Abstract

This research aims to know aerobic endurance (vo2max) level of physical education coed in sriwijaya university. This research is descriptive quantitative research. The method is engineering test and data measurement aerobic endurance test with bleep to know the level of coed vo2max. The sample is 42 physical education coed of Sriwijaya University. The result shows 14 coed (33%) are exellent, 19 coed (45%) are good, 4 coed (9.6%) are fair, and 5 coed (12%) are poor. Based on presentase, the coed of physical education in Sriwijaya University have a good aerobic endurance (Vo2max) level, only 4 coed have poor aerobic endurance (Vo2max) level. Sugessted to physical education program study to increase coed aerobic endurance level thought coaching sport branch at least 2 times a week.

Abstract

The objectives of this study were to find out: the relationship between self-concept and the performance of sports teachers, the relationship of attitudes with the performance of sports teachers, the relationship of achievement motivation with the performance of sports teachers, the relationship of self-concept, attitudes and achievement motivation together with the performance of sports teachers. This research was carried out at the Upper High School and Vocational High School (SMA / SMK) in the Ilir Timur 1 subdistrict of Palembang City on April 16, June 16, 2018. Research data collection techniques using questionnaire. Test the validity of the instrument using the product moment formula. Reliability testing uses the Spearman Brown formula. Test The research method used is with multiple correlation techniques resumed with multiple regression with three independent variables. The results of the study show; 1) Self concept with the performance of sports teachers in IlirTimur District 1 Palembang, the amount of Relationship contribution is 96% while the rest is influenced by other variables. 2) attitudes with the performance of sports teachers in Ilir Timur 1 Sub-district, Palembang, the amount of the contribution of the relationship of the remaining 2% is influenced by other variables. 3). Teacher's achievement motivation with the performance of sports teachers in the Ilir Timur 1 Subdistrict in Palembang. The amount of the relationship contribution of the remaining 28% is influenced by other variables. Results and simultaneously 98%, the regression significance is obtained Ý = -11,425+0.960X1+ 0,020X2+0,028X3.

Abstract

This study aims to produce digital based learning media to improve the Baseball games technique in grade VI Elementary School Students in Palembang city with a total of 40 students by using a limited trial (small group) to 10 students and a vast trial (large group) by using 30 students. Analysing technique in this research is a linear regression model. The results in this study indicate that the implementation of digital media based learning process with Baseball basic technique is used in elementary school. In stage of field test, based on 3 test which examined to the students, that is ball throwing, ball hitting and winning techniques. At the Pre-Test score of 55, 58 and 60 (Quite Good) and in Post-Test getting score of 72, 75 and 79, the criteria increased to Good. The average score of Post-Test is 9.06 with 1.89 as the deviation standard, but on Pre-Test have 1.89 it shows that the assesement on Post-test group is varied more. It can be concluded that digital based learning of media to improve Baseball game technique in grade VI Elementary School Students are valid, practical and feasible to use.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji efektifitas model latihan kombinasi passing dan dribbling dalam permainan sepak bola dan untuk mengetahui efektifitas yang dikembangkan dalam meningkatkan keterampilan passing dan dribbling dalam permainan sepak bola di SMP Negeri 1 Muara Enim. Metode penelitian ini adalah metode eksperimen dengan desain one group pretest-posttest. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu seluruh peserta ekstrakurikuler sepak bola di SMP Negeri 1 Muara Enim dan seluruh populasi dijadikan sampel yang berjumlah 24 orang. Instrumen yang digunakan untuk menilai kemampuan passing adalah McDonald Soccer Test, sedangkan untuk menilai kemampuan dribbling adalah Soccer Battery. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji beda paired sampel t-test dengan menggunakan bantuan program SPSS versi 24 dengan tingkat signifikasi α = 0,05. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan keterampilan sebelum dan sesudah test passing dan dribbling dalam permainan sepak bola di SMP Negeri 1 Muara Enim.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui ada tidaknya pengaruh permainan tradisional hijau hitam untuk meningkatkan kecepatan dan kelincahan bagi siswa ekstrakurikuler di SMP Negeri 40 Palembang. Metode yang digunakan adalah eksperimen dengan desain “One Group Pretest-Postest Design”. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa ekstrakurikuler sepak bola di SMP Negeri 40 Palembang yang berjumlah 40 orang. Instrumen yang digunakan untuk mengukur kecepatan adalah lari sprint dan untuk mengukur kelincahan adalah illinois agility test. Analisis data menggunakan uji t yang taraf signifikansi 5%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) ada pengaruh yang signifikan permainan tradisional hijau hitam terhadap kecepatan bagi siswa ektrakurikuler sepak bola SMP Negeri 40 Palembang, dengan nilai thitung 9,102 > ttabel 2,021, dan nilaicsignifikan 0,000 < 0,05 (2) ada pengaruh yang signifikan permainan tradisional hijau hitam terhadap kelincahan bagi siswa ektrakurikuler sepak bola SMP Negeri 40 Palembang, dengan nilai thitung 6,144 > ttabel 2,021, dan nilai signifikan 0,000 < 0,05. Dengan demikian, adanya pengaruh yang signifikan permainan tradisional hijau hitam terhadap kecepatan dan kelincahan bagi siswa ektrakurikuler sepak bola.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the improvement of basketball passing learning outcomes through modification of the traditional fort and pushcart games for junior high school students. The method used in this research is Classroom Action Research with Kemmis and Mc.Taggart models through 2 cycles with stages: planning, implementation, observation and reflection. The subjects in this study were students of class VIII.2 SMPN 1 Talang Kelapa and the research sample amounted to 32 people. The results showed that there was an increase in basketball passing learning outcomes through modifications to the traditional fort and pushcart games for junior high school students. The results of the pre-cycle of students who were able to achieve a completeness score were 13 people with a graduation percentage of 41%. After learning cycle 1 the number of students who achieved completeness scores was 23 people with a passing percentage of 71%. Meanwhile, after cycle 2, there were 29 students who achieved the completeness score with a percentage of 91%, which means that the target of classical learning success, namely 85% of students who passed, had been achieved. It can be concluded that the modification of the traditional game fortification and pushcart can be used as a learning model to improve basketball passing for junior high school students.

Abstract

This study aims to produce audiovisual based learning media during Covid-19 Pandemic to improve the Sepaktakraw basic technique in Physical Education, Sport, Health and Recreation Students in Sriwijaya University with a total of 41 students by using a limited trial (small group) to 11 students and a vast trial (large group) by using 30 students. Analysing technique in this research is a linear regression model. The results in this study indicate that the implementation of audiovisual media based learning process with Sepaktakraw basic technique is used in Physical Education, Sport, Health and Recreation Students of Sriwijaya University. According to material experts of obtained a percentage of 88% (very good) and media experts of obtained of 84,61% (very good) category. The pre-test results was found to have average value of 64,67 and the post-test result was found to have average value of 90,80 with F count < 0,05, that means is a significant difference between student knowledge before and after watching the video of Sepaktakraw basic technique. It can be concluded that audiovisual based learning of media to improve Sepaktakraw game technique in Physical Education, Sport, Health and Recreation Students in Sriwijaya University are valid, practical and feasible to use.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dimaksudkan agar dapat mengetahui pengaruh latihan lari (sprint) 20 meter terhadap kecepatan menggring bola pada atlet sepak bola club Tanjung Batu Soccer. Jenis penelitian yaitu quasy experiment dengan bentuk one group pretest-posttest design. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu atlet club Tanjung Batu Soccer yang berjumlah 30 atlet. Sampel pada penelitian ini berjumlah 30 atlet. Instrumen pada penelitian ini adalah tes kecepatan menggiring bola (dribbling). Data diambil dari tes awal (pretest) dan tes akhir (posttest). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan analisis data uji hipotesis diketahui thitung (22,21) > ttabel (1,70), maka thitung > ttabel sehingga H1 diterima dan H0 ditolak. Pernyataan H1 tersebut yaitu terdapat pengaruh latihan lari (sprint) 20 meter terhadap kecepatan menggiring bola (dribbling) pada atlet club Tanjung Batu Soccer. Implikasi pada penelitian ini yaitu latihan lari (sprint) 20 meter mampu digunakan menjadi bentuk latihan untuk meningkatkan kecepatan menggring bola dalam sepak bola.
