Abstract

MoWaS is a mobile-based supporting application aiming to improve the rapid response against crime crime and emergency situations. The evaluation of MoWaS version 1.0 has 3 flaws. First, it is unable to create a group. Second, the MoWaS version 1.0 application is able to detect the current location of the alert sender but there is no feature to display information about nearby MoWaS application users. Third, MoWaS application version 1.0 is also not integrated with the official service or government agency related to the types of occurring crime. The results of the design revision and analysis were made including the MoWaS system architecture design, the MoWaS system flow described in the form of flowchart, and the MoWaS system interface design. The results of the analysis and design of MoWaS backbone system can be used as the basis for improvement of MoWaS system development. Hence, it can be concluded that the MoWaS application version 2.0 has a better work system than the previous version.

Abstract

Indonesia is the country with the largest number of mosques in the world. In East Java, there are many Islamicorganizations, one of which is Nahdhotul Ulama (NU). Nahdhotul Ulama (NU) is one of the socio-religiousorganizations in Indonesia which was founded on 16 Rajab 1344 or to coincide with January 31, 1926 in Surabaya onthe initiative of two leading traditional scholars at that time, K.H Hasyim Asy'ari and K.H Abdul Wahab Hasbullah.Geographic Information System is a computer system that is used to collect, check, integrate, and analyze informationrelated to the earth's surface. Basically, the term geographic information system is a combination of three mainelements, namely system, information, and geography. Thus, an understanding of these three main elements will bevery helpful in understanding GIS. The haversine is an important equation in navigation, giving the great circle thedistance between any two points on the sphere of longitude and latitude. It is a special case of the more commonformula in spherical trigonometry, the law of haversines, relating the sides and angles of a spherical triangle (SphericalTrigonometry). From the calculation results of the haversine algorithm the first trial formula is at the user's location at 1. Abstract

The granting of scholarships to students is carried out by universities based on their achievements. In awarding scholarships, universities often have difficulty in determining prospective scholarship recipients, so it is found that the distribution of scholarships is not precisely due to a manual system for determining scholarships. Decision support system is an information system intended to assist the University in solving the problem of awarding Academic Achievement Scholarships. One method that can be used in a decision support system is Fuzzy Analitycal Hierarchy Process ( F-AHP) with the Chang model approach (1996). The criteria used are GPA, Achievement, Parents' Work, Parental Dependents and Semesters. From the results of experiments conducted the results of calculations from the application and manual checking from the ubhara get 100% presentation in determining the recipient of the scholarship. Resulting in the ranking of student grades, ten students with the highest grades in each faculty will receive an Academic Achievement Improvement scholarship.

Abstract

The conversion of the ballot for the division of parliamentary seats has become one of the historical points inthe development of the democratic order in Indonesia. How not, through a plenary session, the DPR RI finally finalizesthe discussion and decision making on the Election Bill proposed by the government. Conversion of votes is one of thecrucial issues to get the word consensus in the House of Representatives, because the method of voting conversionused will greatly determine the acquisition of seats for a political party. For example, if using the quota method, aparty can get 5 seats, but it is not certain if the calculation method uses the Sainte Lague method, it could be that oneparty will get 4 to 6 seats. That is why the voting conversion method is one of the main variables of an electoral system. The method of converting votes is the procedure for calculating the results of elections to determine theacquisition of seats for political parties in representative institutions based on the results of the acquisition of validvotes of each political party participating in the election. The Hare Quota method is characterized by a calculationmethod using the Number of Voters Dividers (BPP) which divides the total number of valid voting votes by the numberof seats allocated to one particular constituency, and always has the remaining choice of votes that requirescalculation at the next stage for the remaining votes of choice / residual the chair is the Sainte Lague method (theremaining votes are voted on).

Abstract

Stock in the warehouse of PT. Delta Sari Agung Sidoarjo is currently unstable, therefore between in and out stock is still out of control. Forecasting is estimating the state of the future through testing the state of the past. In social life, everything is uncertain and difficult to predict accurately, so forecasting is needed. In other words forecasting aims to get forecasting that can minimize forecasting errors (forecast error) which is usually measured by mean square error, mean absolute error, and so on. The Double Exponential Smoothing method is used for forecasting by determining the amount of α (alpha), as well as the smoothing process twice and this study is compared with ANNMatlab. From the results of the comparison of the trial system forecasting and JST-Matlab there is a difference of 16 motorbikes from the remaining stock, which is for the results of forecasting 622 and JST-Matlab 638 results.
