Abstract

Kopi merupakan salah satu hasil alam yang sangat berpotensi di daerah Kabupaten Gayo Lues. Masyarakat Gayo lues sebagian besar bermata pencaharian petani kopi. Daerah Kabupaten Gayo lues merupakan salah satu daerah yang memperoduksi kopi terbesar di Aceh. Kopi yang ditanam jenis kopi arabika dan robusta biasanya setelah panen, kopi dijadikan bubuk oleh petani kopi tersebut. Tujuan penelitian (1) Menstandarisasikan resep timphan serikaya dengan penambahan ekstrak bubuk kopi pada isiannya (2) Mengetahui karakteristik organoleptik  terhadap timphan serikaya ekstrak bubuk kopi pada isiannya (3) Mengetahui daya terima konsumen terhadap timphan serikaya ekstrak bubuk kopi pada isiannya. Penelitian ini merupakan metode eksperimen dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Tempat dan waktu penelitian dilakukan di Laboratorium Tata Boga PKK FKIP USK. Data uji pengamatan dianalisis dengan menentukan nilai rata- rata (mean) dari jumlah narasumber. Data uji penerimaan menggunakan anava satu jalur dari konsumen. Kemudian dilanjutkan dengan menggunakan LSD pada taraf 0,05. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa produk timphan serikaya ekstrak bubuk kopi diterima oleh narasumber berdasarkan aspek warna (22,9) aroma (24) dan tekstur (23,2) dan rasa (24,4) yaitu pada perlakuan IV (TSK3). Sedangkan hasil penerimaan konsumen terhadap timphan serikaya ekstrak bubuk kopi dari segi warna (3,9) aroma (4,3) tekstur (4,06) dan rasa (4,1) pada perlakuan IV (TSK3). Dapat disimpulkan bahwa penambahan extrak bubuk kopi (coffea) kedalam isian timphan dapat diterima oleh narasumber dan konsumen. Diharapkan masyarakat agar selalu cinta dengan makanan khas (timphan) daerahnya supaya makanan khas tersebut tidak tergeser dengan makanan luar.Kata Kunci: Extrak Bubuk Kopi, Timphan, Makanan Tradisional

Abstract

AbstrackChanges in the coastline are, back and forth events coastline than before that causad by natural and human factors. This research was conducted in August 2018 in the coastal area of North Siporadistrict, West Sumatera Province. This study aims to determine changes in the coastline in North Sipora District use Landsat Imagery, year 2000. 2007, 2013, and 2018. Image data was downloaded from the USGS site was then analyzed using the ER Mapper 7.0 application and Arc Gis. The results of  image data processing show that coastline changes that occurred during the 18 years experienced changes an accretion and abrassions.Based on image data processing, the area with high accretion is found in 2000-2007 with an area of 571 ha and a high area of abrassion in 2007-2013 with an area of 271 ha. On measurements in the field the abrassion speeds obtained ranged from 1.4-1.76 m / year. The highest abrassion speed is found on Mappadegat Beach.Keywords: Coastline, North Sipora, Landsat Imagery, Abrassion, Accretion

Abstract

The achievement of physics learning in junior high school shows an unoptimal results. There are some factors which make such as used method is still “teacher centered”, inactive student in learning because teacher only gives the materials without communication between teacher and student, at least for establishment of skill and character values. ​​Application of cooperative learning model can be used as an alternative to solve this problem. The cooperative model which integrated for character is able to improve the competence of student. This research to find out effect of cooperative model application which is integrating character education for the compenten achievement of students learning in MTsN Kubang Putih. The research type is pre-experiment by program "Randomized Control Group Design Only". This population of reseach are eighth grade students of second semester in MTsN Kubang Putih which is sampling was done by cluster random sampling technique. Data obtained were analyzed by using descriptive statistics and test the equality of two on average. The results shows is the working hypothesis which says, "the application of cooperative model which is integrating character education has effect for the result achievement of competence physics learning by eighth grade of MTsN Kubang putih" can be accepted on the real standart of 0.05.
