Abstract

For the selection of employees, there are usually many factors in fulfilling the assessment in order to get a maximum target. Especially in the field of call centers, it is required to have qualified skills which can solve problems complained of by customers. So that as a call center who receives incoming calls or can be called inbound calls, it must be the key to solving problems and be able to convey good suggestions. However, to get the value of the agent so that its performance is good, there are parameters that must be achieved, namely acd call, acd time, aux time, available time, staffed time and agent skill. best. By doing this, the monitoring system is very easy and more efficient to find out which agents are underperforming or agents who have reached the performance target. For this reason, an application with a case study was created in order to achieve the maximum target. This application will greatly help the team, namely Teamleader, Taber, Spv, Manager as they play an important role in evaluating agents in their performance.

Abstract

Sidoarjo Regency as one of the cities with an increasingly dense population and the needs of people who want to find information about housing quickly, makes a Geographical Information System indispensable, especially in terms of finding housing locations. Therefore, the authors create a web-based housing geographic information system in Sidoarjo Regency using Breadth First Search to design the system interface and logic, MySQL for database system design and Bing Api for mapping. Information presented in the form of housing names, addresses, photos of housing, pictures of house types, house plans, availability and prices of each type of house. With the GIS (Geographical Information System), it is hoped that the public can more easily and quickly get housing information in Sidoarjo Regency. The results of this study show the details of the housing location from the user's location according to the radius to be selected and know the approximate distance of travel time to the residential location

Abstract

Along with the development and progress of current technology, fuel oil is one of the basic needs for both industry and transportation, demands will this fuel service becomes very important, and pertamina as the material provider fuel oil, must be able to guarantee the availability and smoothness of fuel products oil. The purpose of this study is to predict the amount of premium sales, pertalite, bio solar, Pertamax, and Pertamax turbo at Klampis Surabaya gas station for 2018 by using the forecasting method Exponential Moving Average ( EMA). Based on the results data processing carried out it can be concluded that the forecasting method that period 30 days are more accurate in predicting Premium, Pertalite, and Bio Solar 2018. And the 365 day period more accurate in predicting Pertamax, and Pertamax Turbo. Based on comparison of values MSE with MAPE, it can be concluded that using the MSE method to find values more good errors in this study. Based on the comparison of MSE values with MAPE, it can be concluded that using the MSE method to find better error valuesin this research.

Abstract

Indaily distribution activities, GED is a shipping service company. Always associated with couriers as inter mediaries. Where each courier will send a packagetoseveraldifferent places.Surely they(couriers)want to immediately complete their tasks,by findingor determining the path that is traversed in order to shorten the work and return to the office and then make a report. This case is commonly called the Traveling Salesman Problem, which can be solved by several methods. One of them is by optimization of Genetic Algorithms. Genetic Algorithm methods can provide solutions to these problems by providing input (input) fromseveral addresses that they will (courier) distribute. Then the input will be processed with several stages starting from initialization, selection, crossover, mutation and regeneration. The results are then displayed in graphical form which links the shipping addresses. The results of the study, obtained the fastest route with a maximumof 10 points or shipping address, which can be used by the courier in its distribution. In this study, the objective valueisthe value of the length of the road section taken from the Google Map. With termination rules or conditions that state that the smallest and largest fitness values must be the same or 60% of the fitness of the genetic algorithm population shows the greatest fitness. This rule will give the same and accurate results even though the number of generations produced is different.

Abstract

Public facilities related to religion one of which is the mosque. Mosque Is a place of worship for Muslimsworldwide. The city of Surabaya which incidentally is a tourist city that is often visited by foreign and local tourists, and especially the Muslims who want to establish prayer and need access to the location of the nearest mosque. Thereal condition that often happens is that tourists do not know the position of the closest mosque around them, so spendtime searching for the existence of the mosque. Particle Swarm Optimization Method is an algorithm that is inspiredby the behavior of a group of birds in a group to look for food. This method is one of the methods for searching theshortest distance. With this method, it can provide solutions to produce the closest location. From the tests carriedout, the Particle Swarm Optimization algorithm has been successfully applied to the search for the nearest Mosquelocation point and has successfully designed and built a nearby Mosque location search application based on AndroidMobile. By comparing with the euclidean distance algorithm the results of Particle Swarm Optimization show that70% accurately show the same results.
