Abstract

Daur ulang plastik dapat digunakan sebagai campuran beton aspal dan sudah dikembangkan di beberapa daerah, memiliki beberapa kelebihan, yaitu tingkat perkerasan yang lebih baik, tidak mudah meninggalkan jejak roda kendaraan saat aspal basah, dan daya tahannya juga semakin meningkat. Tujuan penelitian untuk menentukan nilai propertis Marshall dan menentukan limbah plastik yang optimum pada beton aspal campuran panas yang memenuhi spesifikasi Bina Marga 2018. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dengan metode eksperimen di laboratorium. Benda uji dibuat mengacu pada SNI 06-2489-1991. Sebagai variabel bebas Kadar Aspal Optimum dengan variasi limbah plastik 0, 5, 10, 15, 20, 25 % dari berat aspal. Adapun Variabel terikat meliputi persen rongga dalam agregat, persen rongga dalam campuran, persen rongga terisi aspal, stabilitas, kelelehan, dan hasil bagi Marshall quotient. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penambahan limbah plastik dapat menaikan nilai VFB, Stabilitas, kelelehan dan MQ serta menurunkan nilai VMA dan VIM. Kadar Limbah Plastik Optimum untuk campuran beton aspal bergradasi menrus sebesar 7,5%, dengan nilai VMA 16,44%; VFB 81,49%; VIM 3,07%; Satabilitas 1411,82kg; Kelelehan 3,83mm dan MQ 337,45kg/mm. beton aspal campuran panas sesuai dengan spesifikasi Bina Marga 2018 untuk lapis aus pada jalan dengan lalu lintas sedang hingga berat.

Abstract

One method aimed to know the condition of the pavement runway on an airport is pavement condition index (PCI). This method has three parameters, type damage, severity damage, and the number of damage or density. In this research, the assessment of PCI is done on a runway (flexible pavement) at one of the airports in Jakarta with a broad 3000 m x 45 m. PCI’s value is gained by following a method from ASTM D 5340-98 (Standard Test Method for The Airport Pavement Condition Index Surveys) from all total sample. The research obtained shows that runway airports have an average of 75,59 (very good). Consisting of excellent as many as 138 sample (38 %), very good as many as 102 sample (28 %), good 60 sample (17 %), fair 36 sample (10 %), poor 16 sample (5 %), very poor as many as 7 sample (2 %), and failed 1 sample (0.001 %). All repairs to the damaged area which are lower than excellent condition using patching with a cold milling machine.

Abstract

As a result of the high volume of pedestrians around Dramaga Street, Bogor City (in the morning, afternoon, and evening) causing conflicts between pedestrians in the area. These conflicts occur both among pedestrians, and pedestrians with the motor vehicle. This research aims to analyze the pedestrian level of service (LOS), pedestrian characteristics, pedestrian facilities, and develop a pedestrian design applied to these roads. The method used in this study is a survey of pedestrian volume and direct observation of pedestrian characteristics, then analyzed based on the lever of service. The results show that the level of service on this section has LOS (level of service) A to LOS (level of service) B, with the sidewalk segment in front of Bogor Station having the lowest level of service. Based on individual characteristics, there are differences in the speed of each pedestrian. The analysis show facility segment in front of Bogor Station has the most shortcomings/at least according to the regulations. The development of the pedestrian path design follows the regulation of the Minister of Public Works No: 03/PRT/M/2014 and adapts it to the existing conditions. Abstract

Congestion often occurs at several points in the city of Depok, West Java. From the monitoring of google maps and direct site inspection, traffic conditions at the Parung Bingung Sawangan Intersection were observed to be quite severe. Congestion occurs due to the high volume of vehicles and the service level of poor Intersection performance. This final project research aims to analyse the dominant factors of the problems that occur at Intersection Parung Bingung in order to solve the problems that occur. The method used is manual analysis with the 2014 PKJI guidelines using primary data obtained from the results of a site survey and secondary data obtained from the Central Statistics Agency of Depok City, Depok City Transportation Service and various journals. The results of the research on the performance of the Unsignalized Intersection of Parung Bingung Intersection in category F (very bad), Degree of Saturation (DJ) above 0.85, High Delay (T) 124.09 sec/skr, Vehicle Volume 5811.06 skr/hour with Road Capacity (C) of 2810.98 cur/hour, and the queue probability (PA) is 156% the upper limit and 75% the lower limit. Therefore, the last alternative that is most appropriate is chosen by using a combined alternative between eliminating or reducing side barriers by installing stop signs, widening roads and changing traffic directions during rush hour.

Abstract

In road development, the main challenge is the pavement, especially asphalt concrete which breaks down quickly. The type of damage that is commonly found in Indonesia is premature surface damage, the visible symptoms of which are surface peeling, surface rutting, grain release and cracks. This typical damage for asphalt concrete pavement layers, is usually caused by low asphalt adhesion, this is marked by the release of grains due to no longer cohesion by asphalt which eventually gives water the opportunity to penetrate and destroy the asphalt concrete matrix. As a result, the mixture becomes loose and there is a lot of asphalt peeling on the surface layer. Based on this background, it is necessary to study the modification of the gap graded asphalt concrete mixture for Lataston HRS-WC by using anti-stripping materials. The purpose of conducting this research is to obtain the effect of anti-stripping materials in the gap graded asphalt concrete mixture on the properties of the Marshall test results in accordance with the 2018 Highways specifications. From the results of the tests carried out, the Optimum Asphalt Content (KAO) is 7.4%. With the KAO value, a test sample was made with the addition of Wetfix Be with a concentration of 0.2; 0.3 ; 0.4 and 0.5. The results obtained with the addition of Wetfix Be 0.30% increased the stability value to 1423.12 kg and Mashall quotient to 400.88 kg/mm. A high Marshall Quotent value indicates the mixture is stiff and has low flexibility.

Abstract

Potensi kelongsoran merupakan salah satu permasalahan lingkungan yang sering kurang disadari oleh masyarakat. Daerah yang memiliki kemiringan tanah yang curam akan rawan terhadap longsor. Pembangunan permukiman di daerah tersebut harus mendapat perhatian yang khusus. Permasalahan lingkungan ini menjadi fokus kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PkM) bagi Tim Kelompok Bidang Keahlian (KBK) Geoteknik, Pengukuran dan Jalan Raya. Mitigasi diperlukan untuk mencegah terjadinya kelongsoran sebelum terjadinya bencana. Tim PkM melakukan mitigasi dengan tujuan agar masyarakat mengenali risiko, kesadaran akan risiko bencana, dan perencanaan penanggulangannya. Mitigasi dilakukan dengan menanam tanaman vetiver (akar wangi) pada suatu lereng di RT 03 RW 06 Kelurahan Kalibaru, Kecamatan Cilodong, Depok. Pemilihan tanaman rumput vetiver dimaksudkan untuk menjaga dan meningkatkan Ruang Terbuka Hijau (RTH) terutama di kawasan permukiman daerah perkotaan. Kegiatan PkM ini melibatkan masyarakat dari mulai pelaksanaan, pemeliharaan dan evaluasi kegiatan. Evaluasi kegiatan menunjukkan 70,62% warga masyarakat menyatakan Sangat Setuju dan 29,78 menyatakan Setuju dari 25 responden. Hal ini menunjukkan kepuasan masyarakat terhadap kegiatan PkM ini 100%. Masyarakat berharap Tim PkM dapat terus mendampingi dalam memberikan arahan pada masyarakat untuk dapat mengambil manfaat lain dari tanaman ini selain dari mencegah longsor.
