Abstract

The objective of the study was to asses the change of family education sistim, pre and post the presence of cable TV at the urban village Pancor the sub district Selong the district Lombok Timur, the model of family education: character building and spiritual education for the community in Bongki who use the cable TV, and to assess the effectiveness of the family education sistim applied. This was a case study employing the descriptive qualitative approach. The data resources in this research were theree families who were selected using the depth interviews and observation and then analyzed employing the descriptive qualitative technique. The result of the study unfolded that there was a contrast change of family education sistim pre and post the presence of cable TV in this very community. Prior to the presence of cable TV, the transformation processes of Islamic spiritual doctrines and cuktural values were handled by religion teachers at school, or the Koran recital teachers. In the spiritual education context,  parents educated their children how to pray and to make the praying as an important part of their living.  Beside that, the parents taught their children to recite the Koran in a good and correct way. The education sistim applied by the community in Pancor was categorized effective. This was evidently proven by the outputs of education; good and noble characters in life and solid act devotion as well as children’s proficiency in reciting the Koran. Keywords: cable TV, model of family education, descriptive qualitative approach

Abstract

This study aimed to know and describe the main elemen musical of gending arje in gendang beleq telaga waru of pedaleman daye at kotaraja by using music and song theory. This study was used deskriptif qualitative. Base and result showed that the main musicalof gending arje in gendang beleq telaga waru had asection of song form, homophonis texture. In rhythm music tolls (gendang and kenceng or cemprang) was used rhapsoldic rhythmic and resultant rhythm which was only in gendang music tool. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out how to develop children's songs for learning mathematics in grade III with the theme of multiplication and division in elementary school. This research uses a research and development approach. The types of data in this study are qualitative data and quantitative data. The instrument in this study consisted of a validation sheet and a response questionnaire from students to the use of math songs. The data analysis technique is the data from this research in the form of the expert team's response to the quality of the product developed in terms of the material and instrument aspects used as well as student learning test data in the learning process using math songs. Data in the form of expert response scores were collected through validation sheets, analyzed descriptively with categorization techniques and concluded as input for revising the developed product. While the data in the form of student learning outcomes tests were analyzed using an existing formula. Based on the results of research and discussion, it can be concluded that the development of children's songs for learning mathematics has succeeded in producing a product with the title of multiplication and division

Abstract

This study aims to describe the form and function of Amaq Abir theater performance at the Marong Village Cultural Literature Studio, Praya Timur District, Lombok Tengah. The research was conducted in Nyampe Hamlet, Marong Village, Praya Timur District. The approach used in this study was qualitative descriptive. The object in this study is the Amaq Abir theatre which includes the form and function of the show. From the results of the study found about: 1) the form of the show, which includes elements in theatrical performances namely: theme, plot, characterization, language, messages, and settings. Supporting elements of the show related to the artistic system, namely: stage management, decoration, sound system, lighting, makeup, and fashion. 2) the theater function of Amaq Abir consists of a) function as entertainment, b) function as social criticism, and 3) function as an economic.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This research aims to describe the existence of Dedare Nyesek dance to the appreciation of the community in art activities in the Village of East Pringgasela Lombok Timur Regency. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. Data collection is done by observation, interview, and documentation. The results showed that the existence of Dedare Nyesek dance in Pringgasela Village is evidenced by the use of Dedare Nyesek dance as an art learning material in schools. Besides, Dedare Nyesek dance is also often performed at major events as government support to preserve this dance. People's appreciation of Dedare Nyesek dance is still lacking. This is due to the lack of Dedare Nyesek dance performance as well as the lack of public understanding of the meaning contained in the dance. The conclusion of the research is to preserve or improve the existence of Dedare Nyesek dance can be done by making Dedare Nyesek dance as a learning material in school. Besides, the manager and the Cultural Office also strive to display in major events held by the Cultural Office of NTB. Keywords: Appreciation, Dance, Dedare Nyesek, Existence

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to describe the various forms and movements of the Manuk Beberi dance. This research uses descriptive qualitative methods using theories related to the research topic. The theory used is the theory of symbols which is translated into discursive and presentational symbols. The results showed that the Manuk Beberi dance is a regional dance originating from Lombok, West Nusa Tenggara. The Manuk Beberi dance was created based on the story of Dewi Anjani's pet. This dance is danced by two male dancers with energetic movements that reflect the character of Dewi Anjani's pet chicken. The various movements of the Manuk Beberi dance are classified into discursive symbols and presentational symbols. Movements that are included in the discursive symbol are the movements of the Keber, Notok, Ngaeh and Bekupu. These movements have certain meanings based on the results of mutual agreement in an area. Meanwhile, other Manuk Beberi dance movements are included in the presentational symbol, namely movements that are only complementary and do not have a core meaning. In conclusion, the traditional dance of Manuk Beberi has four forms, namely, the traditional dance form, which is the pet movement of Dewi Anjani. Keywords: Form, Manuk Beberi Dance, Motion

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to describe the composition of the traditional Gamelan music drama Amaq Abir in Sanggar Pustaka Budaya Marong Village, Central Lombok. This study used descriptive qualitative method. The results showed that Amaq Abir's Gamelan music has a composition of three types of Gending, namely: First Asmarandane Gending has a tempo between slow and fast with an expressive style with flat or horizontal melody and up to adjust the movements of the players on the stage. Both Oncer Prabu Gending have slow to medium tempo, dynamic a bit hard and a bit soft with a more even melody motion, up and down according to the scene. The three Gending Batelan has a fast tempo, getting louder and louder, the music style is light and fast with a rising melody motion, irregular tone movements. Each Gending has a rhythm that changes according to the situations and conditions of the play in the drama. The conclusion of the research is that the traditional Gamelan music of Amaq Abir has musical elements such as: rhythm, melody, harmony, tempo, dynamics, and style and is played with three types of gending with the Perembak technique and Bekilitan technique. Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui keselarasan  iringan dan gerak tari kreasi Tapel Telu di Sanggar Gedeng Kedaton Lendang Nangka Kecamatan Masbagik. Dengan menggunakan teori keselarasan, iringan musik, dan gerak tari. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan etnografiskarena mengkaji dalam bentuk budaya yaitu kesenian gamelan, tari, dan pesan moral dalam tari adalah pesan budaya. Karena memaparkan tentang keselarasan iringan dan gerak tari kreasi Tapel Telu di Sanggar Gedeng Kedaton Lendang Nangka Kecamatan Masbagik. Teknik pengumpulan data yaitu menggunakan observasi, wawancara dan pengumpulan data dengan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar iringan dan gerak tari kreasi Tapel Telu ini selaras baik dari makna atau dari ketukan iringan dan gerakan, namun ada beberapa diantara aspek gerak dan iringan tidak selarasyang mengharuskan tarian ini digubah kembali agar terdapat kesesuain antara iringan dan gerak.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the effect of the MuseScore 3 application on music learning outcomes for school students. This study uses a quantitative method with a true experimental approach with a Post-test Only Control Design research design. This study used two groups of subjects as samples, namely the control group and the experimental group. The samples of this study were students of class X IPS and X IPA with a total sample of 49. The sampling technique used total sampling, and the data analysis technique used a different test (t-test). The results showed that there were differences in learning outcomes between students who were taught using the MuseScore 3 application media and students who were not taught using the MuseScore 3 application media. This was indicated by the post-test average score of the experimental group, which was 79.06 higher than the average score. the control group's post-test average was 73.57. The t-count value is 2.589 and the significance value (𝜌) is 0.013. From these results, it can be concluded that Ho is rejected, and Ha is accepted, because t-count > t-table value, 2.589> 2.408, and the significance value <0.05 (two-party test), 0.013 <0.05.
