas Village, Tembilahan Hulu District has a good aim for the survival of coconut farmers, but in its implementation it is not in accordance with the provisions of Islamic law in cooperation, because besides often There are disputes in the distribution of profits and not all coconut owners and workers set a time limit for when the implementation of al-musaqah profit sharing ends. When carrying out the contract, they do not determine the nature, type and kind, all of which are conditions and pillars in al-musaqah profit sharing.

Abstract

Three Star Banana Chips is a productive economic business opportunity which is carried out by individuals or business entities in order to increase income, so that they can meet life's needs. In developing a business, there needs to be a development strategy to be able to maximize the steps in developing Three Star Banana Chips. The research results show that Three Star Banana Chips can be developed by using the 4P marketing strategy or marketing mix by prioritizing product quality, affordable prices, good and friendly word of mouth promotion and channeled to grocery stores and also minimarkets.
