Abstract

The human body was created very special by God. inside there is a special body part in the form of the brain, and neuroscience is the science that discusses in full the brain from various scientific disciplines. In the study of Islam, qalb is the most important part in the good and bad quality of human faith which is studied in depth in Sufism to the purity of the soul. And Imam Al-Ghazali became one of the Sufi figures who explained in detail about the Qalb. That neuroscience views qalb in Islam as part of the human brain, on the functional basis between the brain and qalb both receive information, spiritual intelligence / qalbiah, spiritual, controlling / coordinating center of the body, and emotional. The brain and qalb, according to Al-Ghazali, both have similarities in the four elements namely controlling the body, knowledge, emotions, and spirituality. And the difference between the two, namely the two different dimensions between the scientific and divine dimensions, so the benchmarks of truth are very different.

Abstract

Jurisprudence or al-qawaid al-fiqhiyyah did not exist in the time of the Prophet Muhammad. Jurisprudence comes later after fiqh and usul fiqh. The foundation of the formulation of fiqh rules comes from the texts of the Koran, Sunnah, Ijma ', and Qiyas. There are differences in al-qawaid al-fiqhiyyah different from al-qawaid al-ushuliyyah, namely al-qawaid al-fiqhiyyah is the majority rule that can be applied to most of its branches. Meanwhile, qawaid ushuliyyah is a means to issue amaliy sharia law. There is no standard number of all the principles of fiqh, but the scholars classify all of them into five main rules, namely 1) al-age bi maqashidiha, 2) al-yaqinu la yuzalu bi al-syakk, 3) al-masyaqqatu tajlinu al- taisir, 4) al-dhararu yuzalu, 5) al-'adatu muhakkamatun. Of the five rules, all have branches that are not counted exactly. The function of fiqh rules is to be a tool for mujtahid, judge, imam, and mufti. This is because the problems of life in society are increasingly complex, and also not all problems have a direct answer whether it's in the Koran, Sunnah, Ijma 'or Qiyas. Therefore, the principle of fiqh has an important function as part of the methods and instruments in the formulation of Islamic law.

Abstract

Artikel ini mengupas kajian huruf mutasyabih meliputi tafwidh berupa makna dari huruf muqaththa’ah yang tertuang dari hasil karya kedua tokoh tersebut. Dua penafsir menghasilkan penafsiran yang berbeda tentang makna-makna huruf muqaththa’ah. Ibn Jarir meyakini bahwa huruf muqaththa’ah atas izin Allah mampu di ta’wil dengan riwayat yang bersumber dari sahabat-sahabt Nabi. Berbeda dengan al-Fairuzabadi memahami ayat tersebut memiliki pandangan tafwidh atas segala bentuk huruf muqaththa’ah. Sepenuhnya pendapat beliau mengambil jalur riwayat Ibn ‘Abbas yang bermakna symbol-simbol dan bersifat Azali (Sepenuhnya sudah diketahui Allah).

Abstract

Every letter in the Qur'an has a purpose, including the letter al-Muzzammil. According to Wahbah Az-Zuhaili in Tafsir Al-Munir, explained that Surah Al-Muzammil as a letter that was revealed in the early days of Islam consisting of 20 verses contains three themes, each of which contains spiritual values. Through Maqashidi analysis, these values are maqashid surah which includes maqashid Tawhid, worship, sincerity, humility, patience, and morality. The maqashid became the initial provision for Muslims in the early days of Muhammad's apostleship as a universal value that guided the life of Muslims from the time of the Companions to the end of time.
