Abstract

The purpose of this study to obtain valid and reliable information about the influence of professional competence of teachers on teacher performance in SMPN 1 Kerinci Kanan Kabupaten Siak, effects of self-efficacy on teacher performance in SMPN 1 Kerinci Kanan Kabupaten Siak, interpersonal communication influence on teacher performance in SMPN 1 Kerinci Kanan Kabupaten Siak, effect of teachers' professional competence, self-efficacy and interpersonal communication together on teacher performance in SMPN 1 Kerinci Kanan Kabupaten Siak. The study population was all teachers in SMPN 1 Kerinci Kanan Kabupaten Siak totaling 34 people. In this study used census method, the entire population sampled that all teachers in SMPN 1 Kerinci Kanan Kabupaten Siak.The results showed that there are significant professional competence of teachers on teacher performance SMPN 1 Kerinci Kanan Kabupaten Siak, although the effect is not as big as the effect of which is owned by self-efficacy, there is an influence on the performance of teachers' self-efficacy SMPN1 Right Kerinci Siak. self-efficacy has the greatest effect when compared with self-efficacy and to determine changes in performance in SMPN 1 Kerinci Kanan Kabupaten Siak, there is the influence of interpersonal communication teacher on teacher performance SMPN 1 Kerinci Kanan Kabupaten Siak, although the effect is not as big as the effect of which is owned by motivation , there is the influence of teachers' professional competence, self-efficacy, and interpersonal communication together on teacher performance SMPN 1 Kerinci Kanan Kabupaten Siak. teacher professional competence, self-efficacy, and interpersonal communication together contribute in determining the changes that occurred in the performance of teachers SMPN1 Right Kerinci Siak.Keywords: Teacher Professional Competence, Self Efficacy, Interpersonal Communication, Teachers Performance.

Abstract

This research held in PT. Mayapada Auto Sempurna Pekanbaru. This research held in order to analyze the influence of job satisfaction and employee’s commitment to turnover intention. Population are all employees, consist of 57 people. Considering the number limitation so sampling method used is census that covers all employee as the respondents. Variables used are job satisfaction and employee’s commitment as independent dan turnover intention as dependent. Data analyzed by using descriptive analysis and multiple regression analysis by using SPSS 19 for windows. Result of this study shows that both job satisfaction and employee’s commitment negatively and significantly influence, either in simultenously or partially, to turnover intention. job satisfaction is the dominant factor that influence turnover intention compared to influence given by commitment factor. It is recommended to evaluate and remanage all aspect of satisfaction and strengthen employee’s commitment in order to decrease the turnover intention.Keywords: Job Satisfaction, Commitment and Turnover Intention

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of partial and simultaneous variables job satisfaction and organizational commitment on the turnover intention of employees of PT. Ganda Buanindo. The study was conducted January 12, 2014 until July 22, 2014. In this study consists of three variables: the dependent variable and two independent variables. These variables are Turnover Intention (Y), Job Satisfaction (X1) Organizational Commitment (X2). The study was conducted using a sample of 96 people. Research using census techniques by giving questionnaires to the respondents. In terms of data analysis, research using qualitative methods and quantitative methods with SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Science) version 20.0.Unknown variables of job satisfaction and organizational commitment on turnover intention of employees of PT. Ganda Buanindo simultaneously and negative partially. Variables are the dominant influence on the turnover intention of employees of PT. Ganda Buanindo is job satisfaction. Thus it can be interpreted that the variable job satisfaction and organizational commitment negatively affect employee turnover intention at PT. Ganda Buanindo. So by increasing job satisfaction and organizational commitment of the employees are able to reduce the level of employee turnover intention at PT. Abstract

The quality of human resources is determined by the extent to which the system in the field of human resources able to support and satisfy the desires of the employees and the company. In improving the performance quality of human resources and quality is necessary to increase the knowledge, skills, change in attitudes, behavior and correction of deficiencies in accordance with the required performance. This study aims to look at the effect of training, work experience and competence on the performance of employees working at the Capital Siak Company. The results of the study is that training, work experience and job competence affect the performance of the employee.Keywords: training, work experience, job competence and performance.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of leadership and job placement PT. Bias Nusatama on employee performance and job satisfaction as a moderating variable in Warehouse Duri 125. This study used 70 samples. The analytical method used is descriptive analysis method is a way to test variables, regression test, and the last test path analysis or path analysis.From the results of testing that has been done, no direct relationship to the leadership variable variable variable performance through job satisfaction on employee PT. Bias Nusatama is greater than the result of a direct relationship leadership variable to variable performance. Indirect relationship to the employment variable variable variable performance through job satisfaction on employee PT. Bias Nusatama is smaller than the result of a direct relationship to the employment variable performance variables.Variable leadership, job placement, employee performance and job satisfaction of employees of PT. Nusatama bias is low can be enhanced with innovations and new techniques in working in the field that can accelerate the process of completion of work by employees, other than the party leader should give the employees an equal opportunity to advance by the company, and in the placement of employees is in accordance with the educational background and work experience which is owned by the employee and provide appropriate salaries to employees. So that the performance of the employee of PT. Bias Nusatama in Warehouse Duri 125 can be increased.Keywords: Leadership, Employment, Employee Performance, Job Satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how the effects of financial compensation variable, Spirit of Worked and working environment simultaneously and partially on employee job satisfaction processing section PT. Industry and Trade Bangkinang. In this study, the study population were employees of the processing Pt. Industry and Trade Bangkinang totaling 104 people. The sampling method used was convenience sampling, which means sampling was done by members of the population were met by chance and were willing to become respondents. Analysis of the data used was descriptive analysis and quantitative analysis of multiple linear regression with SPSS for Windows version 18.00. From the results of the testing that has been done, simultaneous regersi test (Test-F) shows that financial compensation, spirit of work and working environment simultas effect on job satisfaction. The result of partial test (t-test) showed that financial compensation variable, spirit of work and working environment significantly influence job satisfaction.Keywords: Compensation, Spirit of Work and Work Environment On The Processing of Employee Satisfaction
