Abstract

Sports Center for Diffable is a facility for people with special needs (diffable) in improving sports performance. Sports center for people with disabilities also represents an answer to the issues for people with special needs for their rights in livelihood and life including in terms of sport. The architectural problem raised in this report is how to design a Sports Center that can fulfill the building size and capacity of the National standard (Type A) for a competition, by paying attention to the accessibility of the building. The accessibility design is used as the main concept to solve the problem of the Sports Center for people with disabilities. Accessibility is the convenience provided for everyone to manifest an equal opportunity in every aspect of life especially the facilities that cover all activities related to sport for people with special needs.

Abstract

The human need for recreation from the saturation of urban activities is very supportive of the development of the tourism sector, especially natural tourism which brings natural beauty. But until now there are still a few tourist attractions that are able to accommodate and facilitate vacation activities for tourists, as well as a lack of human awareness of the environment. The emergence of a problem can be helped with programming methods as a problem-solving. To produce a natural tourism sector that is environmentally friendly and can accommodate all vacation activities according to predetermined standards. The results of the resort building design use a sustainable concept where the building is designed so as not to damage the surrounding environment and save energy.

Abstract

The development of the Theater in South Kalimantan, especially Banjarbaru continues to grow rapidly. This is not appropriate with the lack of existing facilities and infrastructure makes theatre activities in South Kalimantan not well developed. Therefore in 2019, South Kalimantan Provincial Government together with Banjarmasin Cultural Park will plan the construction of Theatre Performance Building in a New Cultural Park Area which is located in the Governor’s Office Area of South Kalimantan. They want Theater Performance Building with an adequate lighting system and functional support space with directional access. Beside that, they want this Performance Building to become a Landmark in Banjarbaru City with the nuance of South Kalimantan Architecture. Therefore, the suitable method chosen is the Iconic Architectural Method which can be realized with 3 design principles based on a concept review, there are: (a) Traditional Elements, (b) Continuous Rhythm, and (c) Functional Elements. These three elements are realized by analyzing the point of view, circulation, material, color and texture of the interior and exterior in order to produce a good performance building design according to the client's needs.

Abstract

The Basketball Training Center in Banjarbaru is a facility to improve the quality and achievements of basketball athletes in South Kalimantan. The architectural problem raised in this report is how to design a basketball training center that can accommodate basketball training activities based on training programs to improve quality and achievement. The concept applied to the Basketball Training Center in Banjarbaru is a contemporary concept with a Program Architecture approach. Program architecture is a design method based on problems that have functions, activities, standard needs, climate, site, climate, and others to then produce conclusions that refer to the concept.

Abstract

Muara Kuin Floating Market is a place that can boost tourism for science-based markets, which are shrinking and falling. The goal is designed to turn an area that has the value of local culture and the activities of the Banjar tribe so that the jetty area is able to provide a suitable place for tourist destinations where only a few places can exist around the world. The Tourism Area of Muara Kuin Floating Market has a quality as a tourism destination. The Muara Kuin Floating Market Tourism Area is a place where visitors can enjoy tours and visit the Muara Kuin Floating Market which is one of the floating markets praised as the oldest market and is long well-known as the economic center of Banjarmasin City. There is an architectural problem as the floating market jetty area is neglected and disorganized due to the place has been no longer used by the local government. This situation has resulted on ​​the area of ​​Muara Kuin to be less known to many people. To achieve the goal as the Muara Kuin Floating Market Tourism Area, a "Conceptual" concept is applied and "Programming" design method is aimed at reviving the Floating Market Area and to accommodate the related activities in order to restore the characteristics determining the area and to support the area development. The goal is achieved by making the area which has local cultural elements and Banjar tribal activities so that it is able to provide a suitable tourism place which is only a few found in the world. By applying the concepts and design methods in order to be able to provide an attraction to the area and is expected to be able to overcome problems and achieve the objectives of the design of the Muara Kuin Floating Tourism.

Abstract

The concept of sustainable development is how a development can be conducted without going beyond the capacity of natural support for current and future life. Environmentally-aware residential planning and occupancy-worthy should support the hygiene and comfort of the environment, supporting environmental preservation. All are shown in the case study on a residential area along Kuin river, Banjarmasin. The problem is how the concept of residential planning that involves the preservation of the function and balance of the living environment inside an ecosystem should be established. The planning objective is to establish a residential development which involves spatial planning which considers ecological concept. The target of the residential planning is to use the land in accordance with support capacity, area, avoiding environmental degradation, creating a balance living environment, comfortable environment, interesting and processing identity.The approach and planning strategy being used are planning concept with ecological consideration based on relationship between living creatures and their environment, and planning concept based on cultural and natural resource management. The residential planning concept is directed to the concept of natural resource ecosystem and built environtment that is site planning and environmental consideration of the site. The conclusions of research are that rivers in urban scale is included in urban open space, the river banks are lack of vegetation, residential housing along river banks to increase river pollution level, alternatives on new building material are necessary due due to the scarce availability of local timber.

Abstract

This research study the relationship between behaviour and (canteen) environment, especially correlation between behaviour which have been found with the context of studied. And only behaviour which dealt with architectural problem will be selected, and then solved. And in this hand out also studied the dominant environment influence by physical elements that caused certain behavioural appearance (specially the negative behaviour).In architecture study of behavioural and environmental, according to Haryadi and Setiawan in its book Arsitektur Lingkungan dan Perilaku (1996: 17) mentioned that personal dimension divided into two matters, physical factor and psychological factor which is in relation context between behaviour and its environment, both will influence the individual response to the occurrence stimuli environment.From that statement, we can be said that reaction of human through his motion and or its behaviour is depending from the setting whereabouts he reside concerning both psychological and physical aspect, and also his/her culture background and ability of to understanding the meaning of technological, economics and political system will also give the influence to human behaviour.Through the method of behavioural approach and mapping, canteen as object for this research showing us that canteen which in function build as place to rest, in the reality also own the prerequisite that having a very big effect to behavioural pattern of people around its. In example, canteen air circulation, wide, lighting, etc.

Abstract

Virus Covid19 memiliki karakter yang sangat mudah menular dan sangat cepatpenularannya, sehingga WHO menetapkan penularannya merupakan pandemi global.Tanda-tanda umum infeksi termasuk gejala pernapasan, demam, batuk, sesak napas dankesulitan bernafas. Pada kasus yang lebih parah, infeksi dapat menyebabkan pneumonia,sindrom pernapasan akut, gagal ginjal, dan bahkan kematian. Rekomendasi standar untukmencegah penyebaran infeksi termasuk mencuci tangan secara teratur, menutupi mulutdan hidung ketika batuk dan bersin, memasak daging dan telur dengan matang sempurna.Hindari kontak dekat dengan siapa pun yang menunjukkan gejala penyakit pernapasanseperti batuk dan bersin. Protocol kesehatan tentunya harus diterapkan di lembagapendidikan, dimana meskipun pembelajaran masih dilakukan secara daring, akan tetapikegiatan administrasi kampus tetap harus berjalan. Hal ini menuntut kampus agarmenerapkan protocol kesehatan sesuai dengan kebijakan kementrian pendidikan dankebudayaan RI, bahwa wajibnya bagi lembaga pendidikan tinggi untuk menyediakanwashtafel, hand sanitizer, melakukan streriliasai ruangan, mewajibkan semua civitasakademika menggunakan masker dan menjaga jarak aman. Dalam rangkamensosialisasikan protocol kesehatan dalam menghadapi New Normal di Kampus, perludisampaikan dengan berbagai metode salah satunya dengan memanfaatkan media social,salah satunya instagram. Melalui metode ini, diharapkan sosialisasi akan lebih efektif dandapat tersebar ke khalayak yang tidak hanya Mahasiswa tapi juga remaja yang palingmendominasi pengguna media social ini.

Abstract

Keamanan merupakan salah satu hal terpenting dalam suatu lingkungan permukiman, dimana salah satu prasarananya adalah Pos Jaga. Saat ini Pos Jaga difungsikan hanya sebagai pos untuk petugas keamanan, sehingga tidak menyatu dengan fasilitas umum lainnya. Lebih jauh lagi pos jaga pada waktu kosong merupakan bangunan yang tidak produktif karena tidak terpakai. Komplek Mandiri yang terletak di Jl. Sultan Adam Banjarmasin, merupakan lingkungan perumahan unik yang sebagian kawasannya berada di pinggiran Sungai Awang. Komplek ini memiliki pos jaga setiap jalurnya dengan berbagai bentuk dan ukuran yang masing-masing berdiri sendiri dan tidak terintegrasi satu sama lain dan tidak terintegrasi dengan fasilitas umum yang ada. Karenanya komplek perumahan ini perlu bantuan teknis untuk perencanaan secara keseluruhan yang terintegrasi satu sama lain dan terintegrasi pula dengan fasilitas umum lainnya, sehingga didapatkan pos jaga yang efisien, efektif dan integratif.

Abstract

Cancer is the most feared and deadly malignant disease, death from cancer is not only due to the disease but also due to the after-effects of cancer treatment. The high number of cancer sufferers is not comparable to health facilities that can cope with cancer such as in Banjarmasin. Health facilities in Banjarmasin are still inadequate, not only in terms of the number of facilities but also in the design of the building which does not pay attention to the patient's psychology. For this reason, a Post-Medication Cancer Rehabilitation Center in Women was designed which focuses on tackling patients who experience physical disorders caused by cancer treatment. This building aims to provide a place that can facilitate cancer sufferers in improving their quality of life and enthusiasm for life. The concept used is "Healing" which means healing, aspects of the healing concept are applied through nature, the senses, and psychology into the building. This concept is expected to be a solution to the problem of cancer health facilities in Banjarmasin.
