Penelitian bertujuan untuk menghasilkan lembar kegiatan peserta didik berbasis PQ4R pada pokok bahasan kesetimbangan ion dan pH larutan garam yang layak. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian dan pengembangan atau research and development (R&D) dengan model pengembangan 4-D yang meliputi Define, Design, Develop, dan Disseminate. Analisis data menggunakan analisis statistik deskriptif dengan cara menghitung persentase nilai validasi. Hasil validasi LKPD oleh 3 orang dosen sebagai tim validator ahli materi adalah 94,27% dengan kategori layak dan telah memenuhi aspek kelayakan isi, karakteristik PQ4R, kebahasaan, penyajian dan kegrafisan. 2 orang guru dan 20 orang peserta didik memberikan respon yang positif terhadap LKPD hasil pengembangan dengan persentase penilaian berturut-turut sebesar 95,45% dan 93,89%. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa LKPD yang telah dikembangkan layak digunakan dalam pembelajaran.

The research aims to improve students learning achievement on the subject of stoichiometric in the class X MIPA SMAN 2 Siak Hulu. This research method uses a quantitative approach. Data analysis using normality test, homogeneity test and analysis to test the hypothesis was using t-test right side. Based on the analysis of data processing obtained tcount > ttable is 2,33 > 1,67 means that the implementation of cooperative learning model TAPPS (Thinking Aloud Pair Problem Solving) can improve students learning achievement on the subject of stoichiometric in the class X MIPA SMAN 2 Siak Hulu with categories of achievement improvement learning in the experimental class based on Score (N-Gain) is high, which is 0.8.

Tujuan edukasi masyarakat melalui sosialisasi adalah untuk memutus rantai penularan virus corona. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian yang dilakukan meliputi dua tahapan yaitu persiapan dan pelaksanaan. Kegiatan persiapan meliputi observasi lapangan mengenai lokasi dan kebutuhan sarana dan prasarana. Kegiatan pelaksanaan yaitu dengan sosialisasi, pembagian handsanitizer dan pembagian masker. Kemudian kegiatan diakhiri dengan evaluasi yang dilakukaan setelah selesainya kegiatan untuk memastikan penerapan pola hidup sehat dan bersih serta menaati protokol kesehatan. Hasil dari kegiatan ini adalah masyarakat industritenayan menerapkan pola hidup bersih dan sehat serta menaati protokol kesehatan pada masa new normal.

This study focuses on analyzing how trend research about creative thinking ability in chemistry. This research contains an analysis study with the number of articles published in chemistry education with the research in Indonesia from 2018-2022. Studies are carried out on 23 journal articles, including from different journals with the scope in Indonesia search engine journal uses publish or perish with determined inclusive criteria. Publish or Perish is a software that retrieves and analyze academic citations and uses a variety data of sources. Step analysis started with reading the abstract and data reduction also data inference based on the research instrument used. Topic research involves publication number, types of research, chemistry material studied, research subject, and data analysis technique. The main research is quantitative research on hydrocarbon material with an analysist technique by using mean. Based on the result, some recommendations can be guidance for further study so that the research result is more useful and has an impact on Indonesian life especially in teaching and learning terms.

This journal aims to examine the production of ecobricks as an alternative in managing plastic waste. Ecobrick is a technique of plastic waste management that involves using empty plastic bottles filled with various types of plastic waste until they are tightly compacted. Ecobricks are considered as an effective approach in dealing with plastic waste, particularly in school settings. The production of ecobricks requires used plastic bottles as containers, plastic waste as filling material, iron frames, and wood for compacting the plastic content. In this service activity, socialization and ecobrick production were conducted in one of the schools in Rambah Tengah Utara Village, namely SDN 002 Rambah. Through this activity, it is expected to raise environmental awareness among the community, thereby reducing the impact of waste pollution and benefiting the surrounding society.

An individual's success in the 21st century can be measured by their ability to utilise knowledge to enhance their personal qualities. This development can be initiated by enhancing fundamental scientific knowledge. The objective of this study is to examine the correlation between research advancements and socioscientific difficulties in the field of chemistry, with the purpose of aiding advanced researchers in identifying new cutting-edge research topics. This literature evaluation includes 20 selected articles based on specific inclusion criteria: 1) past five years (2018-2020). 2) accredited by SINTA and indexed at Scopus. 3) Research opportunities in Indonesia 4) Keyword: Journal on socio-scientific issues and reaction rates. Academic journals can be discovered by utilising the search engine "Publish or Perish." The Socio Scientific Issue (SSI) technique is predominantly used to assess science literature among secondary students. The content of socio-scientific concerns reveals minimum controversion of alcohol associated with the reaction order idea. Delivering this issue will add information and modify the behavior of students in response to the spread of the issue. The outcome of this study may be utilised as a review of the study. The measuring component still minimalizes done is awarness of environment as the result of the SSI approach.

The quality of a good learning environment will affect the effectiveness of a learning model in achieving several competencies in science learning. This research aimed to investigate students' perceptions of the learning environment towards the implementation of Socioscientific Inquiry Based Learning (SSIBL) model on chemical kinetics material. The sample in this study involved 36 students who took Basic Chemistry I course. The data were collected by administering the WIHIC Questionnaire (What is Happening in This Classroom?) consisting of 50 questions. In the WIHIC questionnaire that has been distributed there are 7 indicators that will determine the quality of the learning environment created including student closeness, lecturer support, involvement, investigation, task orientation, collaboration, and student equality. The questionnaire data were analyzed using the SPPS program by inferring the mean and standard deviation that had been distributed to 69 respondents. The results of the analysis showed that overall the indicators measured were in the very good category. The results of the One way ANOVA analysis state that there is no significant differences in the learning environment of students based on their school origin or university entrance route. This shows that the SSIBL model is a learning alternative that can created a good quality learning environment for all levels of student ability based on school origin and university line.
