Abstract

Abstract : This research was conducted for PT. Capella Dinamik Nusantara Pekanbaru, using the independent variable, to find out its influence on the purchase decision of the Honda brand motorcycle. The population in this study were all consumers who bought Honda brand motorcycles through official Honda dealers in Pekanbaru, namely PT. Capella Dinamik Nusantara directed 19,853 people, and this sample was 100 people, using accidental random sampling technique that is by giving questionnaires to consumers of Honda motorbike buyers at PT Capella Dinamik Nusantara which were met by researchers. The data was collected by questionnaire method by filling the conditions directly with the respondents. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression which is operated through the SPSS 16 for Windows program. The results showed that simultaneous and partial promotion variables and a significant analysis of the purchasing decisions of Honda brand motorcycles for consumers of PT Capella Dinamik Nusantara Pekanbaru.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui motivasi wanita untuk menjadi wirausaha di Pekanbaru dengan keterbatasan masalah hanya terfokus pada pengusaha rumahan kuliner, menggunakan variabel independensi, modal, emosi, dan pendidikan untuk menganalisis pengaruhnya terhadap motivasi wirausaha. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah semua pengusaha wanita yang terlibat dalam bisnis kuliner rumahan di Kota Pekanbaru yang jumlahnya tidak diketahui dengan pasti, untuk populasi yang jumlahnya tidak diketahui, pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan rumus Wibisono dan memperoleh total sampel 97 orang. Data dikumpulkan dengan metode kuesioner, yaitu dengan memberikan daftar pertanyaan langsung kepada responden. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda yang dioperasikan melalui program SPSS 16 untuk Windows. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel simultan independensi, modal, emosi dan pendidikan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap motivasi wanita untuk menjadi wirausaha di Pekanbaru. Sedangkan secara parsial untuk variabel independensi dan emosional tidak secara langsung mempengaruhi motivasi wanita untuk berwirausaha di Pekanbaru.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kinerja usaha ibu rumah tangga yang berwirausaha di Villa Bunga Arengka Pekanbaru, dengan menggunakan variabel Knowledge Competency (Pengetahuan), Keterampilan (Skill), Ability (Kemampuan), untuk menganalisis pengaruhnya terhadap kinerja usaha. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah ibu rumah tangga yang berwirausaha di Perumahan Villa Bunga Arengka Pekanbaru yang berjumlah 33 orang. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan metode kuesioner, dengan memberikan daftar pernyataan langsung kepada responden. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda yang dioperasikan melalui program SPSS 16 for Windows. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan variabel Pengetahuan Kompetensi (Pengetahuan), Keterampilan (Skill), Kemampuan (Ability) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja usaha ibu rumah tangga yang berwirausaha di Perumahan Villa Bunga Arengka Pekanbaru. Sedangkan secara parsial untuk variabel Kemampuan (Ability) tidak berpengaruh langsung terhadap kinerja usaha ibu rumah tangga yang berwirausaha di Perumahan Villa Bunga Arengka Pekanbaru.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the business performance that has been carried out by women entrepreneurs who were focused on home business in Pekanbaru. The population in this study were women entrepreneurs who were focused on home business in Pekanbaru. For sample obtained of 97 people. Collecting data using the questionnaire method, by distributing a list of statements directly to respondents through the google form application. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis which is operated through the SPSS Version20. The results showed that simultaneously the variables of Knowledge Competence (Knowledge), Skills (Skills), Ability (Ability) had a significant effect on the business performance of women home-based business actors in Pekanbaru. Meanwhile, partially for the Ability variable, it does not directly affect the business performance of female home-based business actors in Pekanbaru.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of Knowledge, Abilities, and Skills on the Business Performance of Culinary Entrepreneurs in Pekanbaru City. The data analysis method used is quantitative. Sources of data using primary and secondary in the form of questionnaires and interviews. The population in this study are culinary business actors in the city of Pekanbaru. For the population and sample because the total population is not known with certainty, then a total sample of 97 people. The results of the study indicate that there is a simultaneous significant influence between Knowledge, Abilities, and Skills on the Business Performance of Culinary Entrepreneurs in Pekanbaru City. Partially also found that knowledge has a significant effect on business performance, ability has a significant effect on business performance, skills have a significant effect on business performance.
