Abstract

Studi ini bertujuan (1) merumuskan strategi diversifikasi terhadap keberlanjutan perusahaan perbankan Syariah; (2) mengungkap tatakelola perusahaan terhadap keberlajuntan keberlajuntan perusahaan perbankan Syariah; (3) mendeskripsikan peran strategi diversifikasi terhadap keberlajuntan melalui kinerja perusahaan perbankan Syariah; dan (4) mendeskripsikan  peran tatakelola perusahaan terhadap keberlajuntan melalui kinerja perusahaan perbankan Syariah. Pendekatan studi ini adalah kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel dilakukan secara proporsional yaitu 30 para pimpinan perbankan Syariah di Kota Makassar. Analisis data dilakukan dengan generalized structured component analysis (GSCA). Hasil studi ini menemukan bahwa (1) strategi diversifikasi tidak signifikan terhadap keberlajuntan perusahaan perbankan Syariah; (2) tatakelola perusahaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keberlajutan perusahaan perbankan Syariah;  (3) kinerja perusahaan berperan positif dan signifikan memediasi pengaruh diversifikasi terhadap keberlajuntan perbankan Syariah; dan (4) kinerja perusahaan berperan positif dan signifikan memediasi pengaruh tatakelola perusahaan terhadap keberlajuntan perbankan Syariah. Keterbaruan studi ini adalah: (1) menggunakan landasan teori keagenan perspektif Islam yakni teori keagenan  mudharabah dan (2) indikator tatakelola perusahaan diukur melalui konsep Syariah. This study aims to (1) formulate the company's strategy of diversification towards sustainability Islamic banking; (2) reveal the corporate governance of the company keberlajuntan keberlajuntan Islamic banking; (3) describe the role of a diversification strategy to keberlajuntan through the performance of Islamic banking companies; and (4) describe the role of corporate governance on corporate performance keberlajuntan through Islamic banking. This study is a quantitative approach. The sampling technique is done in proportion of 30 leaders of Islamic banking in Makassar. Data was analyzed using generalized structured component analysis (GSCA). Results of the study found that (1) the diversification strategy is not significant to the company keberlajuntan Islamic banking; (2) governance, positive and significant impact on the continuity of Islamic banking companies; (3) the company's performance and a significant positive role in mediating the effects of diversification towards keberlajuntan Islamic banking; and (4) the performance of the company and a significant positive role in mediating the effects of corporate governance on Islamic banking keberlajuntan. Freshness of this study are: (1) using the foundation of Islam that agency theory agency theory perspective mudaraba and (2) indicators of corporate governance is measured through the concept of Sharia.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the current condition of the audit opinion at the public accounting firm in Makassar and the effect of audit experience and independence on audit opinion at the general accounting firm in Makassar. The method used is the multiple linear regression method. This research also uses validity and reality tests, T-test (partial), F test (simultaneous), correlation coefficient test (r), determination coefficient (r2). From the results of hypothesis testing, it has been proven that work experience and independence have a significant effect on audit opinion at the public accounting firm in the city of Makassar. Audit experience plays a significant role in increasing the audit opinion. The assumption is that the higher the Auditor's knowledge, the opinion's quality will also increase the statement. Independence plays a significant role in increasing audit opinion because when various interests and interventions do not influence the Auditor, the quality of the Auditor's opinion will be increasingly objective

Abstract

Promosi jabatan diyakini dapat berpengaruh pada produktivitas dan semangat kerja pegawai. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh promosi jabatan terhadap produktivitas dan semangat kerja pegawai negeri sipil (PNS) Sekretariat Pemerintah Kota Makassar. Penelitian ini berjenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan populasi sekaligus sampel penelitian sebanyak 45 orang PNS Sekretariat Pemerintah Kota Makassar. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dan menggunakan teknik analisis regresi linier sederhana, dengan pengabsahan data melalui uji validitas, reliabilitas, normalitas, dan linieritas data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa promosi jabatan memengaruhi produktivitas dan semangat kerja PNS Sekretariat Pemerintah Kota Makassar yang telah mendapatkan promosi jabatan pada tahun 2020.

Abstract

Pembangunan ialah serangkaian usaha untuk mewujudkan pertumbuhan dan perubahan secara berencana dan sadar, yang dilakukan oleh suatu negara bangsa menuju modernitas untuk pembinaan bangsa (Siagian, 2003:4). Tidak perlu diragukan bahwa Indonesia memiliki sumberdaya manusia dan sumberdaya alam yang beragam. Indonesia ialah negara kepulauan yang terbesar di dunia.

Abstract

The arrangement of government institutions in the region, especially in the rural level is very important and urgent. The dominant factors affecting participatory rural development in Bone and Jeneponto Regencies of South Sulawesi province are the aspect of leadership, quality of human resources, awareness and sensitivity, and the level of education of the officers and public awareness. Changing the culture and access to knowledge and technology, both among the officers and the society is the key to the success of participatory rural development. There are three important aspects in the effort to create the prospect of government management and participatory rural development aspects of leadership, good governance and the aspects of sensitivity and concern for the officers. The level of stakeholders participation in all elements Bone and Jeneponto regencies of South Sulawesi Province can be categorized as medium. Achievement motivation and increased competence to the officer should be a prerequisite condition of adequate welfare, a clear career path, and the improvement of internal aspects of the system and working procedures and institutional structures of government. Community empowerment program has been running really well, but there are still weak in terms of socialization, values and traditions of feudalism, bureaucracy, as well as from the aspect of consciousness of citizens. Another phenomenon in terms of community empowerment programs is that the public is more interested in the economically productive program, so that the training programs are often considered less important and less desirable. The most prominent problems of the community empowerment program are transparancy, supervision, and socialization, and community authorities targeted purely as sub optimal.Keywords: institutional governance, participatory, autonomy and government official

Abstract

The aim of this research is to find out how the government local strategy inreducing the complicated services in SAMSAT office. The research method is aqualitative descriptive. This research was using case studies and the data collection techniques were the observation, interviews and documentation. The result is the SAMSAT Gowa had not been able to provide satisfactory service of the service recipient. These happened because the infrastructure or devices that did not support and professionalism of employees involved in the process of public service. The Public demand for services provided of SAMSAT Gowa is simple. The services are the procedures of services is easily, fluent, fast and no complicated, easily to understand and implemented. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana strategi pemerintah daerah dalam mengurangi pelayanan yang bebelit-belit di kantor Samsat. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif, penelitian ini menggunakan studi kasus dan teknik pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan metode observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Dari hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa SAMSAT Gowa belum bisa memberikan pelayanan yang memuaskan para penerima layanan. Hal tersebut terjadi karena sarana dan prasarana atau alat yang kurang mendukung serta keprofesionalan pegawai yang terlibat dalam proses pelayanan publik. Masyarakat menuntut agar pelayanan yang diberikan SAMSAT Gowa untuk sesederhana mungkin, dalam arti bahwa prosedur tata cara pelayanan diselenggarakan secara mudah, lancar, cepat dan tidak berbelit-belit serta mudah dipahami dan dilaksanakan.

Abstract

This research aims to know the management of parking retribution at Pantai Losari and the impacts of the management of parking fees at Pantai Losari Makassar. This research was categorized in descriptive qualitative. The data collection techniques were observation, interview, and documentation.  The result of this research showed that the process of the management of parking retribution was still not optimal, because there were some obstacles faced, such as adequacy, faimess, ease of administration, and agreement. Whili the impact of the manager of the parking retribution at Pantai Losari was, to improve the PAD of Makassar city as the Positive impact and the illegal parking as the negative impact.Key words: parking retribution, management, policy Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengelolaan retrebusi parkir Pantai Losari dan dampak yang ditimbulkan dari pengelolaan retrebusi parkir Pantai Losari Makassar. Jenis penelitian adalah kualitatif deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang dilakukan, dapat dilihat bahwa proses pengelolaan retrebusi parkir masil belum optimal, karena ada beberapa hambatan yang dihadapi mulai dari kecukupan, keadilan, kemudahan administrasi dan kesepakatan. sementara dampak yang di timbulkan dari pengelolah retrebusi Pantai Losari yaitu meningkatkan PAD Kota Makassar sebagai dampak positif dan maraknya parkiran liar yang berdampak negatif. Kata kunci : retribusi parkir, pengelolaan, kebijakan
