Abstract

The purpose of this study to obtain valid and reliable information about the influence of professional competence of teachers on teacher performance in SMPN 1 Kerinci Kanan Kabupaten Siak, effects of self-efficacy on teacher performance in SMPN 1 Kerinci Kanan Kabupaten Siak, interpersonal communication influence on teacher performance in SMPN 1 Kerinci Kanan Kabupaten Siak, effect of teachers' professional competence, self-efficacy and interpersonal communication together on teacher performance in SMPN 1 Kerinci Kanan Kabupaten Siak. The study population was all teachers in SMPN 1 Kerinci Kanan Kabupaten Siak totaling 34 people. In this study used census method, the entire population sampled that all teachers in SMPN 1 Kerinci Kanan Kabupaten Siak.The results showed that there are significant professional competence of teachers on teacher performance SMPN 1 Kerinci Kanan Kabupaten Siak, although the effect is not as big as the effect of which is owned by self-efficacy, there is an influence on the performance of teachers' self-efficacy SMPN1 Right Kerinci Siak. self-efficacy has the greatest effect when compared with self-efficacy and to determine changes in performance in SMPN 1 Kerinci Kanan Kabupaten Siak, there is the influence of interpersonal communication teacher on teacher performance SMPN 1 Kerinci Kanan Kabupaten Siak, although the effect is not as big as the effect of which is owned by motivation , there is the influence of teachers' professional competence, self-efficacy, and interpersonal communication together on teacher performance SMPN 1 Kerinci Kanan Kabupaten Siak. teacher professional competence, self-efficacy, and interpersonal communication together contribute in determining the changes that occurred in the performance of teachers SMPN1 Right Kerinci Siak.Keywords: Teacher Professional Competence, Self Efficacy, Interpersonal Communication, Teachers Performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was tortment of determine the effect of leadership, employee motivation and ability Civil Affairs Departmen of Labour jobs, Transmigration and Population Riau Province totaling 269. While the sampling technique with the formula proposed by Slovin thus obtained of 73 people. Data analysis using multiple linear regression with SPSS 20.o rocks. Pursuant to the results of data analysis known that the leadhership, motivation and ability to work simultaneously and partially significant effect on the peformance of the Departmen of Employment civil servants work, Transmigration and Population of Riau Province. The large number of such influence is 78%. It is suggested to the Departmen of Employment Labor, Transmigration and Population of Riau province, need to be developed to create a sort of inductive reasoning logically it duties employed, so that an employee is able to actualize capabilities. Need to provide motivation in the form of reward (award) in the form of personal attention, praise for the achievement so that employess can always try to run the job. Need to improve the pevormance of employess at the Departmen of Employment Labour, Transmigration and Population of Riau Province, employers need to make efforts to improve the quality of work. Abstract

This study aims to know how the influence of monitoring, health and safety to motivation and performance at PT. Sawit Inti Raya Kecamatan Batang Gansal Indragiri Hulu. The population in this study were all employees who work in the company of 102 employees. While the sampling was done by making all employees in the sample. Analysis of the data used is descriptive analysis with quantitative analysis tools that multiple linear regression with SPSS version 18.00. From the testing that has been done shows that supervision and motivation Work directly significant effect on employee performance. Health and safety at work does not affect the performance. There is no direct influence Surveillance and Health and safety at work the Employee Performance through employee motivation. Expected to companies in order to increase the sense of love / happy employees to work undertaken for example by delivering good work, facilities and infrastructure that support and nurture employees to ensure their basic needs such as providing with the compensation, allowances, incentives and other things that can trigger motivation employees in the work. With that employees will feel heavy for leaving the compan. Abstract

The purpose of this study to analyzed the extent of the effect of compensation, work environment and supervision of morale on PT.Tirta Sari Surya Rengat.While the techniques of data analysis in this study the authors used quantitative descriptive method with the help of SPSS (statistical package of social science). Based on the results of data analysis known that compensation, work environment and supervision significant effect on employeed morale in the production of PT. Tirta Sari Surya Rengat. The third independent variable is the dominant influencedeither partially nor simultaneously on employee morale at PT. Tirta Sari Surya Rengat.Based on these results the authors suggest for the company to pay attention to the success of compensation as wages / salaries, incentives, benefits, social security, leave, and give rewards to employees who are competent, and able to create a comfortable working atmosphere. Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the influence of Emotional Intelligence, Working Facilities and Human Resources Development of the Work Productivity with job satisfaction as an intervening variable in PT. Tri Bakti Sarimas Pekanbaru. In this study there were five variable, Emotional Intelligence (X1), Work Facilities (X2), Human Resources Development (X3), job satisfaction (Y1), and Work Productivity (Y2). Population of this study were all employees of PT. Tri Bakti Sarimas Pekanbaru with a sample of 122 respondents were selected using census method. Collecting data in this study is done by giving questionnaires to the respondents. In terms of data analysis, this study using Path Analysis with SPSS version 21. The results of this study showed that the variables Emotional Intelligence, Working Facilities and Human Resources Development directly influence job satisfaction then Emotional Intelligence and Human Resource Development influence directly to the Work Productivity, while variable Work Facilities not directly affect Work Productivity and Job Satisfaction also affects the Work Productivity. Then the variable job satisfaction mediates the relationship variables Emotional Intelligence, Working Facilities and Human Resources Development of the Work Productivity.Keyword : Emotional Intelligence, Working Facilities, Human Resources Development, Job Satisfaction, and Work Productivity

Abstract

This research was conducted at PT. CMI Kobelco Pekanbaru power in order to determine the effect of variable communication, Work Discipline and Leadership simultaneously on Employee Performance in PT. Kobelco power CMI Pekanbaru. This study uses primary data obtained from interviews and giving questionnaires to all employees of PT. Kobelco power CMI Pekanbaru. Secondary data were obtained relating to the object and the organizational structure of the population in this study were all employees that numbered 61 people and sampled. The analytical method used in this research is multiple linear regression method. From the testing that has been done, simultaneous regression test (Test-F) indicates that the variable Communications, Work Discipline and Leadership simultaneously significant effect on employee performance. From the results of the partial test (t-test) showed that the variables of Communication, Work Discipline and Leadership significant effect on employee performance. The result of the calculation of the coefficient of determination (R2) is equal to 0.796, which means, variable Communication, Work Discipline and Leadership jointly influence on employee performance, while the rest influenced by other variables not examined in this study.Keywords : Communication, Work Discipline, Leadership and Employee Performance

Abstract

This research was conducted in the Office of Dinas Pariwisata Dan Ekonomi Kreatif Provinsi Riau Jl. General Sudirman 200 Pekanbaru - Riau. The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of ability, attitude and emotional intelligence to the effectiveness of the staff of Department of Dinas Pariwisata Dan Ekonomi Kreatif Provinsi Riau. The study population was 93 employees of the Dinas Pariwisata Dan Ekonomi Kreatif Provinsi Riau.Variable research is the ability, attitude and emotional intelligence as an independent variable and the effectiveness of the employee as the dependent variable. Methods of data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis aided by SPSS 20 for windows. The results of this study concluded that the ability, attitude and emotional intelligence in partial and simultaneously have a significant influence on the effectiveness of the staff of Dinas Pariwisata Dan Ekonomi Kreatif Provinsi Riau. Where is the most dominant factor affecting the effectiveness of the work is the attitude factor. Research that has been conducted in accordance with the regression test (t test) and (f test) shows the independent variables studied were variable abilities, attitudes and emotional intelligence has a significant effect on the dependent variable employee effectiveness.Keywords: Ability, Attitude And Emotional Intelligence and Effectiveness of work

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the influence of Communications, Climate Work, Incentives And Emotional Intelligence Against Morale With Organizational Commitment As an intervening variable On Employee PT.Viebie Pelita Sinar Ujung Batu Rokan Hulu, Riau. In this study there were six variables: Communications (X1), Climate Work (X2), Incentives (X3), Emotional Intelligence (X4) Organizational Commitment (Y1), and Morale (Y2). Population of this research is all employees PT.Viebie Pelita Sinar Ujung Batu with a sample of 38 respondents were selected using census method. Collecting data in this study is done by giving questionnaires to the respondents. In terms of data analysis, this study using Path Analysis. The results showed that the Work Climate variables, Incentives and Emotional Intelligence direct effect on Morale, while variable Communication does not directly affect Morale and Organizational Commitment also affect morale. Then variables Organizational commitment mediate labor relations climate variables, Incentives and Emotional Intelligence on morale, while variable organizational commitment does not mediate therelationship variable Communication on Morale.Keywords: Communications, Climate Work, Incentives,EmotionalIntelligence,Organizational Commitment ,and Morale

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of career development, competence, and work environment partially or simultaneously on the job satisfaction employeesat pt. bank riau kepri head office pekanbaru. The population in this study were all employees totaling 276 employees and 73 employees were sampled by using the formula slovin, using instrumental testing the validity, reliability and classic assumption test. The analytical method used in this study is descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS 21 for windows. From the results of the testing that has been done, simultane ous regression test (F-test) showed that the variables of career development, competence and workenvironment simultaneously significant effecton job satisfaction employees. And the results ofthe partial test (t test) showedthat thevariablesof job career development, competence and work environment partially significant effecton job satisfaction employees. The result of the calculation of the coefficient of determination (R2) is equal to 0,779, which means, career development, competence, and work environmentjointly affect the job satisfaction employees amounted to 77.9%, while the remaining 22.1% is influenced by other variablesthat no tex amined inthis study.Keywords : Career Development, Competence, Work Environment, and Job Satisfaction Employees.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how the effects of financial compensation variable, Spirit of Worked and working environment simultaneously and partially on employee job satisfaction processing section PT. Industry and Trade Bangkinang. In this study, the study population were employees of the processing Pt. Industry and Trade Bangkinang totaling 104 people. The sampling method used was convenience sampling, which means sampling was done by members of the population were met by chance and were willing to become respondents. Analysis of the data used was descriptive analysis and quantitative analysis of multiple linear regression with SPSS for Windows version 18.00. From the results of the testing that has been done, simultaneous regersi test (Test-F) shows that financial compensation, spirit of work and working environment simultas effect on job satisfaction. The result of partial test (t-test) showed that financial compensation variable, spirit of work and working environment significantly influence job satisfaction.Keywords: Compensation, Spirit of Work and Work Environment On The Processing of Employee Satisfaction
