Abstract

This study aims to determine whether the use of learning videos using the google meet application during the Covid-19 pandemic can improve learning outcomes in the material of rhythmic motion activities in class V SDN 2 South Loktabat students. The method used in this research is classroom action research (classroom action research), with the model of Kemmis and Taggart (planning, implementing action, observing and reflecting. The subjects of the study were 27 students of class V-A SDN 2 South Loktabat. The data collection instruments were tests (multiple choice) and non-test (observation). Overall data in the form of quantitative data then analyzed descriptively using the percentage formula. The results of the study showed an increase in student learning outcomes from cycle one to cycle two. In the first cycle, the affective value was 67%, then in the second cycle increased by 93%, the cognitive value in the first cycle was 52%, then in the second cycle increased by 89%, the psychomotor score in the first cycle was 56% than in the second cycle is increased by 93%. It can be concluded that learning using google meet by utilizing instructional videos can improve learning outcomes of rhythmic gymnastics activities of class V students of SD Negeri 2 South Loktabat.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is 1) to know the development of learning model of basic soccer technique based on curriculum 2013 on physical education of sport and health in elementary school. 2) To know the effectiveness of the development of the basic soccer learning model based on the 2013 curriculum on physical and health education in elementary school. This research uses research and development method (Research and Development). The sample in this research is as many as 54 students from 3 elementary school that is SD Negeri 120, SD Negeri 156 and SD Negeri 230. The result of research shows the learning of football technique more effective and efficient. Thus, it can be explained that the development of the basic soccer learning model based on the 2013 curriculum on physical and sports education in elementary school is more effective and efficient. This means that the better the development of the basic soccer learning model based on the 2013 curriculum implemented, the better the results obtained in physical education of sports and health in elementary schools for students.

Abstract

This study aims to develop microcontroller-based punch speed measuring instrument for Karate Athletes. The research method used is research and development (research and development). The subjects in this study were karate athletes coaching FORKI (Indonesian Karate Sports Federation) Palembang City, which consisted of 30 senior athletes aged 17-25 years who were divided into two groups. Small group trials consist of 10 athletes and large group trials consist of 20 athletes. The technique of taking the research subject used a purpose sampling technique. The results showed that the development of a Microcontroller-Based Punch Speed Measurement Tool has a percentage level of validity of material test experts (karate) of 93%, the validity of media experts (Information Technology) is 2 people, 95% and 91%, respectively. exercise test and measurement experts by 97% so that the tool can be said to be feasible. The level of reliability in the small group trial was 0.994 with the High category. While the large group trial was 0.993 with a high category so that it was said that the level of reliability of the tool carried out in large group and small group trials had a high reliability category. Overall, this microcontroller-based punch speed measurement tool has been declared feasible to be used as a tool in calculating punch speed in meters/second (m/s) digitally. 993 with a high category so that it is said that the level of reliability of the tool carried out in large and small group trials has a high reliability category. Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan suatu rancangan pengembangan model alat  latihan twiss loncat indah dan untuk memperoleh data empiris tentang efektivitas hasil model latihan twiss loncat indah. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian pengembangan (research and development) yang terdiri dari sepuluh langkah. Langkah-langkah tersebut adalah (1) Analisis kebutuhan dan observasi, (2) Pengumpulan informasi, (3) Pembuatan produk awal, (4) Evaluasi ahli, (5)Revisi, (6) Uji kelompok kecil menggunakan 10 subjek, (7) Revisi,, (8) Uji coba kelompok besar menggunakan 20 subjek, (9) Revisi produk akhir, (10) Desiminasi. Dari penelitian serta prosedur yang dilakukan di atas, dihasilkan produk yaitu pengembangan model alat latihan twiss loncat indah. Model latihan twiss loncat indah yang dikembangkan ini berasal dari saran atau masukan dan evaluasi para ahli. Hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa pengembangan model alat latihan twiss loncat ini baik dan bisa digunakan oleh atlet. Saran pada penelitian ini yaitu produk ini dapat diajadikan sebagai salah satu cara untuk meningkatkan kemampuan dan prestasi atlet, dan khususnya pelatih bahwa produk ini dapat diajadika refrensi untuk melatih atlet-atlet pemula. Kata kunci: pengembangan, Model Alat, Latihan, Twiss Loncat Indah

Abstract

Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh permainan melempar kaleng dan permainan lempar bola berekor terhadap peningkatan hasil lempar lembing di SMPN 01 BPR Ranau Tengah. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen dengan desain the pre-test - post-test two treatmen design. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa ekstrakurikuler di SMPN 01 BPR Ranau Tengah yang berjumlah 60 siswa, yang dibagi menjadi 2 kelompok, 30 siswa kelompok diberi perlakuan permainan melempar kaleng, dan 30 siswa kelompok diberi perlakuan permainan lempar bola berekor. Data hasil pretest dan posttest masing-masing kelompok mengalami peningkatan pada kelompok perlakuan permainan melempar kaleng meningkat sebesar 2,93, dan kelompok perlakuan permainan lempar bola berekor meningkat sebesar 2,66. Adapun pretest dan posttest yang dihasilkan pada uji hipotesis 1 diperoleh thitung 9,583 > ttabel 2,002. Dan nilai signifikansi (2-tailed) 0,000<0,05. Hipotesis II, diperoleh thitung 7,60 > ttabel 2,002. Dan nilai signifikansi (2-tailed) 0,000<0,05. Uji perbedaan antara perlakukan permainan melempar kaleng dan permainan lempar bola berekor diperoleh hasil nilai signifikansi (2-tailed) yaitu 0,810 > 0,05. Dengan demikian Terdapat pengaruh permainan melempar kaleng dan permainan lempar bola berekor terhadap peningkatan hasil lempar lembing di SMPN 01 BPR Ranau Tengah. Dan tidak terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara perlakuan menggunakan permainan melempar kaleng dan permainan lempar bola berekor terhadap peningkatan hasil lempar lembing di SMPN 01 BPR Ranau Tengah.Kata Kunci: Permainan Melempar Kaleng, Permainan Lempar Bola Berekor, Peningkatan hasil Lempar Lembing

Abstract

The research objective was to determine the effectiveness of the game approach on the learning outcomes of Squat Style Long Jump. The type of research used was quantitative with the true experimental design method. The population in this study amounted to 49 students, with a random sampling technique. Data was collected using tests. Data analysis in this study consists of tests for normality, homogeneity, homogeneity tests for the variance-covariance / box – M matrix, multicollinearity tests, and hypotheses. The results of the research based on testing using the SPSS application show that the experimental group's score is better than the control group simultaneously and partially based on the pretest posttest, which shows a significance value of 0.05, meaning that the playing approach used in this study can improve learning outcomes of Squat Style Long Jump and demonstrate its effectiveness by a score of 75 from students who have joined the experimental group. The teacher can use the result of the study as guidance for long jump learning.

Abstract

This research is preliminary research to develop a tool that measures the agility ability of an athlete or student automatically and modern using a sensor system and application-based. This study is a survey research using unstructured questionnaires. Five statements have been prepared to find out how much the a need for the development of agility test instruments. The survey results show that most respondents have difficulty in using traditional measurement instruments, only a small percentage of respondents report using these instruments. All respondents involved in this survey agreed that agility test instruments can be developed and modernized from manual measuring instruments to fully automated measuring instruments. The results of this research will be used as a consideration for the development of an effective and easy-to-use scientific agility test instrument. Abstract

Tujuan yang akan dicapai dalam penelitian ini Untuk mengetahui Keefktifan, pengembangan model gerakan Senam Irama Bersama Nadia terhadap Ketrampilan Motorik Anak Usia Dini. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian R&D (Research and Development) dengan menggunakan model ADDIE. Penelitian ini menghasilkan suatu produk media CD/DVD dan Buku Panduan Senam irama yang berisi model gerakan senam irama yang akan meningkatkan minat dan motivasi anak dalam melakukan gerakan senam di TK IT Mutiara. Tahap 1 (Analisis) yaitu digunakan untuk mengindentifikasikan masalah yang dihadapi, pada tahap ini dilakukan yaitu analisis kebutuhan dan karakteristik anak. Dari analisis kebutuhan ketahui bahwa terbatasnya minat anak dalam melakukan gerakan senam. tahap 2 (Design) selanjutnya yaitu setelah melakukan analisis permasalahan barulah kemudian mendesain model gerakan senam irama yang berupa sebuah video gerakan senam irama. Tahap selanjutnya yaitu tahap 3 (Development) pada tahap pengembangan ini meliputi validasi dengan menggunakan lembar validasi yang dilakukan oleh validator ahli yakni Ahli Senam. Tahap berikutnya yaitu tahap ke 4 (Implementasi) yaitu melakukan uji coba terhadap anak TK IT Mutiara dengan 16 anak. Berikutnya tahapan terahir dari model pengembangan ADDIE yaitu tahap ke 5 (Evaluasi) yaitu tersusunlah produk akhir dari pengembangan model gerakan senam irama pada TK IT Mutiara Palembang.
