Abstract

AbstractGame play at this time can no longer be avoided, both by adults and children, the reasons for playing games are diverse ranging from filling spare time to eliminate the boredom experienced by humans at different age levels. So that game play does not only end with activities that are not useful, then as an adult must direct that the game play can be useful and used as a stimulating tool for children and can improve children's spatial-visual intelligence. This research was conducted on a child who is five years old, by conducting research using a game on a smartphone, the Building Simulator Game, which is specialized in Block Craft 3D level 1. The activity carried out is collecting data by exploring the ability of children in game play, doing observation and directly involved in directing children to play games. In stimulating spatial-visual intelligence with Building Simulator Games there are a number of children aged 5 years. First: determine the simplest building simulator game, Second: introduce block-shaped block media, Third: choose the type of building to be made, Fourth: Block Craft 3 D consists of level 26, but researchers only introduce children to level 1 according to their abilities. With the Block Craft 3 D game, it is expected that spatial-visual stimulation will be beneficial for children in the future

Abstract

Perkembangan tekhnologi sudah tidak dapat dihindari termasuk didalamnya adalah perkembangan permainan anak-anak yang terus berproses sesuai dengan perkembangan zaman. Pengabdian kali ini melakukan kegiatan seminar yang dihadiri oleh orangtua peserta didik yang ada di kelurahan Makroman. Dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan ini tim pelaksana mengadakan persiapan dengan melakukan survey ke warga RT 24 Makroman pada tanggal 5 Desember 2019 untuk meminta waktu luangnya agar bersedia menjadi tuan rumah dalam pelaksanaan seminar selama setengah hari yang akan dilaksanakan pada tanggal 15 Desember 2019 bertepatan dengan hari minggu yang mana peserta seminarnya adalah orang tua peserta didik di RT 24 Makroman. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat dihadiri oleh orang tua peserta didik yang telah hadir pada jam 09.00 wita,  acara di mulai dengan pembukaan dan di tutup dengan doa, selanjutnya pada pukul 09. 30 wita, acara di sambung dengan kegiatan Bakti Sosial Peningkatan Gizi Peserta Didik dan pada jam 13.00 wita di lanjutkan dengan seminar “Sosialisasi Stimulasi Spasial-Visual Dengan Building Simulator Game Peserta Didik”.

Abstract

PAUD institutions as an organization engaged in early childhood education are an activity that aims to educate human life, especially students, so that in its implementation it is necessary not only to have a planning related to teaching and learning activities but also an integral process that involves several factors, namely: educational goals, educators, students, learning tools and the environment. PAUD institutions should pay attention to the human resources they have, in running their organizations it is certainly inseparable from human resources that must improve both in terms of knowledge, skills and abilities in managing PAUD institutions. This study focuses on the process of educational human resource management, namely educators and education personnel, maintaining human resources who are serious in their work, can provide enthusiasm for inspiration, resulting in productive employees towards the organization, and managerial strategies. In this study the authors conducted a qualitative study by conducting semi-structured interviews in which the authors collected data with a focus on the institution under study, the research was carried out at PAUD institutions in the city of Samarinda.

Abstract

The involvement of the father in carrying out his role in good parenting will have a good influence on the social development of children, including a sense of empathy. Good parenting by fathers has an impact on cognitive, academic, psychological-emotional abilities and children's interactions in their social environment. Empathy itself is a feeling that a person has to share what others feel, understand the thoughts of others and want to help others who need it. This study uses a quantitative descriptive method, which takes a predetermined sample of 38 fathers who have children aged 4-6 years. This study uses several instruments in its measurement, namely: the role of fathers (X), Inventory of Father Involvement (IFI) and Empathy for early childhood (Y). In the ANOVA table there is an F count of 6.075 > from 0.05. In the normality test, it was found that the Asymp sign (2-tailed) stated that the standard residual of 0.102 in the test spread was normal. The calculation of the means table also shows that the behavior of empathy in early childhood has a linear calculation with the parenting role of the father. Until the correlation test also shows that there is a significant correlation, namely r = 0.019 > 0.05. From several data tests that have been carried out, all of them state that the parenting role of the father has an influence on the child's empathetic behavior.

Abstract

Anak pada perkembangan bahasanya secara umum memiliki kemampuan pada lingkup perkembangan diantaranya adalah pada tingkat memahami dan mengerti bahasa, menyatakan bahasa, dan juga memiliki kemampuan membaca, menulis dan berhitung. Bahasa pada anak memiliki tahapan diantaranya adalah keterampilan anak dalam berbicara dengan menggunakan kesamaan kata atau arti, anak sudah mampu mengucapkan atau mengatakan nama dengan lengkap, mengungkapkan usia atau tanggal lahir dan mampu mengatakan alamat rumah. Sehubungan dengan pentingnya bahasa maka perlu diketahui mengenai pengembangan bahasa itu sendiri yang tentu saja dilakukan dalam proses yang sangat panjang mulai dari usia dini hingga dewasa. Dalam proses tersebut tentu saja melibat orangtua terutama dalam pola asuh sebagai penunjang perkembangan bahasa anak dikehidupan sehari-hari. Pengasuhan terhadap anak tentu akan memiliki pengaruh yang akan melekat pada diri anak baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung. Pola pengasuhan pada anak merupakan suatu kebiasaan yang dilakukan orang tua dalam mendidik dan membimbing anak-anaknya. Untuk melihat seberapa besar pengaruh pola asuh yang terapkan orangtua terhadap perkembangan bahasa anak usia 4 hingga 6 tahun maka dilakukan penelitian kuantitatif ex post facto, yang menjadi variable bebas (X) adalah pola asuh dan variable terikatnya (Y) adalah perkembangan bahasa anak.

Abstract

Kemampuan anak dalam penggunaan bahasa verbal secara luas tentu saja mengembirakan anak maupun orangtuanya karena dapat meningkatkan percaya diri dalam pergaulan sosial anak, sebab memudahkan anak untuk berinteraksi karena keinginan anak dengan mudah dipahami oleh oranglain. Selain itu dapat menjadi alat ukur untuk mengetahui sejauh mana perkembangan kecerdasan anak secara kognitif. Anak sebagai mahluk yang tentu akan terus berkembang menjadi manusia dewasa perlu dibiasakan mengenai kesantunan dalam penggunaan bahasa verbal dalam menyampaikan pemikirannya. Fokus penelitian adalah pada kesantunan bahasa anak usia 5-6 tahun pada lingkungan RT 24 Makroman, dengan mengambil sampel 2 orang anak sebagai objek penelitian. Instrument penelitian menggunakan alat rekam menggunakan handphone realme tipe7i. Teknik rekam digunakan karena data yang di teliti merupakan data lisan. Kemudian dilakukan seleksi, pengaturan dan diklasifikasikan. Kesantunan bahasa verbal anak memang harus selalu dilakukan karena interaksi yang terjadi pada anak merupakan kegiatan yang selalu berlangsung sepanjang hari, sehingga diperlukan lingkungan keluarga yang kondusif dan membantu dalam menyelaraskan anak dalam penggunaan bahasa verbal secara santun, pembiasaan dalam keluarga serta adanya perhatian dan kontrol keluarga yang terus menerus.

Abstract

Paud is an organization engaged in early childhood education that must be very well managed and maximally organized because paud is a learning platform that focuses on children who have a golden age whose time span is only short and must be really serious in implementing the learning system so that it is in line with the goals and directions of early childhood education. Planning is the initial foundation of an activity can and will be carried out, in planning made a goal, which is summarized in the vision and mission of the organization, the next activity is organizing, after planning then what must be considered is how activities can be carried out properly according to objectives, activities that must be carried out is the distribution of tasks to experts in accordance with predetermined fields. Furthermore, the implementation of the plans that have been made, implementation is a process that is carried out continuously repeatedly so that there is a need for a control or supervision to ensure that the implementation of activities runs well in accordance with the provisions that have been planned.

Abstract

Pada masa periode globalisasi 4.0 yang mengarah pada perkembangan teknologi dan informasi, memiliki dampak yang sangat besar bagi masyarakat untuk merubah perilaku yang bersifat manual kearah digital, keadaan penggunaan digital dalam kehidupan manusia sehari-hari di Revolusi Industri 4.0 terus mengalami peningkatan. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat kali ini dilaksanakan dengan mengadakan webinar, dan penulis sebagai salah satu narasumber pada webinar nasional tersebut yang diadakan oleh prodi PG PAUD UWGM Samarinda. Digitalisasi penyelenggaraan Paud, merupakan salah satu bentuk metode layanan yang harus segera dilaksanakan dengan tujuan untuk memudahkan para pengguna jasa Paud, agar mudah mengakses dan mendapatkan informasi seputar kegiatan yang dilakukan oleh Lembaga Paud yang bersangkutan. Kegiatan yang dapat dilakukan lembaga paud dalam penyelenggaraan yang digitalisasi sangat banyak misalnya saja dalam penggunaan website, Lembaga memanfaatkan website yang di buat untuk sarana promosi dengan mengupload kegiatan-kegiatan yang dibuat dan telah dilakukan sehingga dengan sendirinya aktivitas dapat di ketahui oleh masyarakat secara luas, kegiatan-kegiatan baik yang dilakukan tentu saja dapat meningkatkan prestasi dan prestise lembaga atau sekolah itu sendiri

Abstract

Storytelling is an activity that has always been carried out by our society from generation to generation. Storytelling has many benefits including conveying activities that have been carried out, conveying ideas, advice, experiences, from one person to another. Storytelling is able to develop listening and language skills, increase vocabulary and increase speaking skills. Able to develop children's thinking power because children focus and imagine stories and can develop symbolic abilities, develop children's social emotional nature towards their environment, are trained to receive and store information, have creative potential and are able to absorb the moral messages conveyed. In order for stories to be more interesting, they usually use image media in their implementation, so that storytelling starts from the first image to the end, the story is expected to be interesting and more meaningful for children. In order for the ability to develop children's creative potential through the diversity of story ideas told, a series of story competitions is held with the theme of increasing the creativity of teachers, early childhood students and also the general public.

Abstract

The Pg Early Childhood Study Program, UWGM Samarinda, in November 2021, held an Academic Writing Workshop with the aim of improving students' skills in writing scientific thesis and articles. With this activity, it can make it easier for students to pour their ideas and thoughts into writing, and students no longer feel awkward and anxious when completing their final assignments. And from the Academic Writing workshop, it is expected that students will be able to plan, design, organize and organize writing activities so that students can complete their thesis according to the set time. In the implementation of the online Academic writing Workshop using the Zoom application, the first thing to do is to form a committee that involves students and lecturers, the lecturers as the planning team as well as resource persons, while the students as implementers. The Academic Writing Workshop ran smoothly without any significant problems, thanks to the help of the students as the event organizing committee. With the Academic Writing Workshop, it is hoped that students can use it well so that self-regulation in learning can be at the level and final project, namely thesis, can be completed properly and on time.
