Abstract

The purpose of this study to develop and test the effect of the image, price perception, and promotion influencing satisfaction and its impact on customer loyalty in order to win the competition supermarkets in Semarang. The total sample of 112 respondents at Carrefour Supermarket Semarang. The sampling technique used in this study was purposive sampling. The results showed that image, price perception, and promotion. Thus, image, price perception, promotion, and customer satisfaction has a positive effect on customer loyalty. Mediating effect of customer satisfaction does not apply to the effect of image on customer loyalty , the effect of price perception on customer loyalty, and influence on customer loyalty promotion . Means that customer satisfaction does not mediate the effect of the image, the effect of price perception , and influence on customer loyalty promotion . This research incorporates Resources Based Theory. The limitation and implication for the future study and the managerial implication are also discussed in this study.Keywords: image, price perception, promotion, satisfaction, loyalty

Abstract

The aim of the study was to analyze and describe the effect of explorative, transformative, and exploitative learning on business performance improvement through innovation. The population in the study was the owners/ managers of batik SMEs in Pekalongan City based on batik superior industry in Central Java Province which was is in mature condition with the the samples of 80 respondents. The results of the study show that explorative, transformative, and exploitative learning have a positive significant effect on innovation. Explorative learning has the greatest effect compared to transformative and exploitative learning. Furthermore, innovation has a positive significant effect on business performance. Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence company’s image and satisfaction with trust andits impact to clients loyalty on Prudentials insurance Pru Vision Pati. Total sample are 100 respondents, by using purposive sampling method with criteria that clients have become customers of at least 3 years. Analysis of the data in this study using regression analyzing. Hypothesis testing is used t calculated at the level of significance (α) 5%. Where mediation test using path analysis. Result of regression analysis in this study resulted in the coefficient of determination for 0,941 or in other words the changes in loyalty can be affected by the company’s image, satisfaction and trust of 4,1%. The results of this study show that company’s image positive and significant impact on clients trust, satisfaction positive and significant impact on clients trust, company’s image positive and significant impact on clients loyalty, satisfaction positive and significant impact on clients loyalty, trust positive and significant impact on clients loyalty, and trust does not mediate the influence of company’s image and satisfaction of the clients loyalty.Keyword: Company’s image, Satisfaction, Trust, Loyalty

Abstract

Abstract: This study aimed to examine the effect of Subjective Norms,Perceived Behavioral control Interest to Loan Products Micro KUR in Pati ( Studies to pati customers ) This study included in the quantitative research using survey method through descriptive analysis approach.This study uses census techniques where the of population is 150 persons prospective customers BRI, while the data is processed as many as 121 candidates nasbah. Measurements using a Likert scale with 5 (five) alternative answers. Test instruments used are validity and reliability. Normality Test (Sample 1-KS) Classical Assumption Test (test heterokedastisitas) The test model used is the coefficient of determination (R2) and the F test (Goodness of Fit). Test this hypothesis using regression analysis.Based on the results of the study can be summarized as follows: (i) subjective norm does not affect the intention, (ii) Perceived Behavioral Control positive and significant effect on the Intention.Keywords: NORMA SUBJECTIVE, PERCEIVED BEHAVIORAL CONTROL, INTENTION LOANS KUR

Abstract

The aim of his study is to examine the economy potential of Kabupaten Kudus for micro banking investment change bu using the historical data for periode of 2005-2009, and by applying descriptive analysis and trend analysis. Factor that analysis is ; demografy, gross regional domestic product, income per kapita and banking competitions. The result found the regional economic of Kabupaten Kudus growth for periode 2005 – 2009 and beyond. It also found that the market competitions of banking is low which is able to stimulate a policy is needed to motivate all parties to make invesment in this area. Finally, it is recommended that to increase micro banking investment of Kabupaten Kudus.Keyword : The condition of regional economic, the market competition of banking, bussines feasibility, captive market.
