Abstract

Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif. Penelitian kualitatif ini bersifat deskriptif yang menggunakan analisis data kualitatif sehingga menjadi paparan data yang mudah dimengerti. Pembelajaran pada sekolah menengah pertama dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pembelajaran secara daring atau biasa disebut dengan pembelajaran jarak jauh dengan bimbingan orang tua dan guru di sekolah. Siswa melakukan pembelajaran daring melalui Google Classroom, Google Meet, Zoom dan berinteraksi dengan guru melalui aplikasi Whatsapp Group. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pembelajaran daring terhadap minat belajar siswa pada siswa SMP pada masa COVID-19. Responden yang diambil adalah siswa SMP. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pembelajaran daring pada masa pandemi COVID-19 sangat berpengaruh terhadap minat belajar siswa, siswa merasa bosan karena tidak bertemu dengan teman dan gurunya secara langsung.

Abstract

Communicative communication ability is one of the forms of ability that must be possessed by students to answer challenges in the 21st century, therefore research is needed to measure the level of mathematical communication skills in each student. This study aims to analyze and narrate the mathematical abilities of each student in probability theory lectures. This research was conducted using a qualitative approach with qualitative descriptive research. The research subjects were 6 students in the Mathematics Education study program at Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa University in the class of 2020. The way to collect data was by observation, instrument testing, and interviews. The indicators used are oriented to the rubric of skilled communication in 21st Century-learning design. The analysis technique used is an assessment using a scoring rubric and then categorizing the score results based on Arikunto's opinion. According to data research that has been done, it is found that students' mathematical communication skills are at the "medium" level with a percentage of 66.67%. As for each indicator: the average student has met the first indicator and has not met the second indicator. Students have not met the second indicator because they have not made generalizations when solving problems.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kemampuan komunikasi matematis siswa ditinjau dari gaya belajarnya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan ialah metode penelitian deskriptif. Data dikumpulkan melalui tes dan observasi. Subjek penelitian ini sebanyak 30 orang siswa dari SMK Kesehatan Husada Pratama, dengan masing-masing gaya belajar terdapat 10 subjek. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan komunikasi matematis siswa dengan gaya belajar visual berada pada kategori kemampuan rendah, kemampuan komunikasi matematis siswa dengan gaya belajar auditori berada pada kategori kemampuan sedang, dan kemampuan komunikasi matematis siswa dengan gaya belajar kinestetik berada pada kategori kemampuan sedang. Pada hasil juga menunjukkan bahwa rerata total skor siswa dengan gaya belajar kinestetik lebih baik 1,9 dari siswa dengan gaya belajar auditori, dan lebih baik 4,3 dari siswa dengan gaya belajar visual. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan komunikasi matematis siswa SMK Kesehatan Husada Pratama berada pada kategori sedang, dan gaya belajar kinestetik lebih baik daripada gaya belajar visual ataupun auditori.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the level of students’ understanding ability of mathematical concepts at the high school level who carry out full online learning during the pandemic. The type of research used is the descriptive research method with a qualitative approach. The subjects used as samples were 3 students. The sampling technique used is the purposive sampling technique. In order to achieve the research objectives, the instruments prepared were test instruments related to the problem of understanding mathematical concepts which were then presented to subjects who were doing full online learning during the pandemic. Based on the results of research that has been carried out, it is known that the level of ability to understand mathematical concepts of students at the high school level who are doing full online learning during the pandemic is classified as good, and no decline has been detected, this is evidenced by the results of the answers carried out by the 3 subjects in test instruments that have been presented
