Abstract

Purpose of the study: The benefits of the internet during a pandemic bring opportunities for cybercrimes, such as online data theft and leakage of consumers’ personal data. For this reason, the objectives of this study are 1) to determine the phenomenon of misuse of consumer’s personal data amidst COVID-after19 in Indonesia and 2) to describe strategies in preparing consumer personal data protection as the key to the success of the new normal in Indonesia. Methodology: This study used non-doctrinal research. To describe the phenomenon of misuse of consumers’ personal data amidst COVID-19 in Indonesia, the data were collected by distributing questionnaires to internet users in Indonesia and applying qualitative methods employing survey data collection techniques with stratified multi-stage random sampling technique. Results: It was found that the consumers’ personal data in Indonesia is still unprotected, so the conception adopted by the European Union and the OECD can be used as a reference for Indonesia in making a Law on Personal Data Protection.Applications of this study: To raise the people's awareness in protecting online personal data and encourage the government to educate society on cyber security through the National Cyber and Crypto Agency Novelty/ Originality of this study: This paper analyzes the protection strategy of e-commerce consumers during the new normal situation in Indonesia. The originality is that it discusses amidst Covid 19 cyber security.

Abstract

Pelaut adalah pekerja yang kritis terhadap keselamatan, yang berarti tindakan atau kelambanan mereka dapat mengarah langsung pada insiden serius yang mempengaruhi masyarakat atau lingkungan maritim. Karena itu, kesehatan pelaut merupakan pertimbangan penting untuk menjaga keselamatan publik, properti, kemakmuran ekonomi dan lingkungan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui optimalisasi fitness for duty bagi pelaut sebagai upaya menekan angka kecelakaan kapal. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan studi pustaka dan wawancara. Tempat atau lokasi penelitian berkaitan dengan sasaran atau permasalahan penelitian yang di fokuskan pada lokasi penelitian yaitu klinik utama Althair Politeknik Pelayaran Surabaya. Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis kualitatif model interaktif. Berdasarkan Peraturan Menteri Kesehatan Republik Indonesia Nomor 1 Tahun 2018 tentang pemeriksaan kesehatan pelaut Pasal 3 ayat (1) Pemeriksaan Kesehatan Pelaut terdiri atas, a, pemeriksaan prakerja, Pemeriksaan kesehatan pra-laut atau prakerja untuk mencegah seseorang yang tidak sehat berkarir sebagai pelaut / pekerja lepas-pantai. Faktor-faktor penting pada pemeriksaan kesehatan pra-laut adalah penyakit menular, ketajaman pengelihatan dan pendengaran serta kemampuan fisik. b. pemeriksaan kesehatan rutin/berkala;Pemeriksaan Kesehatan Berkala, pada dasarnya, apa-apa yang dinilai sama seperti pemeriksaan kesehatan pra-laut tetapi dengan beberapa modifikasi. Disamping penyakit menular, penglihatan, pendengaran dan kemampuan fisik, faktor tambahan yang harus dipertimbangkan adalah usia dan riwayat pekerjaan. Hasil tes kesehatan tersebut nantinya akan menghasilkan kesimpulan, FIT untuk bekerja di laut atau lepas-pantai tanpa pembatasan, FIT untuk bekerja di laut atau lepas-pantai dengan pembatasan, UNFIT SEMENTARA untuk bekerja di laut atau lepas-pantai dan UNFIT SELAMANYA untuk bekerja di laut atau lepas-pantai

Abstract

The technological revolution is now entering the fourth wave called the industrial revolution 4.0. Industry 4.0 is a technological revolution that gave birth to digital technology. The business world is undergoing a major transformation where most of the production processes shift from conventional technology to digital technology. Industry 4.0 transformation also provides benefits for industrial companies by increasing efficiency, improving machine and equipment performance, increasing the speed of production operations and product quality. The acceleration of digital transformation is a must to improve the manufacturing industry sector. Efforts to accelerate the transformation of industry 4.0 are to increase awareness and assist the industry in transforming. The formulation of the problem in this study is (1) how to develop Human Resources for innovation, in order to achieve organizational performance to meet the Industrial Revolution 4.0 in the legal field? (2) How has the acceleration of digital transformation become imperative to improve the manufacturing industry sector? The method research used is normative and descriptive. Abstract

The government needs to develop a franchise business in order to expand job opportunities, for that the government creates efforts to protect franchisees and franchisors so that the government issues government regulation no. 42 of 2007 concerning franchise business (Franchise). However, the reality is that there are still many franchises that do not fulfill their obligations to franchisors, such as some franchises that do not carry out SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) with initial provisions. The problems raised in this study are about how the legal protection for the parties concerned in the franchise agreement, namely the franchisor and the franchisee and the forms of rights and obligations between the franchisor and the Fremilt product franchise, Pasar Kliwon Surakarta branch. This type of research uses empirical research, namely individual research related to social life, in this study the researcher tries to uncover legal protection for franchisees and franchisors of Fremilt products, Pasar Kliwon Surakarta branch. This research is taken from many facts in society. Based on the research, it was found that there is legal protection for franchisees and franchisors so that the taste of the product will be maintained its authenticity and between the two parties can run the SOP in accordance with the provisions of the agreement at the beginning. In addition, the franchisee and the franchisor will feel protected and will get a guarantee of certainty if something goes wrong that harms both parties
