Abstract

Asuhan keperawatan yang holistik merupakan asuhan yang seharusnya diberikan oleh perawat. Namun diketahui perawat pernah melewatkan satu dari beberapa kegiatan dalam asuhan keperawatan. Studi ini bertujuan mendeksripsikan pelaksanaan asuhan keperawatan di ruang sub instalasi rawat inap X RS Militer Jakarta. Metode yang digunakan yaitu pilot study melalui 23 dokumen rekam medis, observasi dan wawancara dengan pasien dan keluarga. Tahap dimulai dengan pengkajian awal, analisis fishbone, PDSA (Plan-Do-StudyAction), implementasi dan evaluasi. Implementasi berupa pembuatan draft SPO dan pengoptimalan formulir, sosialisasi, pendampingan, dan video roleplay. Hasil studi menunjukkan terdapat peningkatan pada proses evaluasi jalannya asuhan keperawatan mencapai 78,26%. Sementara pada tindakan keperawatan yang menunjukkan peningkatan yang signifikan pada pemenuhan kebutuhan mandi mencapai 75%, ROM mencapai 70%, duduk di kursi roda dan berjuntai mencapai 100%. Keberhasilan dipengaruhi oleh sumber daya material berupa SPO serta dukungan dan peran dari manajer perawat. Rekomendasi studi ini dapat menjadi dasar dalam pengoptimalan pelaksanaan asuhan keperawatan di rumah sakit.

Abstract

This study aims to improve effective communication between preceptors and preceptees so that the preceptorship program becomes more efficient. The method used is an innovation program for preceptorship activities utilizing a problem-solving approach carried out by four heads of rooms, 22 preceptors, and 12 preceptees. The results of the problem identification obtained that the new nurse orientation management data for the preceptorship method was not optimal, so it needed to be improved through an innovation program that was carried out, namely the E-Logbook Preceptorship. The evaluation results showed that 100% of the participants stated that the use of the E-Logbook Preceptorship was accessible and able to be implemented and helped evaluate the achievements of new nurses. In conclusion, the E-Logbook Preceptorship innovation program started from the assessment and data analysis stage, and the results of the fishbone analysis of the new nurse orientation management were not optimal. The trial results using the E-Logbook Preceptorship are accessible and can be implemented and help evaluate the achievements of new nurses. Keywords: E–Logbook, New Nurse Orientation, Preceptorship

Abstract

Background: Asthma is a condition in which the airways are narrowed due to hyperactivity to certain stimuli, which causes inflammation. Telehealth includes the use of phone calls, text messages, email, or online health portals that allow patients to communicate with healthcare providers. Method: Design using Literature Review, which is a study based on a summary of several studies related to the research topic that has been determined. Journals used through searches with databases from EBSCOhost, ProQuest and Clinical Key between 2017 and 2021. Results: Based on the journals collected, the use of Telehealth in children with Asthma is effective in increasing the level of adherence to treatment, reducing the frequency of hospitalization and reducing the frequency of not attending school. because of recurrence. Conclusions and Recommendations:Telehealth facilitate monitoring of children's conditions and control the level of child adherence to treatment, reduce recurrence rates so that the quality of life of children with asthma is better which then reduces mortality due to asthma. The author recommends that Telehealth can be implemented in Indonesia. Keywords: Telehealth, Asthma, Pediatric
