Abstract

This study is intended to teach students who excel in class XI MAN 1 Malang. Achievement is a phenomenon that is not simple. Its presence in a person will not be separated from the process of deep reflection on the various actions to be taken. Methodologically, this study used a qualitative design with phenomenology Alfred Schutz perspective. It is based on that Szhutz is the first character that can connect phenomenology with the social sciences. The results showed that students be affected by the achievement motive causes and motives of interest. The existence of the motive because the student is heavily influenced by the structure of the experience, while the motif of interest dipengaruhin anxiety over the situation worse in the future.Penelitian ini dimaksudkan untuk mengkaji siswa kelas XI yang berprestasi di MAN 1 Malang. Prestasi merupakan fenomena yang tidak sederhana. Keberadaannya pada diri seseorang tidak akan terlepas dari proses refleksi mendalam tentang berbagai tindakan yang akan dilakukan. Secara metodologis, penelitian ini menggunakan desain kualitatif dengan perspektif fenomenologi Alfred Schutz. Hal ini didasari bahwa Szhutz merupakan tokoh pertama yang mampu menghubungkan fenomenologi dengan ilmu sosial. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa siswa menjadi berprestasi dipengaruhi oleh motif sebab dan motif tujuan. Keberadaan motif sebab pada siswa banyak dipengaruhi oleh struktur pengalaman, sedangkan motif tujuan dipengaruhin oleh kecemasan atas situasi buruk dimasa depan.
