Abstract

Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini (PAUD) memiliki peran dalam memberikan pembinaan anak sejak usia dini,tujuannya adalah untuk meningkatkan kesehatan dan kesejahteraan fisik maupun mental anak, harapanya akan memberikan dampak pada peningkatan prestasi belajar, etos kerja, produktivitas, pada akhirnya anak akan mampu lebih mandiri dan mengoptimalkan potensi yang dimilikinya. Peserta didik PAUD berada pada masa golden age (usia keemasan). tahap perkembangan otak pada anak usia dini menempati posisi yang paling vital yakni mencapai 80% perkembangan otak. (Kemdikbud 2016). Analisa masalah, RW 09 Gondoriyo Ngaliyan Kota Semarang memiliki 54 balita usia 3-4 tahun yang rata rata memiliki ibu yang berkerja, dimana keseharianya hanya dengan pengasuh (nenek, asisten) atau di Daycare. PAUD Srikandi RW 09 memiliki 42 siswa, pelaksanaan proses belajar mengajarnya satu kali perpekan yakni di hari sabtu, dimana ibu, pengasuh atau keluarga juga mengantar anak balita ke PAUD, sehingga proses stimulasi dan deteksi tumbuh kembang mendapatkan momentum yang sangat tepat untuk dilaksanakan oleh guru PAUD. Guru PAUD Srikandi RW 09 adalah kader kader pokja 2 yang potensial di Rukun Warga (RW) 09 yang dapat diharapkan kontribusinya dalam meningkatkan derajat kesehatan balita. Tujuan dari pelaksanaan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) ini adalah upaya pendampingan dan pembentukan peran serta guru PAUD dalam melakukan Stimulasi dan deteksi tumbuh kembang balita. Kegiatan yang dilakukan adalah perijinan dari wilayah setempat, Focus Group Discussion (FGD) peran guru PAUD, pelatihan Stimulasi perkembangan anak menggunakan Kartu Kembang Anak (KKA), pembuatan Alat Permainan Edukatif (APE), pendampingan stimulasi saat pelaksanaan PAUD. Hasil, pendampingan pelaksanaan stimulasi telah terlaksana dengan baik, terjadi peningkatan pengetahuan dan peningkatan keterampilan guru PAUD dalam melakukan stimulasi menggunakan KKA, PAUD mendapat tambahan APE.

Abstract

Remaja masih mengalami masa transisi dan beresiko mengalami masalah, antara lain adalah masalah kesehatan reproduksi remaja. Jenis risiko kesehatan reproduksi yang harus dihadapi remaja antara lain adalah pernikahan dini, kehamilan, aborsi, penyakit menular seksual (PMS), kekerasan seksual, serta masalah keterbatasan akses informasi dan pelayanan kesehatan. Karena sebab itu remaja masih memerlukan pendampingan, bimbingan, dan penatalaksanaan serius dalam mengatasi masalah yang akan dan sudah dihadapinya. Teman sebaya mempunyai andil yang besar dalam kehidupan remaja, inti dari pertemanan sebaya adalah bagaimana seseorang dapat diterima dalam suatu pergaulan dengan teman yang terdapat kesamaan dalam usia, lingkungan dan garis hidup. Tim PKM melaksanakan kegiatan ini dengan tujuan untuk melatih anggota karang taruna agar mampu menjadi konselor teman sebaya di lingkungan tempat tinggalnya,dengan hasil akhir mampu meningkatkan kesehatan repoduksi remaja diwilayah RW 09 Gondoriyo Ngaliyan Kota Semarang. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan melalui kegiatan ceramah, role play, studi kasus, pendampingan dan observasi serta evaluasi. Hasil kegiatan PKM menunjukan bahwa nilai post test yang mengalami kenaikan dari nilai pre test 88.75 menjadi 93.33, sehingga dapat dikatakan bahwa pelatihan ini dapat diterima dan diserap dengan baik oleh peserta Teenager are still experiencing a transition period and are at risk of experiencing problem, including teenager reproductive health problems. Types of reproductive health risks that must be faced by adolescents include early marriage, pregnancy, abortion, sexually transmitted diseases (STDs), sexual violence, and the problem of limited access to information and health services. Because of that teenagers still need assistance, guidance, and serious management in overcoming the problems that they will and have already faced. Peers have a big role in the lives of teenagers, the essence of peer friendship is how a person can be accepted in an association with friends who have similarities in age, environment and life line. The community services team carried out this activity with the aim of training youth members to be able to become peer counselors in their neighborhood, with the final result being able to improve teenagers reproductive helath ini the RW 09 Gondoriyo Ngaliyan Semarang. The method of carrying out activities is through lectures, role plays, case studies, mentoring and observation and evaluation. The results of the community services activity showed that the post-test value increased from the pre test score of 88,75 to 93,33, so it can be said that this training was well received and absorbed by the participants

Abstract

The JKN Mobile Application is an application designed by BPJS Health to balance the current increasing use of mobile technology and to provide easy acces and convenience for JKN participants online. This study aims to determine the extent to which JKN participants perceptions of the JKN Mobile Application are measured using the TAM (Technology Acceptance Model) analysis model based on the usefulness (perceived usefulness) and ease of use (perceived ease of use) This research is a quantitative descriptive study using a cross-sectional research design with a research sample of 38 JKN participants registered at the Pratama Surya Medika Clinic Semarang through random sampling with the research instrument used is a questionnaire. The results showed that the overall JKN mobile application was rated 82,5% as very useful and 84% very easy to operate so it was very helpful and supportive for JKN participants in getting health services at the Pratama Surya Medika Clinic Semarang Keywords: JKN Participant Perception, JKN Mobile Application, TAM (Technology Acceptance Model)

Abstract

ABSTRAK Faktor yang berperan tercapainya tumbuh kembang anak yaitu melalui stimluasi yang tepat, stimulasi merupakan aktivitas merangsang kemampuan dasar anak usia 0-6 tahun supaya anak tumbuh dan berkembang secara optimal.  Kader posyandu balita sebagai garda terdepan dalam pelayanan memiliki andil yang cukup besar terhadap tumbuh kembang balita diwilayahnya.   Oleh karenanya tingkat pengetahuan kader posyandu balita tentang stimulasi tumbuh kembang anak perlu untuk dilakukan intensifikasi.  Intensifikasi pengetahuan kader posyandu balita dapat dilakukan melalui berbagai media salah satunya melalui media aplikasi game edukasi stimulasi tumbuh kembang anak. Tujuan pelaksanakan kegiatan PKM ini adalah meningkatnya pengetahuan kader posyandu balita tentang stimulasi tumbuh kembang anak berbasis game edukasi yang dapat diimplementasikan dan diaplikasikan dalam pelaksanaan layanan posyandu balita.  Metode  pelaksanaan PKM yang dilakukan yaitu sosialisasi dan penyuluhan tentang tindakan (intervensi) stimulasi tumbuh kembang anak berikut pembuatan media aplikasi game edukasi tumbuh kembang anak.  Hasil kegiatan Pengabdian Masyarakat menunjukan adanya peningkatan pengetahuan kader posyandu balita tentang stimulasi tumbuh kembang anak melalui aplikasi game edukasi, hal ini ditunjukan berdasarkan hasil rata-rata skor pre-post test yang mengalami kenaikan dari semula  88,9 menjadi 96,4.  Kesimpulan : bahwa kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat terbukti mampu meningkatkan pengetahuan kader posyandu balita tentang stimulasi tumbuh kembang anak melalui media aplikas game edukasi.  Saran : Kader Posyandu balita agar mengimplementasikan, mengaplikasikan dan sharing pengetahuan yang diperoleh kepada ibu-ibu balita dilingkungannya sebagai upayanya dalam monitoring tumbuh kembang anak dan langkah preventif stunting Kata Kunci: Stimulasi Tumbuh Kembang Anak, Pengetahuan, Kader Posyandu Balita  ABSTRACT Factors that play a role in achieving child growth and development, namely through proper stimulation is an activity that stimulates the basic abilities of children aged 0-6 years so that children groe and develop optimally.   Posyandu toddler cadres as the frontline in service have a significant contribution to the growth and development of toddlers in their area.  Therefore the level of knowledge of posyandu toddler cadres about stimulating child groeth and development needs to be instensified.  Intensification of knowledge of toddler posyandu cadres can be done through various media, one of which is through the media of educatonal game applications that stimulate children’s growth and development.  The purpose of implementing this PKM activitv is to increase the knowledge of posyandu toddler cadres about stimulating child growth and development base on educational games that can be implemented and applied in the implementation of toddler posyandu services.  The method of implementing PKM that is carried out is socialization and counseling about actions (interventions) stimulating children’s growth and development along with making educational game application media for children’s growth and development.  The results community service activities show an increase in the knowledge of toddler posyandu cadres about stimulating child growth and development through educational game applications, this is shown based on the results of the average pre-post test score which has increased from 88.9 to 96.4. Conclusion : that community service activities are proven to be able to increase the knowledge of toddler posyandu cadres about stimulating child growth and development through educational game application media.  Suggestion : Posyandu toddler cadres to implement, apply and share knowledge obtained with toddler mother in their environtment as an effort to monitor child growth and development and stunting prevention steps.  Keyword: Stimulation of Child Development, Knowledge, Toddler Posyandiu Cadres

Abstract

Background: Factors that help achieve child growth and development are proper stimulation. The role of parents, in this case, the mother has a big enough contribution to the successful process of child development. Purpose: To find out the increase in mothers of toddler knowledge about the benefits of games that stimulate children's growthMethod: The form of this research design is a pre-experimental design (One-Group Pretest-Posttest) with a purposive sampling technique and the research population is mothers of under five children in Gondoriyo Semarang.  Processing techniques and analysis of quantitative data using the analysis of the t-test (test T). Results: The normality test, shows that the Sig value in the Shapiro-Wik column for the mother’s knowledge variable before and after being given an educational game is less than 0.05 so it is declared not to have a normal distribution.  So to find out whether there is a difference in the average knowledge of mothers regarding educational games, an analysis of the Wilcoxon Signed test was carried out.  Based on the results of the Wilcoxon signed test, it was found that the asymp sig (2-tailed) value was 0,000 < 0.05 so it can be concluded that there is a difference in the average knowledge of toddler mothers before and after being given educational games stimulating growth and development.Conclusion: Mother's knowledge increases about the benefits of providing educational games to stimulate child growth and development
